Multiple engine systems failed, most of the parts damage deemed critical in my 12-year old Nissan Altima. Mark and his crew dedicated 2 weeks to acquire the parts necessary to finish repairs, due to the age of my vehicle and a sparse supply of replacement parts. It runs better than ever and though the cost was significantly higher than I had hoped for, I came away with a new appreciation for the dealership.

They offer good deals and prices. It's a hassle free process. They also offer Lyft/Uber ride if you cannot wait in the place while your car is getting fixed. No unnecessary or hidden charges. I just love their service

I have had nothing but good experiences with the service department! Adrien is awesome. He is always honest and upfront about what has to be done and what can wait. He always gets me the best price he can and has great communication. They get the work done quickly no matter what the problem (or just routine services) is. I know people complain about the prices, but you pay for convenience and quick service. Highly recommend Adrien as your service consultant.Service: General repairs & maintenance

$200 and whatever technician they had working on it left some tools in my vehicle I never bothered plugging back in the wiring harness so after paying them $200 then i had to reconnect the door this is my first and my last time I'll never go through a big dealership service like this again

I just want to thank Bellevue Nissan again, especially thanks to Adrien my advisor at the Service Department. He is so professional and knowledgeable. He understands the clients needs 100% and always exceeds their expectations. Honestly, I think there is no better place to take your Nissan for maintenance or anything else that you need.

Had an awesome experience at Nissan Service today! Not often I have been able to say that about a car dealership. My service advisor was Mike. He was friendly and thorough. I will be back if I need service again!

I've been visiting this location for 2 years now. I came today for a maintenance service. I had a great experience with the service consultant (David Florer). He was patient and did his best to address my issues.I had an issue with a past consultant that resulted in me loosing my extended warranty due to giving me false information when I first came for services 2 years ago. I asked to speak to the manager (Damon Roussell) who refused to talk to me directly and wanted all communication to be done through the consultant. After a lot of back and forth, he finally showed up after the consultant asked him like 5 times to come in. He came with an attitude, was yelling all the time, and didn't even want to listen. He didn't even want to try to understand the problem. When he made it clear that there's nothing he can do, he left the consultant's office and slammed the door, without any respect to me or to the consultant. Even if there's nothing he can do, there are 100 ways of dealing with a customer, even if he/she were wrong. He claimed that he has 15 years of experience and never heard that extended warranty needs to be transferred from private sellers within 30 days. Even a 15 years old manager would know such information since it's Nissan's policy! It was very unprofessional experience and it's my last time I do service in this location.

Completely 100% unimpressed!!! I come from a Nissan family. My father worked for and was a Nissan mechanic for 30+ years just not in WA state... I took my Nissan truck in for an oil change and to have a new serpentine belt installed in which I supplied the new belt. Generally when the belt is replaced you also replace the belt tensioner as well so I asked for a price quote for the tensioner. I was quoted around $166.00 which, funny enough, is exactly the price I said I would not pay anymore than that for the part. I reluctantly said go ahead and put it on. 3 hours later, my oil change and belt installation was finally complete. Total this really shouldn't take more than 1 hour. I was charged $307.89 in total. When I was examining the completed work and paperwork, I noticed that the $50 gift card I had given them nor the 10% parts or service discount that Nissan offers was never applied to my cost. I then checked the part they replaced and the belt installed just to find out the NEW BELT TENSIONER WAS NEVER INSTALLED!!!!!! I WAS CHARGED $307.89 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TO HAVE A BELT PUT ON THAT I SUPPLIED!!!!! I never received credit for the gift card I provided or for the discount Nissan is offering for parts or service. I was deceived and lied to. I waited 3 hours for a 1 hour job. I was overcharged. I was told parts needed replacement that do not. I was lead to believe a new part was being installed that was NOT installed. I asked them to top off the coolant and they didn't even do that!I am a Nissan customer for life and never again will I go to Bellevue Nissan for anything!!! They over charge for their parts, service, and cars as well. Check Courtesy parts and compare price on OEM Nissan parts if you don't believe me. This place is nothing but a rip off!!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

We have been taking our 2 autos to Bellevue Nissan for over 5 years now for oil changes and various maintenance. I relied on them to keep me informed about maintenance . They failed me. We will not be going back. Brakes worn beyond a simple maint. I found out too late. Cost to repair was over $1,000.00 if alerted during my routine oil changes it would have been $250.00. Tried calling them did not return my call.

We have been customers of Nissan for years! Never ever lease from Nissan.We understand there is a pandemic going on but Nissan of Bellevue in Eastgate customer service went down hill. When they moved from NE 8th. They lost a lot of good people.We have been calling for 7 weeks and leaving message to return our lease and no one is getting back to us! Left multiple messages, emails and called the1-800 number.We will never do business with NissanWe went to Hyundai of Kirkland and best customer service. We bought two cars from them hassle free. As we were unable to make a deal with Nissan for being loyal customers. Terrible customer service from all ends.

decent place, don't feel taken advantage of, like I did in most other places. I've learned the hard way that newer cars with electronic systems can be fixed only by its own dealership.

The receptionist and most of the sales staff were not wearing masks even though the notice on the door says that everyone in the building must wear a mask. With Washington now having the most Covid cases in the US, this lack of mask wearing is unacceptable.
