I am a new Audi owner, and I love my 2012.It was my 1st time to their service center in Bellevue.The building is Beautiful, and the people that worked there were nice.Went to the parts counter downstairs, and the service just got better!Pleasant and knowledgeable.I will definitely be back as a customer, and I will tell my friends

I had my SQ8 in for service a few weeks ago and have been dealing with some unethical and overall awful customer service between Dante and the service manager Charles Hart. I called about an error message and was told by Dante it needed to be seen ASAP. The car was then gone for 2 weeks for what supposedly was only a bad battery. This is because they didn't even begin to diagnose the car for 10 days until a part from Germany arrived that was never used. Dante insisted on picking up the loaner from our house after 8pm on a Saturday. We thought this was odd and figured he wanted to drive it around and he sure did. He got the loaner back with 3/4 tank of gas and I received it with 1/2 a tank so I overfilled it for them. He then drove it around, brought it back to the dealership at 3pm on Monday with less than half a tank of gas and I was billed for it. If the loaner was so needed which is what Charles told me was the reason for the late night pickup, why wasn't it delivered first thing in the morning to the dealership and why make me drive a loaner for 2 weeks just to change a battery? For any service I always tell them to not wash my car as it has a ceramic coat. My husband immediately sees my car was put through the car wash and asked Dante about it. Dante then said yes it was washed and apologized as he knew we asked for no wash. Then he lied and said it was hand washed. Here are pictures of the bristle marks along with scratches to my paint. There are swirl marks everywhere and we sent these to Charles and Josh the GM. Charles said "I'm not going to assume one way or another how your car was washed." You are a service manager and after looking at these pictures you cannot take any ownership then you are in the wrong position with the company. Meanwhile, Josh the GM, is on all of these emails not saying a word. I want my car to be fixed with a new ceramic coat where we originally had it done and I spoke to Josh about this initially after providing him the name and location of where I wanted to take it. Charles has been defensive about wanting it to stay in house for his detail employee to do the work. We do not trust Charles or Dante to do the right thing and this whole experience has felt slimy and not above board. We have always received a link to a customer survey but on this occasion we did not get one and I asked for one to be sent. Charles needs to get some customer service training. I recommend documenting your gas and mileage when Dante comes to pick up your loaner late at night as he clearly won't do that on a clients behalf but they will send you the gas bill. Charles did agree to not charge me after I had to bring it to their attention because he had no proof either way. Bad business.

I hope that I never have to come back here. The manager treats me rudely each time I'm there. Saturday morning, I'm the first car in line. David tells the person who brings me inside for me to have a seat and to check others in. So I sat waiting in the lobby while others were checked in before me. I was there from 7:45 - 1 pm for a slow leaking tire. Andrew said they couldn't find anything wrong with my tire, and it should be fine even though my car states something different. Sunday morning, my tire was completely flat lesson learned I'm done.

Once again a GREAT service experience at Audi of Bellevue. All of my service concerns were addressed. The entire process was smooth from check in of my vehicle, to initial estimate to work completion. Dante is very professional and efficient. I appreciate how easy and upfront the quote process is. With no big surprises at the end! They have earned my trust. I won t take my Audi anywhere else.

I had the opportunity of having my Audi 2023 Q5 serviced today at Audi Bellevue. They treated me like royalty from start to finish. Found the service techs to be extremely knowledgeable. Told me what the exact costs would be and finished when they said they would. I would highly recommend this Audi service center for your vehicles needs.

I can t say enough good things about Audi of Bellevue and the employees there!I had bought a vehicle from a used car dealership and had such a terrible time trying to get them to fix the car as they said they would. Long story short, Andrew and the Audi of Bellevue team took wonderful care to thoroughly investigate the issue with my car and actually fix it properly! The other dealership failed to fix it 3 times!Andrew was extremely professional and helpful and went above and beyond to help me get this whole situation figured out.I really appreciate everything Audi of Bellevue did for me. I will only be taking my Audi back to this location for any future services even though it s an hour away from my house.Thank so much Andrew and the whole Audi of Bellevue team for making this nightmare of a situation far less stressful. I m truly grateful!

The roadside assistance for the flat tire sucked. Waited 3 hours and canceled. Called AAA and they took care of it promptly. You should arrange to cooperate with them., Once the Car got to the dealer in Bellevue, Tristan the customer service Rep. did a great job taking care of fixing the flat tire and getting me on my way.

The service center is the reason I drive 30 minutes when I need work done on my car. Dan is exceptional and always goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what your car needs. My check engine light came on with safety of the car in question, and he was able to fit me in to a booked day to take a look. The mechanics confirmed it was safe as well as diagnosed multiple issues to fix.I scheduled an appointment and quickly got in to fix it, which was very quick. If your Audi has an issue, go here, its that simple!

I schedule my Audi service appointment on line. Super easy to find a time that worked for me, 9:30am. When I pulled into the service drop off I was met by Alexis, a service advisor. She was very efficient and accommodating. I was told my car would take 2 1/2 hours for service but I received a text from Alexis at 10:45 letting me know it was available for pick up by 11:00. Audi was efficient and Alexis was awesome to work with. Thank you.

Our 2013 Q-5 Hybrid finally ended it's useful life. We loved that car and at 118K miles it did it's last lap. However, as the repair was unexpected, we needed to have a replacement quickly.Working with Anthony was a great experience. We are still in amazement that he was able to facilitate an end of day last minute unexpected sale for us of a new Audi Q-5. He was able to communicate via text, offer instruction and create the deal while we were driving down I-5 to meet him. Amazingly efficient! And then he was very very patient the next morning as I remotely struggled with installing the interface to my Iphone, figuring out the use of the Audi App and other odds and ends.We will not hesitate to recommend him and the dealership to anyone who asks.

I do not recommend the service department. I came in asking for diagnosis of my car and was told it only needed a new battery. I spent almost $600 on a new battery and then the car died while I was driving on the highway 10 days later. They then told me I needed a new $26k engine so we had it towed to another repair shop who said it needed about $8k of work. I regret bringing my car here. Do NOT come here. Use another reputable shop.

I bought my Audi last year, and was a bit reluctant to add on the service package as I live a couple of hours away. I went ahead and paid the money to make sure I got regular maintenance from an Audi location. The couple of times I ve been over for service has been seamless! I even got a loaner to use while they were working on my car. I highly recommend Audi Bellevue!

Alexis in the Service Department was excellent. We brought the car in for service a couple weeks ago and discovered an entirely different issue while there. Alexis got new parts ordered quickly and a new appointment booked right away. She kept us up to date on progress, and created an extremely seamless experience. Thanks Alexis.

Check-in was seamless and we were informed of the time-line to do the repair. Later that day I was sent a text describing the diagnosis and the solution. The next day I was informed when the vehicle would be ready via another text and also received a call from the service representative, Daniel. When picking up the vehicle Charlie greeted us with a smile and some great humor and later we met with Paul, sales, who provided a brief introduction to the My Audi app for the A5, and in addition, to my Audi Q5 Hybrid Prestige. He was quite helpful. Overall, our experience at Bellevue Audi was exemplary compared to Lynnwood Audi.

They ended up washing the car which covered the ceramic coating in swirl marks, and added other scratches that were not there before. Now it's turned into time wasting back and forth to try and get this rectified. The appropriate solution should be admitting your mistake and getting it fixed at a reputable detail shop. Instead they just want to waste your time, probably in hope you'll eventually give up.Update: they have proposed a resolution and I'll remove this review if everything works out as expected.

Audi Bellevue has serviced my 2009 Q7 since I purchased it new from them in May 2009. The service they have provided is responsible for the longevity of my vehicle, having just passed 100,000 miles of carefree driving.The staff is professional, accommodating, friendly and caring. Audi is always super easy to book on line with. I was able to get a same day appointment which was so helpful with my busy schedule. Charlie was excellent in communicating my issues and options with my Q5. I greatly appreciate this level of customer service and support from my car dealer.

I had the 60k mile service done on my RS5 and Charlie took amazing care of me before, during, and after. Due to the extra time it took for the service, Charlie helped me find a loan car without any issues. He even apologized for the 5 pine needles on the floor, an awesome guy. Kept me updated the entire way. Charlie is personable, caring, and an expert in his craft.

We recently purchased a vehicle at Audi Bellevue. The entire process from ordering the vehicle to tracking as it was being built to pick up when it arrived was seamless and easy. Our representative Paul Cantu was excellent at both detailing and executing the purchase process as well as the technical aspects of the vehicle where he took a lot of time to ensure that we understood how everything worked before we drove away. We are very happy with our RS5 and we would highly recommend the Audi Bellevue dealership and Paul Cantu in particular to anyone seeking a fine piece of German engineering.

As Always, Daunte s customer service approach is above and beyond. This is the third time I worked with Daunte at Audi Bellevue and I gotta tell ya, every time it is always a pleasant experience for me. He may not be the type of service advisor who jokes and smiles, but his attention to detail gives the reassurance that the customer is taking cared of. 10 stars out of 5.

hello everyone! I bought a used Lexus RX car, Daniil Zakharov helped me with the purchase. I saw in him a professional who knows his job. The car was given to me after the maintenance - the oil was replaced, new tires were installed. During the first days of operation, I identified a malfunction, turned to Daniil Zakharov and the problem with the car was solved under warranty. I recommend these guys to everyone, they are professionals!For a new car, just go to them!

I had very bad expereince with my audi q5 servicing which was done as today on apr 1st 2024. Dropped the vehicle at 10 am and it took whole day for them to just do oil change for vechile and after multiple followup and sitting there for hours they gave vehicle at 5:30 pm that also in unclean condition. I was told initially they would clean and vacuum , but nothing has been. Having paid such premium cost for oil change, what a bad customer expereince. I wouldnt recommend anyone to use this service center

Had a minor warranty issue on our Q5. I just showed up one morning and they got me in and out quickly. Professional, prompt greeting and even got a text on the status of the car while waiting, which I thought was nice!Having great service is part of the whole ownership experience, I did buy our car from this dealer and that was smooth transaction, that was about a year ago.

My Audi brand specialist is Paul Cantu. He made the sale of my Q8 e-tron a breeze. Paul is very professional, knowledgeable and made me feel right at home. Paul spent a lot of time with me helping me navigate my first Audi and my first EV. The Q8 e-tron is awesome! I strongly encourage you to consider the e-tron lineup and request Paul Cantu to be your brand specialist. I'd give Paul more than five stars if I could.

thanks audi bellevue. had nail in inner tire and another shop closer to home was trying to push selling all four new tires when it was determined that only needed to replace the one damaged tire based on the measurements of the other tires saving us over $1k. Cheers
