From the time I scheduled service recall appointment to picking up my car at the end of the day for same-day service completed, I had a smooth, timely and very professional experience. My service tech coordinator Daniel was down to earth, friendly, a very good communicator, found another recall notice just released when I was there, kept me up to date on the progress during the day, had a loaner car ready to go when I arrived and had my car charged and washed when the service was complete. I received top notch service at this dealership and wouldn't hesitate to recommended them. They made what could be a hassle into a pleasant, seamless experience which made my life easier. Don't we all want some of that in our lives? I'll be returning here for service!

Super great process in getting the reservation, the communications and real time updates were regular and timely providing status updates as to the readiness of the car pending a few standard service updates and warranty/recall work. Loaner car was available as promised and was a new Q5 in excellent condition. If you don't use Alexis M. as your service advisor you absolutely should. She is the best in the business.

I had a great experience here! Anthony was my sales representative and made the whole experience easy. I was in, bought and financed a car, and out during lunch at work. The CPO financing went great and they got me a better rate than my bank would have otherwise. Anthony was awesome as well because he kept in contact with me post-sale to make sure things were going well with the new car and helped me with a couple questions I had. Thank you!!

I had my first experience with Audi Bellevue Service Department for an inspection and oil change. Honestly, it was okay, did not blow my socks off. Charlie was super polite and nice. It took two hours for my service, and the Audi Waiting area is challenging.. only 4 comfortable chairs.. which were full.. and the rest hard seating. Bottled water was available or coffee/tea. I've had experiences with other dealerships where the offerings were much nicer and more comfortable, cookies, soda etc. For the price I paid for the service, I did have a higher expectations. The only thing that really matters in the end is that my vehicle is running beautifully, which it is..

Audi Bellevue is always professional and courteous with us, we ve been servicing our cars there for a long time, but I need to be honest, we are disappointed. After our service of having the water pump replaced, we got home to find there was something terribly wrong with the car- an oddly loud engine that wasn t accelerating or shifting properly, and a warning light on the dashboard.I was able to find under the hood that a very large hose was left disconnected. I m not a mechanic, but was able to reattach the hose and get it back to the dealership to finish the job. The problem is this is the second time I ve returned home with an issue recently. Last month I got home to find someone had forgotten to put on a rear wiper blade on my wife s car, another Audi. They were very professional and accommodating and drove down with a new wiper blade and put it on in the driveway no problems-very happy with that. But this is the second time this month that this is happened, I m disappointed Audi is a high end brand and we pay a lot for our service. we don t want anything anything special, just for the job to be done right and maybe checked over before we leave the dealership by a service person instead of having to deal with it ourselves at home. Wonderful people, they aren t trying to give poor customer service, these are honest mistakes that they have made right on . I hate to leave a bad review, but needed to leave some honest feedback. I never received a callback from the customer service person that was going to call me on the issue, not a big deal, but also worth the mention here. All this to say we will continue doing business there and get that it just happens sometimes.

This dealership is by far the worst in the area go else where!! I REALLY MISS BARRIER when customer service was top notch through & through!!Completely wasted a morning we agreed on a price, signed the agreement. When it was the final end of the deal, their paper work reflected a price increase (no verbal acknowledgment, they sneaked it in). When asked, they explained they priced the wrong car so now the price is increased. Rather than apologizing for their mistake pricing the wrong car to begin with, they try to sneak it in as if I wouldn t notice. I would have been understanding if they were honest and truthful, but they re shady!! Don t waste your time and do business with shady dealership how they one thing is how they do everything!But also realized it s a company that is being poorly managed from top down speaking with the gm was underwhelming and frustrating experience.

Fantastic staff at Audi of Bellevue; both service and sales. Went in for an oil change and decided to get an upgrade. The selection can be sparse depending on the model/and or color of vehicle you re looking for but we were more than pleased. If you re looking to buy I d suggest seeking out Spencer. Super knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me and my wife buy our new car. Couldn t have had a better experience. 10/10 would recommend.

We test drove a vehicle at Audi Bellevue last summer with Saleem, and although we did not end up going with that car, Saleem was still congratulatory and gracious. It was such a pleasure to work with him so last weekend when we were car shopping again, we contacted Saleem and asked to look at a different car. Saleem was super knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions and guiding us towards what will fit our needs. We purchased a 2023 Q3 and it was literally the smoothest experience! I love my new car. Even a week after purchasing, Saleem has been helpful in helping me set up my app and connecting my car. Audi Bellevue offers outstanding service and we really could not be happier with our purchase!

After growing up having accompanied my parents to various car dealerships as a child, I came to associate buying a car as a long and painful process that I never was looking forward to once I became an adult. Glad this was something I could be wrong about. At Audi Bellevue, I worked with Kevin Wang and he made the entire process as easy and enjoyable as it could possibly be. I am 65 years old. I have puchased many vehicles in my lifetime, new and used, dealerships and private.My recent purchase at Audi Bellevue was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, from my initial email contact to signing.My sales representative was Spencer Kinghorn. He was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, professional, continuous, polite and respectful. His transparency from the beginning gave me a good feeling of trust.The used vehicle that i purchase had just come in on trade. After coming to a sales agreement Spencer insisted that I leave the vehicle at the dealership overnight and arranged to have the service department do a complete detail on it.When I arrived the next day to pick it up,It was beautifully detailed and he even took it himself and filled the fuel tank.I couldn't be happier with this truck.Thank you to all the staff at Audi Bellevue.

Sign in was easy and painless. They offered a $30 Uber or Lift voucher which I used to head back home since my service was going to take a while. I really like the service technician walk through video that talked about my service like I was there. I also like how Alexis kept me posted regarding my service via text the entire time. She was also very responsive with any questions I sent her. Thanks!

Had car issues took in for a full check. They said it was my battery, sold me $600 batter and sent me on my way. Less then two weeks later the car completely dies in the middle of busy highway. Paid $350 to tow back to Audi. They claim my engine had catastrophic failure and needs a brand new $26k engine. Since the cars not even worth that, of coarse I wouldn t do that. These guys clearly missed the issue the first time, they have no clue what they are doing here. Oh but they will buy my car off me for $500. Never go here. You have been warned

I bought my car here two years ago. The salesperson was very nice and I had a great experience of purchasing. However, their service department is the worst! They ask you to do extra service that is not on the manual. Given that I have just own my car for two years, I ve spent a lot $$$ on maintaining it. Also, for the price I have paid, I haven t received decent customer service in return from their people in service department. Tristan, the representative guy told me to do my oil change elsewhere if I don t want to do a full service based on his recommendation . Huge disappointment for buying a car from here, and even worse for me deciding to come back for service two times. Never coming back for a service ever

I made an appointment for an oil change and when I got to the dealership, Dan let me know that my Audi Q8 was due for a 40k service. He was super friendly and attentive and given that my car was going to be there for a few hours, even found me a loaner (Q8!) immediately. I've had bad experiences with Audi Bellevue in the past and was reluctant to go here for service this time. However, I have changed my mind completely thanks to DAN! I hope he is recognized for providing great customer service and doing it all with a smile.

This is the worst auto- customer service I have ever received. The second my contract was signed and the car was paid for, Audi could not care less about providing any kind support. It is impossible to get a call back from anyone for any reason. They made a huge deal about how extensive the inspection is for their Audis to be certified pre owned for them to resell. I hadn t even had mine for 3 weeks when it started leaking oil everywhere and has now been at the dealership for a week having the rear end completely replaced. This is my first Audi and I honestly wish I could just give the car back and go with a different manufacturer.

I've bought several cars from Bellevue Audi and their customer service is excellent. If I have an urgent issue that needs to be addressed that are always willing to find an open appointment to get my issue resolved. Daniel is great service advisor. He's very educated and provides honest analysis of the state of my car.

Terrible customer service. They were not willing to provide any coverage for a quality issue that has been recalled on every model except this particular year and costs about as much as the vehicle is worth! AND they cracked the windshield while it was being serviced for this thousands of dollar repair and also didn t do anything to address. Hard to imagine any business could be this awful. Can t wait to sell and go back to brands that have always provided us service with integrity. Steer clear!!

The service is always great and they do an amazing job. The technicians put a great deal of effort into making sure your car is worked on to the best of their ability and that you are on the road. The service advisors (specifically Alexis for me) has always kept me updated and keeps me informed on prices. They also have a free coffee machine and the dealership is clean as can be. I also like to take photographs of the cars on the lot while I'm getting serviced, and I have never had an issue which is always a plus!

we purchased a used 2021 Q5 from this dealership today and were very pleased with the quality of service we received from Saleem, one of the salespeople at this location. he was an excellent listener, very personable, but more importantly, he possessed an fantastic level of knowledge to help guide us to the model that would suit us best. he did not rush us and went over all the features patiently with my wife, adding in lots of useful information about the car, features, how it is made, performance....basically, he did so great that we did not have to spend time researching and learning about the different models and what changes each year. If you are looking for a great salesperson who is sincere and not pushy who will help take out the guesswork of a new car purchase, I highly suggest working with Saleem due to his great communication skills, professionalism and knowledge base of the Audi brand of cars.

The salesperson made everything very comfortable and easy for us. Was not pushing a sale but helped us find what we liked and was very nice throughout the whole process. The finance guy on the other hand was very pushy about extended warranties and literally walked away and out the room while I was talking. Not very respectful.Overall we are very pleased with the car, not amazed by the dealership but I mean.. it's a car dealership..
