Carstar collision Bellevue has been great to work with. When I first approached them for an estimate they scheduled me in quick and then were able to get us in the schedule for repair with a few weeks. After all the horror stories I heard for car repairs in the last few months and how it takes over a month I was prepared for the worst. John and Derek were honest and provided regular updates and were able to get our car fixed in ten days. They were also reasonably priced with good quality work. Thank you!

I had a great experience, definitely recommend CARSTAR!I had my Toyota Corolla repaired at CARSTARin Dec 2023 as a recommendation from Michael's Toyota. The repair was for a damaged rear bumper and blind spot monitor.John provided a good assessment and set expectations on approx. how much it may cost before tearing down the bumper. Then worked with me and Pemco insurance to get the car repaired and for seamless payment, as a claim.CARSTAR lived up to their motto " Relax, We'll Take It From here". John helped to get us scheduled for drop-off. I received updates on progress. When the car was done, it was cleaned inside and out! The repairs were great and felt like new!Good Job CARSTAR!

I would highly recommend Carstar Collision Clinic in Bellevue to anyone looking for quality auto body work for their vehicle. My car was severely damaged after colliding with a deer. John Jensen at Carstar took care of my vehicle and returned the car to me in excellent condition within the promised timeframe and within the original estimated amount. I m happy with my experience and I m glad I found a honest shop to work on my vehicle.

Recently encountered a touch of entertainment with our Toyota, FJ Cruiser where as "someone" backed into our marvelous Tonker-Toy Yellow FJ and creased the front driver-side bumper. Have to say that repairs with our Insurance provided (i.e. State Farm) in conjunction with CARSTAR was simply marvelous. As to the repair work and/or remediation of damage................."Simply outstanding work by CARSTAR and staff"................ thank you very much and the FJ looks just like new once again"............Fabulous.

Molly kept me informed about how the repairs were coming along. They finished WAY ahead of schedule and it looked better than when I bought it when I got it back. The staff was very helpful and informative. Grant did a GREAT job detailing my car. SUPER cool guy. The right rear door swiped a pole real good. Can you tell? I can t.

When you want the best car, get a Bentley. When you want the best in body work, get Carstar! They went above and beyond the call of duty and the body work is prestine! Derek has the patience of an angel! And in addition to repairing my front end body work, he removed all the nicks in my doors for FREE! He even fixed the window control box that was driving me nuts for FREE. He was very generous and professional. If your car is damaged, THIS is the place to go! I'm so glad I found this body shop! Went for an assessment on 9/5 and made an appt for service on 9/21. Called on 9/8 to cancel service and they said there was a surprise restocking fee of $75. No mention of this fee before and nothing in my paperwork mentioned a restocking fee. You can t just make up fees after the fact. And i didn t no show or cancel the day before - TWO WEEKS OUT! Do not do business with these deceitful people. I am reporting to BBB and Attorney General.

Highly recommended! I was here for fixing the scratches. The whole process was very smooth and efficient. I left my car here for 9days. Both Beth and Kelsey are very nice and always follow up to let you know what s the latest status of your repair without you asking. I really wanted to give this facility a chance after a bad experience with Ballard Carstar. The team was very nice, and took the necessary pictures. However, after six weeks the quote had not been sent to my fleet company. My fleet company prompted them and they promised to send it. Two more weeks and no quote. They promised again, and by the next week I gave up. Two months to get in for a quote, and then another two months with a damaged car waiting for the quote that for some reason they refused to send. I went somewhere else, I'm done with Carstar.

Carstar is a very honest and professional company. Our original estimate was over 2000. Sean later called me that we don t have to replace the rocker molding thus the cost was significantly dropped by more than 1200. I truly appreciate their thoughtfulness and honesty. I had a great experience at this Carstar collision clinic. The office staff displayed the highest levels of customer service and professionalism that made me feel really delighted. The process of setting up the appointments to getting the estimates and dropping off the car for repairs was made smooth and predictable. The office provided regular updates on a regular basis to keep me apprised of the repair status. The repair job was done very well, the car looks almost new!!I would like to mention that I had to go out of town for a few days while the repairs were ongoing, the office staff came up with an out of box idea to drop off the car at my house. This was a huge relief for me. Really appreciate it!! Additionally, the car was delivered well washed and clean from inside. Awesome job! Minor repair to right front corner of bumper and a cracked windshield took 3 weeks to complete after having gotten the estimate from the same shop and scheduling the work in advance. Issues too numerous to list but included poor communication from the shop to tell me what was going on and lots of excuses about long lead time for parts. The only part the car needed was a new windshield which was noted when car was taken in for the initial estimate. The order for the windshield was apparently not placed until long after the car was dropped off. Maybe it's post pandemic problems, maybe everyone is overworked. But being truthful about screw-ups is much easier and leaves customers more satisfied than making up excuses and stories. I won't be back.Service: Painting

Carstar did an amazing job repairing our car! You can't see any of the previous damage - the car looks as good as the day we bought it! Plus they were extremely acomodating with our schedule for drop off and pickup and helped coordinate from across the country. Got rear ended. State Farm sent me to Carstar to get repairs done. Carstar was great. They direct billed to the insurance company. Helped me get a rental car (Hertz totally fell down and Enterprise stepped in seamlessly). Took a little more than a week for the repairs. As painless an experience as this can be. Excellent service from beginning to end. Eric took excellent care of me, keeping me informed along the way of my car s progress and working directly with the insurance company. When I picked up my car it looked like new and was washed and waxed. If I ever need body work done again, I will absolutely use them (and I live 45+ minutes away).Services: Painting, Body & Trim
