I brought my BMW in with a scratched bumper. They have missed every estimated completion time and are now saying it will take another week to finish this repair. If it takes them 3+ weeks to repair a scratch that just needs to be repainted how long does it take them to repair more severe damage? I should have known by their parking lot, where there is literally no space to park anywhere, that they would take their sweet time with the repair.

I have to submit this review for all the folks looking at this place and going elsewhere due to the low stars you may see - Def give this place a try. I got in an accident and had my car towed here and they actually weren't accepting tows at that time but they were nice enough to keep my vehicle and work on it for me. They told me 3-4 weeks from the get go and that's what it ended up being. I cannot say enough great things about Brandon K from this location. He worked with me through every step of the way and always communicated what was going on and when. I really appreciated how thorough he was. It was a brand new car, only had it for 3 weeks prior to accident. Thanks Brandon for easing my nerves and making this as smooth as possible. Car is running great!!!

I have dealt with Autonation Collison Center multiple times in the last 15 years. Back in the days it was still called Bellevue Collison Center. Outstanding service and staffs on site. The shop does beautiful work!Rafael worked with me this time to get the rear bumper scratch fixed. He is professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I got my car back in a timely manner and was able to save money on the repair. Thanks Rafael!

I brought my truck in for minor damage due to hitting a deer. Unfortunately I have had nothing but headaches from dealing with the repair.During the intake, I selected to receive text updates on the repair. However, that never happened. It took me calling and emailing to get updates on the repair.I was told the truck would ready last week. Yet, I received a call the scheduled day of pick up and told a sub contractor messed up the paint and the truck would need to be repainted. I was told they would rush the repair and have it ready this week.I was also told they had difficulty finding an aftermarket part. I supplied them with the part. However, I never received confirmation on the information I sent. When I called on the new scheduled pick up day, I was told there was a delay on the part. Four days after I supplied the part info and ordered.I asked if I could just come get the truck and come back for the aftermarket part as it s not needed for reassembly. They said yes that is fine, however I was told the truck wasn t reassembled yet. It would take another 2 days to reassemble and have the subcontractor put on the film. The same one who messed up the paint initially. I was given no clear answer why when they knew the part was delayed I wasn t contacted.Clearly there is a lack of communication with them. I would not recommend AutoNation Collision due to lack of communication, lack of quality control of using subcontractors and overall lack of professionalism.

Wise customer service I ve ever received. My vehicle has issues that weren t even there before still. My horn is working only intermittently when they allegedly replaced it, the screen keeps resetting intermittently and they didn t even install the bulb we paid parts and labor for they just dropped it off at my job. It took me emailing the manager to finally get some sort of fire lit under Brandon the point of contact for our car and even then the work was not up to par.

If you value your time, just find another center. Lack and inconsistent communication. Not answering calls. Very poor customer service.I had to call every 2 weeks just to hear the same "it should be ready in two weeks".At least that was consistent:-(Took them 4 months to fix a minor fender bender and only once the "production manager" got personally involved after I had to come in and be a "Karen" The car was delivered.

The worst experience ever! Came to them in November, got an estimate from Brandon within a week, had to call 5 times and then reached Kurt the manager after 6 weeks of begging for a call back. Met with Kurt who found more damage that Brandon missed. Assured I d get follow up. No follow up from Brandon or Kurt since Jan 8 and it s Feb 14! Called AutoNation dealerships. They don t even recommend their own branded shop. Go to Crash Champions!

What a nightmare I wish I saw the negative reviews prior to scheduling work.Dropped off my car on the 22nd with a promised pickup date of the 26th.I was told it painted on the 25th, waiting on assembly on the 26th, everyone is sick and behind till the 29th. Went in on 29th, paid and was told it s not done come back the 30th. 31st I m told your car is done, just waiting inspection. Yay!Called on the 1st saying I m on my way, Brandon was out sick so the production manager told me the car hasn t even been started yet! Why did they let me pay when the work wasn t started? On the 1st, the production manager gave an honest pickup date of the 6th. Also my estimate was for $1860 which is what I paid. When I picked up the car they said I owed an additional $617! I was told when I paid the quoted $1860 there were no additional charges so why is it now $2477? No one even called or asked if it was ok, no explanation at all. If anything they told me it should be less pending if they had to replace the sensors or not. (They did remove the extra charges when I questioned it).The shop paid for a rental after my 5 day paid for rental ran out. I had been walking and ubering for a few days. So that was a plus because I had that rental for an additional week and a half. They said a lot of she confusion was because there were 2 Macans in the shop. But I did see the other Macan when I paid and it wasn t even started, still a massive dent in the back. So it couldn t have been confused for mine. Seems neither had been worked on when I was getting all these updates.I got so sick of calling to get status updates, my calls went to voicemail a lot with no call back. Reception was clearly very sick of my calls, he always sounded so annoyed. My husband had to go in a few times just to get an eta. No one called me until the day it was actually complete. On a positive note, they did a good job repairing the bumper, paint matched. Looked good, nicely washed & detailed. No one did a final walk with me but my husband and I checked it pretty well. Just wish everything else went smooth because it was a headache and a half. The small bumper repair that was supposed to take 5 days took 2-1/2 weeks, probably longer is I wasn t calling. The lack of communication was annoying af.

My car is at Bellevue Autonation Collision center. When I was initially given the repair time estimate, I was told it would be max 2-3 weeks after parts received. On December 20 I took the car there after receiving a call mentioning that parts would be in soon. Yesterday(after 20 days) I got a call from them and they just found out that the fender was in back order. Since I am renting an insurance based rental car, next week on Jan 15th it is going to be the final day. A very basic fix has gone too long and I am also not getting call back for my messages. Not a convenient customer experience at all. There seems to be a communication mistake here and I wish I would be given the chance to use my car until the parts were in actually. Not being able to use your leased car is also an additional frustration point. I hope things get resolved asap.

Celia is Lazy and does not do her job proficiently, and Auto Nation took forever to fix my truck.ITEMS TO BE FIXED or REMOVED AND REPLACEDRight & left rear quarter panels, right & left rail caps, rear bumper, rear bumper cap,Tailgate and tailgate cap.Right rear tail light assemblyTook them about a month and a half to get my truck repaired.Celia consistently told me that the Insurance company was delaying the supplementals when it was her that was not getting the supplemental quotes, receipts and or paperwork needed to the insurance company in a timely manner. My adjuster told me that it would be days sometimes up to a week after they were written or received by Cilia and finally have the documents delivered to the adjuster. Then once the truck was done, it was to be transferred to Auto Nation Ford of Bellevue to have a full service and a recall item taken care of. The transfer to Auto Nation Ford of Bellevue never happened as promised the recall item was never taken care of nor was the service taken care of and now I have to wait at least 6 weeks to have the recall item taken care of before I can return to work. Also once I was told the vehicle was done it took an additional 3 5 days for her to submit the paperwork to the insurance company for payment. Now because I have to schedule the Recall item with another dealer I am taking it to is that far out. I will not take it to Auto Nation because frankly I do not trust Auto Nation any further than I can throw them. When I drive passengers for hire around, let alone my family I will not take a chance or the risk of putting others in harm's way. Then to top things off they allowed me to take an unsafe vehicle on the road.It wasn't till after I was back on the road that I found out that they did not complete the job properly. As I was on my way north to Bellingham to get my For Hire Vehicle Inspection done, I was pulled over by the WSP.I was told that my right tail light and license plate lights were not working. I Informed the trooper, I had just picked up the truck from the body shop and I was on my way to the shop to have an inspection done. I presented him with my receipts and he said, Yea you did just pick it up noting the date and time on the receipts and said to be sure and have my shop fix the issue I said yes sir and he let me go with a verbal. Nice Trooper and very professional. Back the Thin Blue LineI called Celia to inform her how I unhappy I was, and her response was,1. It was quality control inspected and everything worked just fine.My response was and is,How could everything work just fine when there were no bulbs in the tail lights and License plate lights and none of the wiring was connected. Please tell me that everything works just fine.2. "You need to bring it back here for us to inspect the issue but we are 6 to 8 weeks out before we can get your truck back in to inspect it.My response was and isHow is six to 8 weeks a reasonable amount of time let alone safe to be driving around with the lights not working properly. It's not and I informed her that I was going to get it fixed myself and submit the receipts for reimbursement and her response was it would be done at my cost and there was no way in hell that they would ever reimburse me because I would not allow them to have first right to inspect the issue.Insurance Company called BS. I call BS and so I contacted corporate and awaiting their response.IN CLOSING:One can not reasonably wait 6 to 8 weeks for them to fix some damn lights especially when one depends on their vehicle for their livelihood let alone allowing an unsafe vehicle to be out on the road putting others at risk. Then to top that she was rude and just did not care.Absolutely the worst service.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS.

Brandon and the team are true professionals. This being an insurance job for a side swipe was stressful enough, but they made the car new again. I really appreciated Brandon humoring my requests and going the extra mile to make it perfect.

Just find another center. Lack of consistent communication. Each person has another story and it took them almost 4 months to fix a minor fender bender. Kept on blaming it on parts and every week it was "we found one more part that needs to be ordered and it should be in by the end of the week". God forbid they would update me... I had to call weekly to hear the same story. The fix itself looks OK although no one explained to we what they actually fixed.

I highly recommend Autonation for car repairs. The crew was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to negotiate with the insurance company to cover the entire cost. Their work is super good as well.

What should ve been a 2 weeks-1 month in the shop to repair ended up taking 4 months. Also, they disconnected my subwoofer, didn t even reconnect it and I had to complain to a technician in order to get it reconnected. Not only that, I get my car back after 4 months and supposedly they put a new rear bumper. Okay. Then why are there giant swirl marks in the middle of the bumper?

Absolute garbage - took our vehicle here after someone hit it in a driveway. Took them one month to fix a scratch, went to go pick it up last week as they had called and said it was ready and there was another massive scratch on it! Their response was "uhhh not sure how that got there." It's now been 10 days and we've heard nothing from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have used this repair shop a couple of time before and they were awesome. This time around was a completely different experience. Not sure if they are having staffing issues, but they seem completely overwhelmed and have had horrible communication/not timely and have been rude to me when I actually got a hold of someone to get a status update. I have had to follow up numerous times with no one calling or emailing me back and was expecting a 1-week repair which is now in it's 3rd week with no confirmed pick up date. I would have given them 5 stars based on my previous experiences, and normally don't leave negative reviews, but this experience has been so unacceptable that I would highly recommend going elsewhere It's a shame that their customer service has gone down hill so much.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the team at AutoNation in Bellevue. I had some minor accident repair that needed to be done on my front bumper. They walked me through everything they'd be doing, what options there were and what would be submitted to my insurance, including potential extras. They kept me up to date as service went on and were always kind and professional. I definitely recommend this business and their staff.Service: Body & Trim

One of the worst experiences ever - the guy at the front desk was super rude when I walked in for an inspection, made me wait for an hour. I had to push them for a time when they would be free, and then they responded with this Julian dude. He comes up to take pictures of my vehicle and notes info on paper, and says will send the estimate to me the next day by email. I waited a week and no responses, so I called them up. The receptionist tries looking my estimate up, and when I tell her it was Julian, she transfers my phone to a voicemail. I call again, someone else picks up, and they say Julian has been let go from the team, and begins to keep 'searching' for my records. I get a hold tone on the phone for 30 minutes, and I decided to give up on this unprofessional mess of a business. TLDR, don't waste your effort on this business

My 2017 BMW X5 had a little unexpected contact with a wooden stairwell which caused some damage to my rear bumper cover and some of the other components around there. The BMW Bellevue website listed AutoNation Collision center as their recommended source. I made an appointment to speak with Brooke, and in about an hour she had assessed the damage and prepared an estimate. I appreciated her clarity in letting me know that the price could change based on what they found when they dug deeper. The estimate was in-line with what my research told me, so I scheduled an appointment to have them do the work.I dropped my car off on a Monday morning, and Brooke let me know that she expected the repair to take 4 or 5 days. And since there was an Enterprise Rental guy working in the office I was mobile again in a few minutes. Tuesday morning Brooke emailed me that they had finished disassembly and had found no additional damage. She did say that the BMW dealership charged them more for one part, and so the total cost would be a bit higher. But since the new total was still under my expectations it wasn't a big deal and I appreciated the transparency. On Thursday she let me know that my car was in the paint shop and they hoped to have it finished on Friday. She said she would inspect the work and let me know if it wasn't perfect. On Friday afternoon she called to let me know the car was finished and ready for pickup.I was excited to see my car back in it's original state, and I was not disappointed. I scrutinized the paint job as closely as I could and found nothing that stood out from the factory paint job (see photo). The pickup was as smooth as everything else, and they even got me a nice discount on my rental car bill, which while I'm sure is part of their relationship, was still unexpected and much appreciated. In summary, I would recommend AutoNation Collision to anyone. They checked all my boxes: Thorough and accurate estimate, clear communications about the process, strong follow-up during the repair process and most importantly excellent repair quality. Well done!!

Wow I should have read these reviews before using this shop as some of them address the same issues I had. I emailed my complaints to supposedly the G/M with no reply so I just tried using the # given on here for the G/M and the call can not be complete. I wanted to give this company the opportunity to fix the problem and make a customer happy but since they provided fake contacts I'm given no other choice than to write this Bad review. Cecelia acted rude, condescending and most of all incompetent. When I dropped off my car she told me repairs could take up to 3 weeks and every week after I had to call for updates and she led me to believe car would be one more week, one more week, one more day until it finally was 7 weeks later. Because I had the rental car this long Insurance reached the max paying so I paid the remaining $1000! So I finally get my car back and the inside is filthy, Cecelia promised the seats, dash etc would all be wiped clean so I asked her to come out to see for herself and when she did just stood there talking to herself and then walked back inside. I had to take my car for cleaning and spend even more time and money. It's just unbelievable that you would have a car for 7 weeks in your dirty shop and not even clean up the mess! People take your business elsewhere or you will be sorry!Service: Body & Trim

Just had them fix my car due to collision damage. First scheduled initial inspection in several weeks after phone call, then another several weeks to drop off the car, later two months to get the car fixed. I wouldn t complain too much about the time. However, when I picked up my car, I saw there were two dents on the car and they also admitted those were caused by rock chips from the repair instead of me. Instead of fixing them, they simply provided a touch up pen. That s so ridiculous. I think for rock chips normally they would charge customers hundreds to repair, just because of their fault, they wouldn t fix them and instead provided a touch up pen. I had conversations with them, and they wouldn t be able to do anything further. Considering my had been kept there for over 2 months, I wouldn t have more delay due to such ridiculous circumstances and I had to accept what they provided.

I was shocked by how AutoNation has treated me. What a terrible experience! I brought my car there for an estimate and connected them with the insurance company. I called them many times to inquire and make an appointment, left several voicemails, and they never got back to me. When I tried one last time I told them that this was my last attempt and if they didn't get back to me I was going to take my business elsewhere, and whoever I was speaking with just laughed at me on the phone, and hung up on me! Needless to say I went with another company and will never work with these guys.

Great quality work at this place. Moses was amazing and had a great attitude. Front desk was a little slow but it was also very busy on Monday so it was understandable.

This shop took great care of me after my M4 was hit and required a new front end from the doors forward. Admittedly they were not my first or second call, but I was extremely impressed with the quality and speed with which they were able to repair and restore my car. The metallic paint match is awesome, the panel gaps look VERY good to the naked eye, and they made my insurance claim a breeze. For those who complain about communication, I did not experience this. My advisor was good about responding to emails and frankly I chose not to worry about things beyond my control.Definitely recommend AutoNation Collision. Big thanks to them for saving my summer!
