Exceeds expectations with their quick and friendly service! I have gone in twice now and both times they were able to resolve my issues with minimal work and cost. This time I went in to get a mud flap added back after a prior repair and had a bad scratch on the front from a parking lot encounter, which would easily cost $600+ to correct and they were able to buff most of it out to where it s barely noticeable. They definitely didn t have to go the extra mile on that since it s not the reason I was there but they did a phenomenal job and I was in and out of the shop in 15 mins, so fast!! Highly recommend as the service here is top notch but so are the people.

Got my car back without detail of what was done to it. This job was done with an opposite party s insurance company. Throughout the time my car was here, there was a lack of communication from the shop that made it a pain. The return date was pushed several times.The car was returned to me with a missing emblem, over spray on areas and windows that were not damaged, bent clips on several trim pieces during reinstallation resulting in panel gaps, a loose replacement tail light assembly, dust covered spare tire area, slight bubbling under the paint, and tape from the painting process that was left on with rough paint edges.If you have a keen eye for your vehicle I wouldn t recommend this place. If you want your car fixed and don t care about the fine details from a distance, you ll be fine.

Excellent work, fair price. Brought my Lexus here after an accident, and they quickly gave me an accurate itemized quote. Work was done quickly and the end result is amazing. Would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here.

The team here did a fantastic job with my car, it looks brand new after smashing the front passenger side. Communication with the owner was never an issue. I checked all body shops, twice. They all gave us the cold shoulder and were very uninterested in our business. This place is right by most of them and yet consistently offered to get us in right away and told us a few days to see it instead of weeks and weeks. The owner especially was so laid back and easy to work with, he just got the car in, finished and priced at above and beyond expectations.And all at the same estimate or better as the others. They are honest and were my first estimate. I had to look around due to obligations with our car on Turo where we rent it. If it weren't for the owner and his incredible service, we would be looking at a big dent in out car still and many more cancellations on Turo.Shops like this are the kind you keep close and announce to the world their greatness, because it really is few and far between where you can get seriously good service on such an expensive yet fragile possession.We will never be looking else where in WA, and we're getting my 2005 Mazdaspeed Miata new paint and body work there early next year and if not for them I would be waiting a lot longer and far less enthusiastic about it.Give them a chance of your business, you won't be let down. Our car had a massive dent requiring body and paint work on the quarter panel. It is now brand new, like it never happened. They cover every base perfectly, even time on phone or in their office. It was just simply incredible.

They told me exactly what was going to be done and sent me email updates along the way. Everyone was cool and laid back and the entire experience was pleasant. My car had been sideswiped by another driver so my driver side doors and fender were damaged so bad, it hurt to look at it. When I got my car back, it looked as if nothing happened to the car and they even went and washed it and detailed it, I don't know if other ships do that because in past experiences other shops had not, so that was a plus. Very happy with Bellevue Collision Center.

Communication was horrible. We never got calls on our car or quotes. When they finally call they wanted to charge us a daily charge for the car while it was there. However there was no conversation, paper we saw or sign saying that there is a 100 a day charge. There also was nothing on there website. They wanted us to pay them 500.00 or sign title over. That wasn't happening. Would not recommend!

There was insured event with a damaged fender, door and bumper. It was discussed with manager that the fender and bumper would change and the door would be repaired. The car was returned, the bumper was not changed, the bumper plastic clips were broken and the bumper bolt was missing, the bumper was loose and wobble. The door was repaired with visible traces of sandpaper. There were also traces of sandpaper on the bumper. The painting is poor quality. There was no answer from Sergey to the question of what they will do with the broken bumper clips. They did not give me any paper work or warranty. The car is sold and I will not see this horror every day again, but the sale price has been reduced for these "repair" defects.

Great experience and quality service. Someone hit our car when it was parked one night banging in the side so you couldn't open the driver's side door. I'd gotten a recommended for the Bellevue Collision Center about five years ago for a different car so i called them.They did fix door and the technician there really helped me out. Highly recommended.

My experience with this shop is no other then Great!!!!!A very good communication with Serghei about my car that was fixed quick after they received the parts they needed for.Based on the experience that I had working with them I definitely recommend this Repair Shop.

I had a small scratch on my SUV. It was estimated at $700 to repair. The gentleman there told me if I got some touch up paint at the dealer that he'd fix it for free. I stopped in at my convienience and they fixed it on the spot! I hope I never need major body work done on my car, but if I do I'll definitely bring it back to BCC! Thank you

I took my Mercedes Sprinter 4x4 to this shop after an unfortunate collision. The owner was very professional and his shop delivered my vehicle to me in just a few days! The vehicle is brand new and the work these guys did is OEM quality! Gratitude to these guys for a job well done!

Great work and the owner is very nice. Have been here several times but never disappointed. They could be super busy and take time to get back to you but their awesome work made up for this hiccup. Highly recommend!

Needed a fender replaced after an accident. They were professional, courteous, completed the job early and were on estimate. My car is a "unique" color and they matched it perfectly. Would recommend.

I have been calling for 3 days straight and I havent get no response yet, left 2 voicemails with them and no one answers or calls back... what is going on!? Is this for real? Over 20 calls in the last 3 days and not a single one was picked up? This is a joke, I need my car back, I dont know what is going on but I am so disappointed after waiting almost 3 months to get my car back because "they couldn't find a replacement part" never again!

I had a bad accident a couple of months ago, with extensive damage to the front of my car - radiator, body, hood, etc. Sergio & his team at Bellevue Collision Center were professional, timely and most of all thorough. Communicator with insurance agents was minimal because Bellevue Collision Center handled it all. I even got my car back early!They made it as stress-free as possible because of their professionalism. I ve given it a month to see how the car has done and it s like new.So grateful! Thank you, Sergio & team!I highly recommend Bellevue Collision Center!

My Honda Accord got rear ended right when quarantine took place so I wasn't able to check up on my car or even the people working on my car but BCC did such an amazing job with my car. I am a very anxious and worrisome person and BCC was AMAZING at communicating with me and the insurance involved. They did above and beyond what was needed for my car which made me very speechless, as this is the first time very getting involved in a car accident and dealing with the stuff that comes with it. I will FOREVER (hopefully never happens again) come give them my service as they have gained my trust in taking care of my car!!!

Beyond happy with my repair from Bellevue Collision Center. My car was hit while parked and it's been a 5-month saga with the insurance company to get the repair done. Sergio helped me deal with the insurance company and we finally convinced them to repair it. The damaged rear quarter panel and door/bumper perfectly match the rest of the car and it looks better than when before it was damaged. In addition, they buffed out scuffs, washed/polished the car, cleaned the interior, cleaned the foggy headlights, AND they repaired my side mirror that had a bullet hole in it -- all for FREE. Many thanks to Sergio and his team, highly recommended!
