Awesome, honest, trustworthy car service repair guys! My car was acting strange including turning itself off, they did the diagnostic and checked multiple key components of the car and we're not able to find anything wrong. They determined that the car glitch had worked itself out and did not charge me for their time. It's so hard to find a service repair shop that is honest and doesn't try to sell you repairs that your car does not actually need. Even though I don't live close, I will get my car repaired here in the future!

I stopped by after work, so I was still in uniform (military) and unfortunately I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he came from the garage and went out of his way to shake my hand and thank me for my service. He was very sincere in his support. It's because of people like him that make me feel proud of what I do. Thank you again!

We go here and pay a little extra for our gas because they have been AMAZING over the years. Always ready to help in a pinch, and many times they have performed small services with a fee (and they should charge). They are fantastic and have saved us $thousands on services with our Audi (and we typically only take it to the dealer). GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

My car overheated because of a blown head gasket that I tried to fix myself with some fluid (bad idea). Luckily it overheated about a mile away and I was able to make it to their station. They fixed my car and were honest and helpful the entire time. A few months later I needed new brake pads and they fixed those, and added a tire rotation in for free. Not long after that I thought I needed a new catalytic converter and they checked it out and turned out I only needed new plugs and wires (way less expensive). These guys are awesome and I feel they are honest and sincere about everything. I feel lucky for accidentally stumbling upon them. I live in Seattle and will definitely go to them again if needed, even for an oil change.

My family has gone to this Chevron for almost 20 years. Then we moved away.Finding an honest and capable mechanic is like the story of Diogenes searching for one honest man. It's hard to do.After moving away and suffering the pains of the typical dishonest, incompetent, and extortionist mechanics, I decided to return to my old shop, although it was miles away.I was concerned that my ball joint was failing which can be dangerous. So I took it in.Our old reliable mechanic called me later the same day to tell me that they had gone through everything and had found nothing wrong. They inspected everything, tightened and lubricated all of the parts, and found nothing that required repair.Have you ever in your life had a mechanic tell you that there is nothing that they need to fix? I was not charged a single cent and now my car drives better than ever. These people are so far above the rest of the world that they must be angels. Who cares about the effort to drive so far when you have found an honest man? I've accomplished what Diogenes couldn't.I'm hesitant to even share this miraculous find except for the promise I've made to myself and to God to try to be good to my fellow man. So here you go.Their names are Barry and Brett and they provide truly honest and capable service at Newport Hills Chevron.I know I'm going to regret sharing this. My secret find is now exposed. But God Bless anyways.

To refuse a special needs child the use of bathroom because she was not wearing a mask, ordering her and her parent out-- I burn with shame on your behalf. It is my fervent hope that the market deals with your lack of humanity and that this gas station closes and perhaps becomes something more useful to society... like an emporium of erasers that don't work. It would be better than what you offer.

Jim. He scans, I pay. I have no idea why he is mad at me during these simple steps.
