I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bel-Red Auto for some repairs on my vehicle, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a genuine desire to help.The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repair process to me in detail. They were also upfront about the cost and timeline, which I really appreciated. Throughout the repair process, Dominick kept me updated on the progress and made sure I was satisfied with the work being done.When I picked up my car, I was amazed at how good it looked. The repairs were flawless, and you would never know there had been any damage. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they had cleaned the interior of my car as well, which was a nice touch.Overall, my experience at Bel-Red Auto was exceptional. The staff were professional, the repairs were top-notch, and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Bel-Red Auto to anyone in need of auto body repairs.

The best auto body shop I have used in 60 yrs.Raymond was my estimate guy. He was so on top of my repair job, he would contact me every other day with updates on parts needed and completion of job. Also the repair work was the best I have ever seen. Sam herrick

What an amazing job by Rich et al at Bel-Red Auto Rebuild! He scheduled my car as soon as able, fixed the damage and returned my SUV in sparkling condition with detailing on both the interior and exterior! Great people and service, most highly recommended! Thank you so much!Robyn

The took some wires out of place. They moved my CDs which were under my rear seat. I do not understand. They were there just to fix the exterior, but it took almost FOUR MONTHS. There was some gunk in my cup holder, They threw away my car febreeze clip-on, they took all the rest of my tissues away (it did have less than half but it was still a lot), they did not even throw the empty box away and just left it there. They put a little garbage in my car garbage holder, but why couldn't they have thrown away their own garbage in their own garbage can? I called them two times. The manager is also the owner which unfair because the way the phone calls went, I was crying a ton because they were not taking me seriously. I know it al sounds a bunch of small stuff but it adds up to a big one. Their parking lot is extremely small. He told me it is not a problem for good drivers but IT IS SMALL. He showed absolutely no empathy.

The worst body shop I have ever seen!!!!!My car was put into there over 3 months. At the beginning, some auto parts which need to be shipped from German, it takes a month.After that, they said the insurance company didn't pay them money. And they just wait, no one is tracking it! And it takes another 2 months!!!Until I jump into this issue, finally, I figured out some materials are missing from the bodyshop, that's why the insurance cannot move forward!!!!!!Gesusu!!!!!!!!!!Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

My go-to auto shop for the last 7 years - they are AMAZING!My most recent incident, Linda and Challan both took such great care of me and mu vehicle. They made sure I was squared away and advocated for my repairs the right way.And they even got me in a month early!I really appreciated their kindness and support. THANK YOU!

Got some damage around wheels and to wheels. We bring all our cars and refer all of our friends because of the quality and care that gets put in every time. Rich is the best... no corners cut, no compromises, and you can tell based on the quality of automobiles the business is able to see. Whether it is exotic Italians, Germans, or American builds it is important to know that they take care of EVERY car no matter the cost the same. OEM everything!! Poor communication and LIES, especially by Daniel. He never emailed me even though I early on tried having him email me. Repair estimated to take 2 weeks after receiving parts. It's been a month and essentially nothing has been even started on my car. Was told by him my car wasn't a priority. Seems like they are taking on too many customers and unable to efficiently fix the cars they take on. Also having an employee who is constantly lying to customers about progress on their vehicle doesn't help... Once I got the car back and examined it in the daylight.... They had it parked outside for my pickup -- I see some poor workmanship. Notice the lower stoneguard installed by Bel-red and how it is peeling off. Also my front stoneguard on the cow of the car was damaged. I have contacted Linda and my insurance and am awaiting a response to these issues.

I just wanted to thank Bel Red Auto for providing first class customer service and making my experience with them better than expected!My car was damaged while parked on the side of the road so I brought it to Rich so I could get an estimate for the guilty parties insurance company, since I wasn't at fault. They worked with the other drivers insurance and repaired the damage to my front bumper without any problems and made the whole experience seamless.It now looks brand new, even though my car is older and definitely not as nice as some of the other vehicles I noticed in the shop getting fixed. It's good to know that I was treated the same as someone who is bringing in their Rolls Royce for repairs, they really impressed me and I will be back next time I need some body work done. Hopefully not anytime soon though!Service: Body & Trim

My vehicle was extensively damaged and I had worked with Bel-Red Auto rebuild in the past so bring it back here was a no brainer as I was happy with their service previously.But due to the extent of the damage this time, I needed to communicate more often with Kyle and the shop. Kyle was very professional and easy to talk to about my concerns I had with the vehicle repair. His response time was within 1 business day and went out of his way to provide additional estimates had I decided to go with a different route in the repair.Although the repair did go past the estimated completion date- it was understandable because you cannot rush a quality job. I did have to bring the vehicle back for minor adjustments which was a bit inconvenient but Kyle and team made up for it by making me feel prioritized and that they would ensure that I wouldn't have that problem again. If you care about your vehicle, then the level of service, care and attention to detail that Kyle and this shop provides is outstanding.Although I hope I never have to come back to Bel-Red Auto rebuild (cause that would mean my vehicle is damaged)- if I ever find myself needing a body shop again- the service alone has made me a life long customer. Everyone at the shop was always very welcoming and I didn't feel like a customer but more like a friend. I brought in my BMW 530i for body work. Emilio was upfront with me on the estimated cost and Maggie was very professional in scheduling the job. I had a high expectation of their service going in and they certainly met it and more. The quality of work was absolutely over the top and I could not find any flaw with their work at all. I highly recommend this body shop even if you live within the 100 miles radius (Its really worth the drive to the shop.) With that said, there's certainly room for improvement particularly in the area of timely delivery. The work was completed two days later than the estimated completion date. At the end of the day, I was not too bothered by the delay as long as they were able to deliver the level of quality that I'd expected. They certainly performed above and beyond. I will totally do business with them again.

Being new to the area I selected Bel-Red Auto Rebuild randomly through a list of providers from my insurance. From the first contact to the last the staff (i mostly worked with Rich) was very professional and helpful . They listened to all my concerns and addressed each one without making me feel like I was asking silly questions (which I'm sure some of them were!). They returned all my calls in a decent turnaround and provided me periodic updates (when my insurance wasn't). When it was time to pick up my car they were helpful in getting my rental returned and my vehicle looked as good as new. I'd take any of my vehicles back if/when the time comes and I'd recommend them to anyone.

The folks at Bel-Red Auto Rebuild are true professionals and did a fantastic job restoring my car to its old self. In fact, they made it look even better. To my eyes it looks brand new! They went above and beyond to repair and retouch even the smallest details on my car. The estimate process was easy and quick and then when they got to work it was in a reasonable amount of time. Another nice touch was that they washed and cleaned my car inside and out before returning it to me.

Bel-Red Auto is amazing! My car was rear ended and needed some auto body repair work. I looked everywhere for the best auto repair shop in Bellevue and Bel-Red Auto to be one of the best reviewed shops around. I brought my car in and was reassured by the staff that there would be no problem fixing my car. I was able to pick up my car with no further issues, the paint matched and my car look good as new. I will definitely be coming back here any time I need repairs done on my vehicles. Shout out to Bel-Red Auto for their professional auto body repair!Service: Body & Trim

I will start out by saying that I didn't get work here. It was actually my son. He hit a racoon with his new BMW M2 Competition after only having it for 2 days. Rough fir sure. He called around and was constantly told a couple of months just to look at it. Bel-Red told him they would at least take a look within a week or so. Then tell him what the damage was. My son was concerned that he damaged the intercooler and other engine parts. Not to mention that auto mechanics don't always have a good reputation. Well these guys are awesome. Not only did they take a look within a week, they told my son it just needed cosmetics work and some paint! They were able to get it done in a month or so. That is how all auto mechanics should be. I don't want to have any accidents but if I do I know where I will go.

I highly recommend Bel-Red Auto Rebuild. I got into a bit of a fender bender and didn't know who to take my car to for repair, (and it needed quite a bit of repairs). I was referred to Bel-Red and when I picked up the phone to call them, Chelsea answered. She is an angel. Completely handled everything seamlessly and I didn't have to lift a finger. She coordinated my car being picked-up same day and within minutes emailed me the forms for signature. After walking me through the process she made sure to check-in with me throughout the time my car was there and kept me updated. Sasha also reached out and answered my questions, which was incredibly helpful :) When I went to pick my car up it was waiting for me washed AND detailed- It felt like I was driving it off the lot when I originally purchased it. 100% satisfied with the entire experience. Thanks to everyone at Bel-Red!

I went there for a quote and the gentleman who helped me was great, I believe his name was Chow. But him and the staff went above and beyond for me. I was having car trouble when I was done with my visit. Chow tried to help and even called a mechanic in the area. But I ended up going to the dealership, due to the problem potentially being covered by warranty. They allowed me to wait for a tow trunk for my car and the girl at the front was very polite, offered water and checked on me while I waited. They are really great when it came to customer service. Their kindness made a frustrating experience better.

We had a terrible experience with Bel red auto rebuild. You would notice reviews about them seem to be polarized - either really good or really bad. I think they may have some preferred customers or preferred brand car owners. If you are new customers like us, you probably should read a few of their one star reviews (they are rated as the most useful ones on Yelp) and BBB complaints. There is a consistency you would find. We regretted very much not doing so before we turned in our car to them.

Great service! I got into an accident and did not have collision coverage, so I had to pay for repairs out of my pocket. I went to Bel-Red Auto Rebuild to see if they could do anything for me. They were very honest and attentive and got my car back on the road for a very affordable price. I will definitely return for my future body repairs, they do excellent work. Thanks again guys!

I took my brand new car in after my toddler drew smiley faces on the side and front with a rock (insert 4 letter words here). Rich was incredibly friendly, explanatory, fair and reassuring. He supported my decision to just buff the scratches since removing the parts and painting would be far out of my current financial ability. Unlike other body shops he never pressured me into more expensive services. I dropped my car off and it was completed within the time he had said. The work was exactly as he explained it would be. I will be coming back for all my, pretty certain, future body work needs.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great recent experience with Rich and the team at Bel Red Auto Rebuild. They did some work to repair scuffing and light denting around the rear area of the car. The car now looks better than ever, with none of the affected areas showing any signs of the scuffs or light denting. They even vacuumed the seats and did some cleaning in the interior of the car, which is a detail that I appreciated. I would use this business again for any further auto body issues.

This is an outstanding business. I took my car in to have a diffuser installed on the rear bumper. They were able to service it immediately, which saved me a trip. While waiting I spoke with the employees and they were both friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Emilio for the quick estimate, good customer service, and props on your BMW knowledge.

Greatest experience I have ever had at an Auto Body shop! My Lexus Hybrid got involved in a hit and run accident. It was immediately appearant that the whole thing needed a lot of work. In the past it has been hard for me to find a Bellevue auto body repair shop that I could trust. After searching online for auto body repair Bellevue I came across Bel-Red Auto Rebuild. The reviews seemed genuine and they had an excellent 5 star rating. I was reassured that fixing my car would be no problem and that they would be obliged to do all the work with the insurance company! I was overjoyed to hear this. Fast forward to when I came back to pick up my fully repaired car. It was looking better than ever before! I had my first ever mishap with my car. Not knowing how to do everything Jamie was super helpful and sweet! She helped line up my rental car and when it was time to pick up my car, I was more than happy! They had it done really quick. It looked beautiful! I would highly recommend Bel-Red Auto Rebuild.

The guys at Bel-Red Auto are fantastic. I did an inquiry on their website to see if they d install brake caliper covers on my new Acura RDX, they responded quickly and we corresponded over email a few times and once my covers showed up we scheduled a day to get them installed. Greeted warmly at the front door. This place is super professional and they did a really nice job. They do things right, as even when I told them they could get the covers on without taking the wheels off, they wanted to take the wheels off anyway to do the job right! I will be back in the future for any other upgrades I decide to do on my RDX! Thanks Bel-Red Auto!

Bel-Red Auto Rebuild is by far best in class! This place takes great car of the customer and even better care for your car. Erik provided excellent customer service! Being that the repair was an insurance claim, Erik was very patient and was able to provide very clear communication in regards to the timeline and my insurance. Bel-Red takes the headache out of the car repair process!
