I had my car serviced at BMW of Bellevue, and the experience was unsatisfactory as they returned it to me dirty. Despite being a longtime Lexus customer, I recently became a BMW owner. The difference in customer service and satisfaction is stark. Upon entering to purchase a car, we received no assistance. Despite seeing staff engaged in conversation, no one bothered to greet us until I sought out help. Eventually, someone sold me a $120k car on the spot, but it felt more like luck than good service. Regarding the services provided, please ensure at least the basic task of washing customers' cars is fulfilled before returning them.

The overall experience was quick and easy. Service advisor Marcus was courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. Technician was courteous, knowledgeable and explained his desire to provide an efficient and professional service. Just one simple negative in that I was not afforded the 25% discount as stated with the dealer's email notification to me when scheduling a maintenance service although a 10% discount was given for an oil change service.

BMW of Bellevue did a great job of replacing my brakes. I called a lot of other shops and compared prices. They were responsive and gave me a competitive price. What s more they did the job correctly and didn t cut any corners. They provided transportation to get me back home while I waited for them to finish and then brought me back to the dealership to pick the car up. They were a pleasure to work with.

My car was towed to BMW Bellevue due to a drivetrain malfunction on 3/9 night. I made an appointment immediately and it went smoothly. On Monday 3/11, I dropped off my key and met the Advisor Andy. He was friendly and walked me through what might happen next. I got a good loaner car for this. My car was kept there for about 10 days and during this period, Andy kept me posted for the current statuses and the next steps. When it was done, my car looked good and it was cleaned and vacuumed, which was not done in the BMW Seattle last time I dropped off my car there. Good experience.

Bill did a great job explaining what my car needed and how long it would take.The service team sent me a digital report on all the completed work.Not only was my car washed, but they took the time to vacuum the interior.Bmw service is one of the reasons this is my 6th three series

I went to the BMW of Bellevue thinking I would get an honest trade for the price I was paying for. I bought a 2013 335i with 80k miles that the seller ensured (many times) to be under a 90 day warranty, and had gone through a rigorous inspection before the selling. When I drove the car home I realized the heat only worked for one side of the car. I took it back within 2 days not concerned since the warranty would cover. They had my car for 3 weeks in order to replace the heat core, and told me that they overlooked and my car was never under such warranty. They covered for the heat issue but tried not to. They lied about the main reason I bought the car for (90 day warranty) and now I wont get what I paid for. When I picked up my car after 3 weeks at the shop the heat works but there is a very loud noise when used. I cannot even bring my car back to them after such fix .

Was there for a recall "PCV" replacement. I waited two hours for the repair. Had Coffee or water available. Angel was informative on a Issue I'm having with "auto door unlock" They also did an inspection and told me about some issues the vehicle had with tire ware. I recommend there service department. Thanks Adam

I was assigned Aaron as my Service Advisor and he was a true professional from start to finish. Excellent communication and I felt that he made every effort to accommodate me on short notice. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle back here when the time comes.

I brought my new 5 series BMW in to have the calipers that had been installed on my new car were blue (not the red I had originally requested them to be.) BMW of Bellevue brought in new red calipers to replace the blue ones and the car looks Great really happy to have my car looking just as I wanted it.Michelle was my service coordinator and she was as Awesome this time as she had been with my previous BMW Suoer professional and really treats you like a friend.John was my salesman and he was also Great at getting the new calipers in and keeping in touch with me about having them installed.

the service resulted in my steering wheel making noises which wan't the case before it. On the day of the 2nd appointment the steering wheel was not making a cranky noise for some reason it auto resolved but I thought to verify in case anything was wrong with the steering making noises on turns for a couple of days after service.When I returned back stating the service caused this, they charged $250 more for just "checking the noises" with mentioning no issue with turning the wheel and also not doing anything to fix the problem and asking for another $1250+ to fix engine mount, when the problem was with turning the steering wheel.The service guy in their own video also showed that their is no noise they noticed in the steering wheel turns and suggested to check for 2-3 days if it comes back.Now they charged $250 for just "re-checking" a problem their service created and got auto-resolved. The service for which I already paid $1400+ and now asking for another $1250+ for a problem which doesn't even exist and is unrelated to this. The 1st service also replace spark plugs un-necessarily when it was replaced at the 5 year mark last time.I'm never returning back to this so called "service" center !

Really pleased with the service I receive when I don t have an appt and have to pop in for add engine coolant or windshield wiper fluid top offs. Guys in the service bay are always friendly, helpful and get me in and out quickly.

Jennie has been amazing service advisor! One small issue - I got the tires replaced but when I drove some miles, I saw "tires not recognized" error pop up. I guess I will have to go back to service center for a quick fix.

Good service but took a few hours which was longer than expected for brake fluid and tires. It's a nice place to wait though so not too bad.

Recently bought preused X5 from the BMW of Bellevue. I always got my previous car, X6 2014, serviced with them. Overall I found their services to be reliable and kept my car in awesome shape. I also want to specifically give a shout out to Mo (and the other finance person) who helped me to get the right protection plan and at price that worked for me.

On 1st July 2023 I went for engine oil change. After oil change i drove car for nearly 50miles and parked for few days and on 5th july I got engine oil low warning. I kept car parked and today 8th july I went again to service center that there is low engine oil warning iam getting. They saw somethings on car screen and said everything is fine you can ignore this warning. I drove back home and saw lot of oil leaking when car runs. Now engine is completely drained from oil.No oil left in engineImagine the way these guys change simple engine oil. They did not even checked when i asked them today. careless attitudewho will pay now for the damage caused

I would like to rate the two services I received separately. 5 star for Bill Huang for the customer service he provided. He was kind and very helpful. I came in for an oil chance and unexpectedly needed two new tires. He knew I was going to stay in house to wait for my car. He offered if he can provide a ride for me if there was anywhere i needed to go. I felt he valued my time where he got me out at a reasonable time.Now for the labor dept the service I received I m rating this 2.5 star. When I got in my car I noticed a very strong unpleasant foul odor like (human waste) in my car, along with someone s garbage (saran wrap) stuffed in my cup holder (I took a photo of it). I m speculating it was from somebody s lunch. My only regret before leaving was to call Bill over to witness the smell and the state my car was in. It was not how I left my car into their hands. So disappointed coming from BMW Bell veI don t want to end my review with negativity. Bill was great he offered 5 start customer service. Brought my new to me BMW X5 in for a check engine light. Took over 45 minutes to sit with a service writer to explain the concerns even with an appt. From there the service writer wrote everything up and said the diagnostic should be done within a few days. True to their word it was, turns out $19500 worth of concerns.I approved several of the items which came out to around $8000, thinking everything would be done by end of the week.After texting and calling over the next three weeks, found little to no work was getting done due to a backordered part.Requested my car to be buttoned up and I would continue the repairs elsewhere as there was no ETA on the part to arrive. Was told I wouldn't be able to drive it home due to fire concern, so I arranged for transport back home 60 miles away.Took the vehicle to local BMW mechanic to find the part on back order wasn't needed and a few other minor things were done.I may be the exception but don't appreciate the sales tactics on getting my vehicle repaired at the dealer, especially at their prices. All I wanted was it done right and done in a timely manner, neither happened! Disappointed to say the least. First visit to this dealer and not impressed.

Don t go here first if you have a flat tire issue. Go to discounted tire and they will help you find nail. Pump the tire to normal pressure and then drive otherwise tire will get damaged. I came here first and they only provide solution to buy new tires. The salesperson didn t do tire tread check correctly and told me I need to change 4 tires. Luckily the mechanic corrected it and I only need to change 2 tires. Totally it cost me 1500+. Very expensive. Also remember to ask for keeping the other good old tire. They didn t ask me.

When you buy a nice car, you want to take care of it -- and BMW of Bellevue's service center has been amazing to work with. In particular, my advisor Brandon Pineda has gone above and beyond as a helpful, attentive and thorough member of the team. I definitely plan to bring my X3 back for any future service needs.

Bellevue BMW continues to provide exceptional service on my M2. The MyBMW app is so easy to use for scheduling and communication with the dealership. My service advisor Safeeullah was awesome at keeping me posted on my service, detailing exactly what my car required and getting it back to me asap. I highly recommend Bellevue BMW and their service for your auto.

They have got an amazing staff. But I received a text message from the automated system saying that I have a service scheduled with the name of a service rep professional. When I went in, the rep didn't know anything about this and there was nothing in the system saying that a service was due. Glitch?

The rep could have been better at helping me for what I came that to do. Bradon did the opposite. I just needed my KEY FOB reprogrammed, but he kelp on insisting that I needed to do a full diagnosis's when all I needed was my key FOB to be reprogrammed. For that reason, I am afraid to go back to Belleview BMW. I think he needs to be more caring of what the customer needs do not treat me as a price tag.

My adviser is a great guy. I feel it s a little strange that an alignment for a car that is new and bought from Bellevue BMW would be something I would have to pay for.
