They made the process of repairing my vehicle very easy and streamlined. There s an Enterprise right across the street too, which made it super easy to pick up a rental. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Seattle-Bellevue area.

Buyer BEWAREThe general manager with the salt and pepper beard was a nightmare to deal with. I think his name was Rob. I simply asked if I could keep my car while the parts were being ordered and the guy went off on an angry tangent.He told me he ordered 100k in parts last year for people who didn t show up. I wasn t really saying anything at this point and he just kept going about his problems with past customers and not being able to return parts and getting stuck with them. A simple no we don t allow that. Would have sufficed.I would have left and gone somewhere else at this point but they were the only shop in King county that could do the repairs without a huge wait. When I went back to drop off my car my they had canceled my appointments. I brought it back the following week and met the general manager and was simply saying to make sure not to let the car battery die as I only have a fob and my key hasn t been cut for a back up entry if the car dies. The guy responded with a series of rude, condescending, and mocking comments.I came back at the end of the week to get something out of my trunk at the end of the week. I was told someone should have called me and that the shop couldn t do the work because something about the bumper.All the staff were really nice except for the GM. He was one of the most unprofessional, angry, and unhinged people I ve had the displeasure of working with in recent memory. I m guessing they don t have much of a wait time due to their unpredictable and inconsistent service. I hope the general manager gets the professional help and some anger management that he desperately needs.They also cracked my headlight when they tried to take off my bumper and lied about it.Buyer BEWARE

Good body shop. In spite of supply chain and labor shortages in the industry, this place got my highlander repaired very quickly and even gave my car a basic detailing before it was returned to me. Definitely a good shop for body work.

Do not trust your car at this property. My Hummer was there to be repaired with expensive equipment in it and my car was broken into and they didn't even consider reimbursing me for any damages. I would feel better if they had reimbursed a little bit, but NOTHING. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS PROPERTY. (0 stars)

Service king fixed my car and painted it fast and I was really happy it. It s just been a month and I see the paint coagulating or some sort of bubbles showing up. I got an appointment from them to take a look at it two weeks later as that was the earliest date available. Hopefully they fix it. If not, I m really unhappy with this.

Unless you want to be part of the insurance cost escalation problem, do not take your vehicle to this business. I had an appointment to get my car repaired, which took months to achieve. When I arrived, they informed me that the management only works with insurance companies through a claim and will not deal with a private customer who wants to pay directly. When I asked why, they stated that the cost is "almost always greater than the claim and only deal with insurance companies through a claim process." In other words, they give you a low estimate, win the business, and then expect to get more money from the insurance company once the work is in process. That is another way to screw over people with car insurance. The car insurance rates are already soaring due to inflation and companies like Service King are contributing to the problem. Boycott businesses like this and put them out of business. Go to an honest and trustworthy establishment.

Not satisfied with the service that was done on my car. I had some problems you were supposed to get a warranty on it I called this is my third week which and out they have not called back. I don t wouldn t give a referral for a dog to go get services from them

I would go anywhere but here for service. They fixed my car the first time, got it back, and was still damaged (seatbelt was broken so I couldn t drive it). So had to take it back in. Insurance called that it was ready for me to pick up the second time, I show up and it s not ready. This place is so disorganized.

Horrible experience. Brought in my hyundai veloster for repairs from a hit and run and received my vehicle back with a busted passenger door. I can no longer open my passenger door becuase of this shop and they have refused to fix it even though they are responsible for breaking it.The people i staff i talked to over the phone were rude and short and offered me no middle ground or compromise that would allow me to fix my problem. I would recommend any shop besides this one. Terrible customer service and 0 accountability.Service: Body & Trim

I REGRET using Service King/ Crash Champions. They did not do a thorough initial inspection and properly communicated to Geico on what parts needed replacing and work. Poor fitment ( large gaps in between body panels), did not repair bumper or headlight that was damaged from accident, and left pieces of my old bumper in the backseat of my car. It was obvious this bodyshop did not have the desire to fix the repairs properly. Talked to Rob to voice my concerns and he does not seem interested in trying to resolve situation. Was told to wait in line and set up an appointment in 2 weeks for an "inspection". Tone I got from him - wait the 2 weeks or live with it. Waiting 2 weeks for someone to spend 15 min inspecting the bodywork? I get mistakes happen, but how they respond left me astonished.

The people I worked with were great, however I'm going to have to lower my review due to how they handled my repair. My vehicle was declared a total loss due to the price of repairs (car is drivable with only minor body damage on doors). Once they weren't getting that sweet insurance money they provided me zero support and failed to return my calls on two different occasions. I understand that there are certain realities of the business but they even left my car door unassembled. Would not go here again.

From start to finish it was a worry free seamless experience. The close partnership with Geico Insurance and with Enterprise rental car made Service King my best choice. Service King always kept me informed, proactive outreach with the right information at the right time. The service center was recommended by my insurance. Great experience beginning to end. Kept me informed through the process. Easy enterprise pickup and drop-off made things very easy. Parking lot is super crowded though, so be prepared for that

I came here on a Saturday because the website states they do Collison repairs. I was informed they don't do repairs and could not look at my vehicle. It was very confusing because the business is for Collison repairs. I asked the receptionist if she knew of any Collison repairs and she said no. The business should have different advertisement of their services so it's not misleading.

Thank you Service King Bellevue Team! Big props to Michelle and Chris!These guys run a tight ship. I was a bit stressed about getting my car fixed and these guys came through. Michelle s easy going and professional service made scheduling and planning seamless. Chris was super responsive throughout the whole process. I can tell they were very busy the whole time but that never compromised the quality customer service I received.I don t anticipate on getting any car issues, but if I do, I m definitely coming back to these guys. They surely go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied!

**Update: The General Manager, Rob, contacted me and listened to my issue. He allowed me to stop by the Service King in Bellevue, WA. They looked at the steering wheel and alignment. It turned out the steering wheel just needed to be straightened. Even though it was not an alignment issue, if it was, Rob said he would have fixed it as a one time courtesy due to the struggles I had. I really appreciate the recovery and my outlook on the store is completely positive***(Old review - 2 stars)When I got my car back from the service king in Bellevue. The alignment was off. When I dropped my car off there was no issue with my alignment.I had to contact service king s customer service department 3 times, and it took them awhile to get back to me. Once I explained the situation 3 times (Two contacts to Service King and once with my insurance) they denied fixing the alignment.The damage from the accident involved the front passenger bumper, door, side panel, and wheel. I m very upset with Service King overlooking something that was damaged from the accident, and then deny fixing it after contacting to explain the situation.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto glass repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I have been to Service King three times and what makes me to have them as my first shop choice is their overwhelmingly excellent service. They excel in customer satisfaction from the very beginning to the moment my car was returned. They kept updating me about the progress of my car. I was offered the best repair solution which filled me with trust and with my expectations met by far. They cared not only about the best for my car but for myself trying to make things with my rental as smooth as I had never imagined. For his professionalism, I undoubtedly rate all their service areas with a BIG 10.

They followed up with you on the repairs and it ended up finishing 2 days early than I expected. I was happy to get my car back. Customer service was very friendly and caring for their customer. I got rear ended and lost my bumper. Crash Collision replaced my bumper and sensors. Eliana did a good job of updating me during the process. I m very satisfied of the outcome. Will definitely recommend this place.

Service King did an incredible job on my finder. The paint matches perfectly and I can't tell there was ever any damage. Technician Kelly and front desk person Rocky are lifesavers!!! I JUST got a new car and I m visiting from out of state. I parked too close to a curb, and when I pulled out of the space, my front right side bumper got pulled out. I was so upset and frustrated and not to mention broke!! I stopped by Service Kings that Saturday morning and Rocky told me to come back Monday and she would see if a technician could pop it back in real quick. I came back and sure enough, Kelly was able to fix it. It required a very minor repair before popping it back in, but they took the time to fix it and charged me not a dime!! I am so thankful to them both for helping a broke sister out!! I hope they both get some really good karma for their good deeds. Service Kings is awesome!! Service: Body & Trim

My vehicle repairs were handled exceptionally well.The metal work and painting were simply impeccable. The plastic panels and moldings that were damaged in the accident were replaced with genuine Honda brand-spanking-new ones.In the end, me vehicle looked as if the accident had never happened!Once the repairs were complete, my vehicle was cleaned up nicely. Especially, I was impressed with the vehicle's rugs. They looked like they were brand-new.My Service Adviser, Ms. Danielle Howard, was simply awesome! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. She kept me informed of my vehicle repairs during the entire process.This is the best body shop experience I have had in a very long time!Therefore, ServiceKing is the ONLY place in this geographic area I would recommend!

First time getting collision repair so this review might be biased, but the process feel like a scam. I filled a claim through GEICO app and make an inspection appointment here. When arrived they ask me to drop off the car and they will give me update later. They don t know if it ll take day, or week, or months. They don t know how much it s gonna cost. There are 0 estimation given at the time.I don t know what will happen if I did drop my car there. Maybe everything will be great, but I feel like what s gonna happen is I need to rent a car while my car sit in their lot and they wait for the parts to come in. They might try their best to convince me the repairs that I don t need. And since my car will be on their lot, it d feel like it s being hold hostage. Maybe this is how the repairing is done and is normal. Will find out when I compare more options. But not gonna blindly trust this practice today.

The COVID pandemic is over. Refusing service because I have an IID (breathalyzer) installed demonstrates a lack of knowledge and/or willingness. An affidavit for service exists for a reason. A clean mouth piece was offered and sanitizer isn't difficult to find or use. Covid is not an incurable disease or death sentence, and vaccine is available for vulnerable people. Corporate should really reconsider the policy.IF you're hiding behind my IID excuse as a reason to not service a Kia Challenged car, this demonstrates a lack of compassion and care for customers. I need few parts, which can be ordered as a day repair when parts arrive: glass passenger window, driver door lock, steering column plastic cover, and a minimal number of clips or install accessories.I hope that you will reconsider and revise your policies in the resumed business world where covid has no more stigma than a cold or flu.

The work Service King does is excellent - my car was returned to me far, far better than I left it. The area(s) damaged by the accident were completely repaired. The paint looked exactly like the original color and made my car look brand new.Bonus points, there were some minor dings and dents not caused by my auto accident that Service King repaired at no charge.Finally, I really appreciated the frequent and thorough communications throughout. Emails and text messages were plentiful, I could tell where my auto was in the process, and I understood when my car would be ready, even after a few delays caused by wrong parts. Highly recommend

A porter or someone that works for them damaged my driver's seat, the lesson to learn here is to take your own intake photos of the condition of your vehicle because you cannot trust this business to be honorable

I had a car break in and the perp totally destroyed my door. I was so stressed about the whole thing until I dropped my car off at service king and they took care of everything. They had to replace the door and did an awesome job blending the paint around it so it isn t noticeable at all. I got text message notifications all along the way so I knew the estimated finish time. Then whole repair took less than a week and staff were all very professional and nice. They vacuumed up all the glass for me and cleaned the interior and exterior. Honestly my car hasn t looked so nice since I bought the thing!All in all so happy I chose to go with service king. This was definitely my most positive repair shop experience, and I would come back again if I needed another repair. Thank you service king!Also all interactions were done outside and very respectful and cognizant of covid.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
