With my car windows shattered in the middle of the street, I didn't know who to call for help. I really thought it was a huge problem, so I felt desperate. Someone had mentioned a company that provided roadside assistance services, so I decided to give them a call, thinking it would take a long time to resolve. To my surprise, they fixed it super quickly! If you need help, call Auto Glass Angel. I highly recommend them!

I got the service yesterday which at thanksgiving day, I wasn t expecting because a lot of businesses are closed that day and since the weather got colder, is killing me to drive my car with one broken window, my driver side rear car window was total crush, they received my call and appears right next day in front my house! Fast efficient and most importantly affordable! I went to dealership and they give me a crazy price and a longer wait period, which is why I choose Angel Auto, they fixed my car window in about 45mins, and cleaned up all the glasses pieces, better than a lot auto repair shops that I have been contact. Really awesome experience!!! Hope more people know them!!!! By the way they are really nice and kind!hope they have a great thanksgiving day!

Excellent service. I checked many other places around Seattle and no one had an appt avail for 10 days. For at home or bring it to them service. And Angel Glass immediately got me a super fair quote and scheduled me that day to comet my home and fix my smashed window. Super friendly technician. Abraham. So pleased. Such a stressful thing too deal with and they made it much better.

Auto Glass Angel is a true HERO. They came to fix my auto glass at MY HOME within 24 hours of calling them and glass is brand new. Why did I wait so long to get my glass repaired when their mobile team came so quickly! A+++++++ service HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This company is also known/a part of "Roadside Angel," which I wasn't aware of from their website. This company seemed promising at first, with big claims of "top quality work," but their work was sub-par at best. Their prices aren't the best but I decided to go with them because they were able to replace my windshield the soonest. After over 2 hours (when quoted 45 minutes), the windshield was not seated symmetrically, the border sealing strips were not laid flat, there were black glue splotches on many places on my white car, one wiper blade bolt cover was not replaced, and some of the hard molding below the windshield was dented away from the frame (which they tried to tell me they didn't do but I had a picture of it from right before the service that proved otherwise).When we brought up these concerns, the technician was very dismissive and tried to excuse this poor work because they're "not factory robots." I of course know that humans cannot achieve the precision of robots, but humans can produce such neater and better work than this! The windshield they just put in cracked when they were trying to get the border strips to lay better, which they tried to say happened because of our "comments" and not because they did bad work that had to be fixed. Overall, the technician was very dismissive to customer concerns and the other person from the company that was there did not speak up about the poor work at all. Their customer service is also abysmal and good luck getting through to anyone higher up than the people that worked on your case!I feel stuck and this whole situation has been a complete nightmare, but I remain hopeful that the company will make it right and install a windshield that looks good, doesn't smear black glue all over, and is functional - but that remains to be seen.Service: Auto windshield replacement

It took them ten minutes to complete the task. There was no difficulty showing there without an appointment. This is my new go-to location for any windshield problems.

For me and my wife the first time there was very pleasant. They replaced our back glass of our Land Rover Defender and Abraham did an amazing job, fast and professional. The price was very reasonable. If we ever need to replace our car window, we will return and recommend them to others. Thank you
