I can t recommend Bentley Seattle enough! Through my work I have had the pleasure of working very closely with Jeremiah Khan who has handled our account with exceptional care. The company I work for has purchased two customized Rolls Royce s (in addition to two Bentley s privately purchased).In the process of customizing said Rolls Royce s Jeremiah maintained constant contact at our request - he kept us updated on the status of the cars (even included status update photos), he would come to our offices and bring in samples for the boss to review and approve which included sitting down with the owner and walking him through all his options (no matter the time commitment), he also allowed us his direct cell line for fast and quality service at all times. Since, the cars have been successfully purchased and customized, but Jeremiah and Bentley Seattle s quality service has not gone anywhere! He continues to check in and offers amazing benefits (I work with him in some capacity nearly weekly) cleaning and detailing all the cars, has continued to store one vehicle for us while our development project gets completed, and takes care of everything in between.Can t thank the Rolls Royce and Bentley Seattle team enough for all you do - going above and beyond seems to be their standard! Thank you!

***Update***Bought a second car from Anthony Wilson with Lisa and everything was as smooth as before. No pressure, lightening quick communication and easy transaction. I highly recommend Lisa and Anthony! Far superior buying experience, even out of state!Just bought a car from Anthony Wilson at Bentley of Seattle in Bellevue, WA and couldn't be happier with the service I received from start to finish. His communication was fantastic. No pressure on discussing the price, easy negotiating and the deal was made quickly. I'm an out of state buyer so there were a few hoops to jump through, but Anthony and everyone at the dealership made sure it wasn't painful. I just received the car after transport and everything is exactly at described and the car is fantastic. I highly recommend Anthony, Bentley of Seattle and the whole Open Road Northwest Team!

We purchased a 2021 Ram Limited here, although that's not the common type of vehicle being sold here, I have never had a better car buying experience. They were upfront about the vehicles history and any answer they didn't have right away they got for us in a timely manner. While waiting for financing and paperwork to be submitted we got to meet a lot of the team members on the floor who couldn't have been more inviting. I 100% recommend this dealership over others of its kind. Jeremiah was our salesperson and was very honest about the market pricing on our vehicle and we left the dealership feeling like we "stole" the vehicle for the price that we paid. Take a trip out here if you want to have a good experience at a dealership for once!

I would Like to Give Major Kudos to Anthony Wilson, in the Bentley Sales Dept. I Purchased a 2017 Bentley GT from Bentley of Seattle on 1/19/23. After the sale, there were several items that came up with the Vehicle. Although, Anthony was not the salesperson that had sold me the car to begin with. I was not getting anywhere with my efforts to rectify the issues until Anthony stepped in. All of the Issues have Not been totally rectified, but at least we are making progress. My hat is off to him for going to Bat for me and to getting the Ball heading in the Right Direction. If You are anticipating purchasing a Car from the OpenRoad Northwest Auto Group. I would Highly suggest you ask for Anthony Wilson, as your Sales Person !!! Thank You Again, Sir !!

Jeremiah provides the best customer service I ve ever seen. Very friendly and easy going. You just feel comfortable talking to him. Buy or not buy is your choice, you won t feel pushy at all. I like this place because of his excellent service.

We brought our Bentley in to get serviced and we were lucky enough to work with Chris. Chris went above and beyond! He made our entire experience with Bentley smooth and effortless! He even had our Car ready early with it washed! We will definitely be working with Chris again!

I am posting for my father as well, since he does not have a google review account.We have been dealing with this dealership for a few years with our vehicles and the service was horrible from things not being done to being told things were fixed when there were not. Since Chris and Josh have been in the service center things have been greatly improved. Chris has been assisting with even trying to figure out how to get some of the promises from the previous employe in his position done for us, from trying to help with finding the paperwork to just figuring out a way to get things done.I have been dealing with the service center and it was so frustrating that I was personally contacting UK to find answers, I even considered shipping the cars for service out of state, because I could not trust the work was being done and what I was being told. Since Chris has been the service writer he not only keeps me in the loop with what s going on, he also goes above and makes sure that what is going on is explained. Also having the consistent updates with the progress is much appreciated.

I've used this dealer since I bought my 2006 Flying Spur. Until about 2018 they were super. I'm not sure what changed but their whole attitude has. No one responds to email inquiries. We went to a private event for the new Flying Spur launch which was pretty cool. The next day was test drive day. Good thing we had lined up the first spot. The rep we went wth was from Minneapolis so he had no idea where to go. He also had no concept of the schedule and told us to drive as long as we wanted. After our hour was up i suggested we go back and we were still 20 minutes out. The next couple was not pleased. We went inside, only to be ignored. Isaac was nowhere to be found. Finally we decide to just leave. He caught us on the way out and told us how to build our model on the website and he would send us the price. So i did. After 2 weeks of no response i checked with him. He apologized and said he would have it in an hour. That was 2 weeks ago....Geez, for a current Bentley owner, looking at dropping $300k on another model, you'd think a guy would rate a response. Apparently not.

Found a fantastic Audi R8 V10 Plus at this dealership and i live out of state...Made a pretty seamless transaction with this dealership to get the car. Jared Lowell and Shahin and Adam were all very nice and helpful. Jared went above and beyond to make sure everything fell into place and i got pictures of everything i wanted to see since i live down south and couldn't just drop by to see the car in person. The paperwork was quick and efficient...shipping was fantastic and the car arrive perfectly within just a few days. Jared put up with a lot of texting and remained patient with my many questions. LOL! Being female, i appreciate very much the time they spent ensuring everything was as it should be. Don't hesitate giving this fantastic high end dealership your business...dealing with them is NOTHING like going to a "random dealership". They are much more professional and laid back. They carry a large amount of high end vehicles and exotics..Their pricing is great too! check them out! Thanks to all the nice staff there i got to speak to over the phone!. Happy Client here!

My experience at Bentley service Seattle was excellent... Recently I got Enginner light turn on my 2017 bentayga after long trip to Idaho.I schedule services with Bentley Seattle to bring the car in and they find down cat-convertor need to replace.. My Bentley was purchased from out state and no longer have warranty, lucky I got help by Tom Cerovsky he supper nice guy with excellent customers service experience. he help me call Bentley US get manufactured warranty to replace Cat- convertor for free with out help from Tom I will broke my wallet at lease 7k, thank you Tom see you next service HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR BENTLEY SERVICE!

I walked into the show room and NO ONE gave me the time of day. I was looking for something to propose as an option to my father, but with no assistance why try?! STUCK UP AND DONT BOTHER. They literally act as if they re better than.

They have better things to do then help you. The staff is all stuck up. Unless you drive up in a bugatti they could care less if they lose customers
