Overall a great experience in my purchasing and trade in! My sales associate Michael Paulsen and Sales Manager Mitchell Stuart are very professional and friendly. They know every details of the Jeep Compass and Grand Cherokee via test drive and detailed technical instruction and setting up. The whole process was very smooth and seamless. Jim in accounting is very helpful and energetic. I have been working with CDJR Bellevue team in last 14 years and have every reason to continue to enjoy many good, professional and great service years to come!

Yet again I am disappointed by the Extended Warranty Program at AutoNation. It took 4 days for them to tell me that the repair would not be covered. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue.The service department completes common maintenance and the recall fixes quickly, and they are are professional (thanks Kevin) but in general anything that isn't covered by the manufacturer is a major hassle.

I m fully convinced that these 5 star reviews are employees and fake accounts. i am currently in the process of getting my Jeep towed from here to Rairdon s up north. they have had my vehicle for three weeks, and I ve heard nothing, other than the fact that they diagnosed it. I called the warranty today to see if they had filed a claim - they started a DRAFT with no additional information whatsoever. complete lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism. do not waste your time, energy, and money by bringing your vehicle here.

I received quick service from the team at the Bellevue CDJR. They kept me up to date with a call and text messages regarding the status of my Jeep and the work being done. Always happy to bring my Jeep here because I know it will get taken care of by a great team!

Bought a "nee to me" Jeep in December. The sales crew were great and worked with me. Then in January, the 4WD! Light came on. The sales manager was able to get me in to the he service department within a week to get it checked out, keeping the service within my 90 day warranty. I appreciate all the work to keep they did to keep their promise to me.

I have always had positive experiences from the time I make an appointment to when I drive my car home after the excellent servicing is complete. Service center goes the extra mile to make sure you have an accurate and updated estimate. They also go out of their way here to get in front of any inconsistencies you might see with billing. When they swapped out the tires on my Wrangler, one of the suppliers was trying to charge them something insane and they got in front of that situation for me. Definitely trust them to take care of just about any issue.

I recently took my Jeep, which I rely on as my daily driver, to the dealer for service, expecting a quick turnaround based on the initial estimate of 1 to 2 days. Unfortunately, the process stretched to an astonishing 10 days, significantly disrupting my schedule, including missing some of my kids' after-school practices. A more accurate timeline upfront would have allowed me to arrange for a rental and avoid these inconveniences.Adding to the frustration was the lack of communication from the service department. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, including voicemails and emails, I received no response from Ivan, the service manager. The absence of updates or even acknowledgment of my messages compounded the inconvenience of the extended service time.I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and communication from this dealership made the situation far worse than it needed to be. I would caution others to consider this experience when choosing a service provider for their Jeep. Ensuring you have a clear and reliable line of communication with your service provider is crucial, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

A loyal customer that has brought his car in for servicing for many years.... a 1998 Dodge Durango with now 318,000 miles. I find the servicing expertise to be top notch and the people at the service counter to be extremely professional. They are most helpful with checking you in and keeping you abreast of progress towards completion of the service.

Iv'e had all my oil changes done for my Jeep Gladiator at Jeep of Bellevue. The appointment setting has been efficient and wait times have short. Very smooth process for getting your service for your vehicle.

In the waiting room...disappointed. Dropped jeep off (with appointment) at 7:30am yesterday(check engine light). I was told I could hear from them by noon. I called after 5pm to check on vehicle. I was told they can't find the problem, so I said I would come pick it up. I didn't make it by 6pm. Today I show up to get the vehicle. They said it would take 20-30mins to put it back together(what happened if I was there by 6pm ). This place was my last hope for jeep dealers . P.s well passed the 30min.

Very friendly Staff, great customer service. They provide shuttle services (via sharerides) up to 5 miles from the dealership. For oversized cars they also give you a car wash ticket to get your vehicle washed at one of the local car washing stations.

Great service and communication. Had an issue with the primary family car that came up due to driving over accident debris. Called on Friday, they got me a slot on Monday. Everywhere else told me months. Everything was fixed quickly and well, they even took care of the two recalls on the vehicle while waiting for a parts delivery.

Terrible communication and poor customer service. Took it in to fix a broken headrest, which I would've thought to be routine... First issue; they lost they keys and failed to tell us, so the car was sitting in the lot for over a week with nothing being done. We had to reach out multiple times to get an update. Then when they obtained a replacement set of keys, the car wouldn't start, so they put in a new battery. Got the car back and that's when we now noticed two new issues; the plastic covering on the back of the seat where they replaced the headrest wasn't fully attached, and we're now intermittently getting a "Stop/Start Unavailable Service Stop/Start System" error. Take it in again and they're unable to recreate the error so they give it back with no fix in place (they did fix the headrest though, so at least that was done...). Error message comes up again, I take it in for diagnostics and I'm told it's over a 2 week wait until they can take a look. I talked to a customer service representative who told me to bring it in next day but they didn't have space for me. I get there was a miscommunication between who I spoke to on the phone and the service manager, but excuse me? This issue was created by your team. I would've expected them to prioritize this seeing as it started after they worked on the car. Needless to say, will never be coming back to this location.

I had to get a second key fob for my Jeep Gladiator, the parts department and the service department worked closely together to quickly get a new fob, cut and fit the new fob key to my Jeep. Then the service tech quickly programmed the fob to my Jeep. Great customer support, I m very satisfied.

Service rep saw me immediately when I arrived and checked my car in for an oil change. Waited a little over an hour before I received a text the car was ready. For a dealership that has a sign that says Oil Change Express that is an overstatement as it is not express. I like that you could pay by phone as it speeds up checkout. Overall a solid experience for service.

Quoted me $1300 for a standard mileage service & inspection. Another shop quoted me $500 for the same thing. Also, I can t prove it but items went missing from my car while they had it

Friendly greeting once I arrived. The technician walked me through the costs, how many oil changes I had under my warranty, and how long the maintenance would take. I was back on the road in under an hour, just like they promised.

I was quoted about $600 when I dropped off the car. The Service Advisor, Chris, was supposed to call me about purchasing a spare tire.The next call I received was at 5pm to come pick up the car. I go to pick up the car. The invoice is $812. No spare tire was charged. Chris had already gone home and I didn't want to bring this other guy into it. They did work without asking me for permission and I sincerely doubt they did the work they invoiced me for. They did change the oil but the tires were not rotated.When I tried calling the next day, the phone tree just disconnects the call anytime you try to call the service department.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

This service center is so irresponsible and does nothing on the car, they keep saying you have to just wait weeks and weeks or pick up your car. Eric and Marcelino are so irresponsible for the case, especially Marcelino who said he's gonna have a look at the car two days after they received my case but 10 days after he says oh no you should wait but we don't know ETAs. I am not sure whether the maintenance in the future will solve the problem or not

I've brought my car over a few times for maintenance and it's always been a pleasant experience. They get everything done right, and you get the option to get a complementary rideshare if you need to drop off your car overnight.
