5 attempts to repair simple damage over the course of 100+ days and it is still not fixed. They referred me to another franchise and that franchise has not responded. Their 5th attempt has left me with 9 spots of dust in the paint, visible sandpaper scratches, wavy bodywork, drips in the paint, water stained headliner, water in the taillights, inoperable seatbelt adjuster, interior panels installed improperly, interior splattered withpolishing compound and dust. You re better off using Marco or some other bargain repair shop.

Highly recommend this place. They are quick and efficient. They got my car ready 3 days earlier then what they quoted. Everyone was friendly and also my advisor kept me updated with the process. 10/10

This Caliber Collision is on point with their service and timing. The repair that was done to my Subaru is excellent like it s brand new. Jorge is a great tech. Communication was great and was finished before it was promised. Highly recommended.

Caliber Collision is an excellent company to do auto repair. I was treated with respect by everyone from start to finish. The staff listened to my concerns with scheduling. Instead of >10 days estimate it took them 7 days which really helped. Texting with repair updates with technician during the entire repair process is highly appreciated. My car looks brand new...

From start to finish working with Calliber Colision has been a wonderful experience. The repair work done on my car was of impeccable quality. They returned my car cleaner than when I bought it in! All of the people who work at Calliber are top notch! I don't think that you will be able to find a better body shop anywhere in town. Special thanks to Bruce who kept me informed with weekly updates and Lewis and Rob! Your people are the best!

I trashed my brand new car bad by hitting a truck. Caliber did a great job on the repairs. Car looks brand new again. I am very happy with the work they did. Sandy was my rep, and she kept the work on track, so the car was returned to me in the time frame as promised.The best part is that you know how when you get your car repaired after an accident and the steering just doesn't feel the same? Steering feels perfect.

Very professional and helpful folks. Special call out to DAVID who is the quality program manager. Gave us very good advice about what needs to be done and what can be skipped when terms of fixing a few dents in our vehicle. He went above and beyond and also fixed some things small minor in our car by himself. He did all of this, even without us being a customer.

Front bumper needed to be replaced, insurance company recommended Calibre Collision. They did a good job on the repair and everything went smooth. Another issue came up with the car while it was at the shop, but they were able to take care of me and fix it with no issues. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend Calibre.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My husband and I are an elderly couple. My husband recently scraped a passenger door on our garage entrance. We took the car to Caliber Collision to get an estimate. WOW what great service we got from David Aragon!! He was able to remove the paint in a matter of minutes and send us on our way. I wish all businesses had this level of kindness and honesty!!

It is not often anymore that you find a company with people that actually care about the issue AND the person - I am a single mom of twin babies and had a crazy week and needed my car with the carseats etc...got side swiped and brought my car in expecting to have a crazy time getting it fixed and having to deal with a rental - David was INCREDIBLE. Felt my stress, looked over the car a few times with me and took care of the issue that day on the spot and had his team do an extensive buff-out and get me on my way immediately. He cared about the scratch and making sure the job was fully done, but more than anything he cared about me and my situation - incredible guy, car looks better than new, and customer service was amazing. Will come back here for sure if anything else happens to the car. Don't think twice, this place is fantastic

I love it here! My team was amazing, from the front desk Brenda was so nice and helpful, Dave who evaluated my car made me laugh about an unfortunate situation and Jorge my service advisor who kept me updated. I dropped off on Monday and was given back my car by Friday. My car looked better than what it did coming off the lot. I will be a returning customer for sure.

I have been to a couple repair places in the last few years, but this one was by far my favorite. Very friendly and understanding, I was quite emotional actually so they handled me well haha. They did an excellent job and much quicker than I thought it would be, saving me money on the car rental! They even washed and detailed my car before I picked it up. Honestly, I especially appreciate David A, for his compassion, knowledge, and keeping me updated on everything. He is amazing, and everyone should come here for car repairs if they can!!

Amazing service and professionalism. The staff is kind and saw me as a human in need of help - they ensured I knew the car was cared for and ensured that I had a way to get home and back to them if needed. They kept me updated each step of the way and showed me what was wrong with the car. I felt seen and heard - I don't think money can buy that...I really appreciate all the members of this team and would absolutely recommend you go here.

This is the second time that I ve had to take my car to get fixed this year. The first time that I ve worked with caliber and they did an amazing job. They communicated the entire time and actually had it ready a week ahead of schedule.

I was very impressed with the operations of the company and the delivery of my vehicle earlier than projected. The techs did little extras without charge... Vacuum inside, change turn signal light, and fix minor paint scuffs in non claim areas. Keeping me updated by text was great. Hoping we don't need to use the shop for any more accident claims, but if so... I won't go anywhere else!

Visited Caliber Collision today to get my window replaced after a smash and grab, but was advised on other options that might make more sense financially since the only damage was the glass. They still explained the full situation to me and even took the time to clean up the glass from inside my car that I wasn't able to remove myself. Everybody I spoke to was patient and friendly, and I had a wonderful experience! I'll be sure to return if needed in the future.

Great service from Caliber Collision in Bellevue, blown away from the prompt communication, quick turn around on my vehicle, and friendliness of the staff. Brad helped me and he did a great job! Will definitely come back for any other repairs in the future.

The quality of work was superb. They are trustworthy, conscientious and reliable. They delivered my car before the estimated completion date. They fixed the back left quarter of my car, which was crushed in and also the front was crunched. The suspension got mashed up as well. They returned my car in perfect shape and even cleaned and detailed the inside. It s in better shape than when I dropped it off. It drives like a dream and looks superb. They showed me the pictures of the structural work they had to do. Impressive. I m so glad I went to them, and I will only use them from now on.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Setup an appointment for my truck with all the info. The day before I drop it off I get a call that they are not taking large vehicles. Really poor planning and communication on their part.

Unfortunately, we needed the services of an auto body repair shop. Somewhat more fortunately, we had had good experience with Precision Collision in Issaquah, now Caliber Collision. It took a while to get booked (apparently a LOT of people are bending their cars), but we went with the Bellevue location. They had an initial estimate of cost (insured) and turn-around later the same day! Two days later we picked up the car, and the work looked great (paint bumper and replace taillights). Highly recommended. Should you need body work.

Highly Recommend Caliber Collision! Sir Auto Daddy (Brad Soares) was incredible. He updated me on every step of the way and got my car done week s quicker than anticipated. The entire group was welcoming and understanding, and they were very clear with everything they were doing. Picking up my rental car was quick, easy and simple. They were well organized and again, made my car look brand new and beautiful! They gave me a complimentary car wash/detail and interior vacuum, which made my car look brand new. Thanks to everyone at Calliber Collision Bellevue!

They did a decent job but I had to go back three times to get everything right. They did not reattach my bumper and asked me to come back two more times as they ordered the wrong parts. This was challenging and expensive for me as i had to take time off work to keep returning.

Like new!!We are so pleased with Calibur Collision and the professional team work there in the Bellevue shop. Our front bumper and fog light was damaged beyond repair. The new bumper color matches perfectly and the light package looks great - like new! Shout out to Brad who coordinated with our insurance and kept us informed.
