I stoped into the dealership over the weekend and worked with Dan in sales and Chris the sales manager. Had a great experience working with them. If you re looking for a new or used car go see them they will make sure you get taken care of. The finance person I think his name is jeremy is also awesome. Great team at Acura of Bellevue and I would recommend them to anyone.

I passed by 2 Acura dealerships and bought my new MDX here, initially because they have the color combo I want (Ext: Black, Int: Red), but then the customer service was a HUGE plus! Shoutout to Dan Lester, my sales consultant and Jeremy from Finance! This has got to be the smoothest transaction I have ever experienced in a car dealership. They made it possible to make sure that I drove off with exactly what I want, how I want it. Communication is not lacking either, quick to respond, which I really appreciated.

Had an excellent experience working with Dan Lester (my salesman), Jim, Cathy and Jeremy to replace my car today. Was absolutely thrilled to get my "new-to-me" low milage 2017 Honda CR-V - it's been immaculately cared for and looks and feels brand new. Dan was wonderful to work with and had everything ready for me when I arrived for my scheduled test-drive. He went above and beyond to get everything done as seamlessly and quickly as possible. Super grateful for such a smooth experience and that you accepted my trade-in. Thank you to Ann-Margaret and Kirk Johnson for the referral!

I bought my first car here and my experience with Ben Philipose couldn't have been better. Since this was my first car, I had a lot of questions, but Ben made sure that none of them were left unanswered. He also helped me get the best finance options available. This dealership is the best Acura dealer in WA state. They don't mark up prices and have straight and clear communication regarding financing, resulting in a seamless buying experience.

This was my first time buying a new car and I had the best experience working with Derya Moreno! She is very genuine and grounded in her approach and definitely went the extra mile to make sure my experience was a positive one. The whole process took a few months and the car was tough to find in the exact package I was looking for. I had a lot of questions and she was always super patient and responsive. Her manager Chris was really friendly and helpful as well. When it came time to pick up the car, I could definitely see the extra care that went into prepping the vehicle. She even left a few little gifts in the car which were a nice touch. It felt like a more special experience than I was expecting and I really appreciated that since buying the car was a big deal for me. Thank you Derya and team at Acura of Bellevue!

You really need to come here and see what they have to offer. Seriously. We came here to buy used and it was the best car buying experience we've had. We were coming out of a total loss and we weren't exactly excited to start the car buying process all over again. Derya Moreno helped us out and let me tell you, she is 100% the best! Once we sat down with her, we started to get excited about the purchase and truly enjoyed working with her. She was such a sweetheart and really made our day. We weren't sure if we were going to be able to get the car, but Derya and Chris Wallace made it happen all within in 3 hours.Nothing beats the pure joy on my husband's face when he got to drive his 2020 Subaru WRX STI home :) Let me add that our kids were thrilled about the balloons Derya gave us and they are also just as excited about their Dad's new car haha! I go out of my way to get my Acura serviced here, because I know they do a stellar job. Their customer service is great. Most recently, I did have an issue with the price of a service being miscommunicated to me. Once I spoke to the manager Jason T., he understood my position and how that was a mistake on their end, and he made it right. He worked closely on it to make sure it was taken care of and also was available for follow up questions. He explained things clearly to me. He turned a negative experience into a very positive one, and I ll continue to be a customer. Thank you, Jason T!

I was told by Family friends, Acura Of Bellevue had the most factory trained MasterTechnicians in all of the Washington Acura Dealerships ! Who better to service your car than the ones that specialize in the Brand. This is one of the Reasons why I only get my Acura services there! Not to Mention the Staff is nice and very attentive!6 years ago I purchased an RDX from Acura I just recently purchased my third vehicle from Acura of Bellevue ! As always Terry Parris and the AOB team knocked it out the park thanks again for a smooth purchase of a 2024 Integra .

Recently purchased a vehicle here earlier this month, and had a great experience. It's easy to dread purchasing a vehicle, but was left impressed. We worked with Derya Moreno, and she was awesome! Was very patient, understood us, worked with us, answered all our questions, and was just a very charismatic person. Everyone that we worked with at this dealer, including financing, were great

Awful experience, the sales guy had a bad face the entire time. He made another bad look when I asked to pair my phone. Like they were making you a favor.I would never return just because of this. Even Porsche has friendly sales people, and their cars are x3 or x4 more expensive.

Horrible experience. The salesperson was racist and thought I would not be able to afford the car. We had to squeeze any information out of him about the car. He did not even have accurate price information about mdx.

Derya Moreno at Acura of Bellevue was absolutely amazing to work with! We feel so fortunate to have been paired with with her for our purchase. Her communication, attention to detail, and professionalism were spot on, but what we really appreciated more than anything was her genuineness. It felt like we were working with an old friend .easy. She made what could have been a stressful long distance purchase feel tidy and clean, and most importantly for us, comfortable. The car is exactly what we d hoped for and Derya made sure everything about it was more than just right. Her approach, level of attentiveness and care is what car buying should be like as an industry. Representing a luxury brand she elevated the experience, but in a way that felt grounded and authentic. She even generously went out of her way to stock us up with treats for our long drive out of state! We can t thank her enough. We will definitely look to work with her again on our next Acura. Karl Dawley is an amazing representative. He provided us with excellent service and made sure to answer all of my questions to the best of his ability. I was able to find the exact car I was looking. I m very thankful he was able to help me with purchasing my new car RDX. He stayed after office hours to finish the deal, then he offer us to come 2 days later to explain about all the cool function for the car. He spent around 2 hrs go over setting and our preferences. I highly recommend Karl and this dealership!Thank you for a great experience!

Acura is always professional, thorough and quick in their work. They'll wash and vacuum for an oil change, but my car was an absolute mess from coaching soccer & softball this fall, and they went the extra mile to power wash the mats in the car

The staff is very professional and helpful. They are all very nice and welcoming. Any service I have had has been done in a timely efficient manner and if my car needs to be kept longer without hesitation I have been offered a loaner car no charge. I have purchased my Acura at this dealership and taken my car there for every oil change. I do not feel taken advantage of when I go I feel I can trust them as they have always looked out for my best interest.

I have a 93 Legend I wanted to get fluid service for prior to selling. I took it in and spoke to Kiet . And he was amazing. He has worked here since 91 and knew my 30 year old car well - even commented on it and shared some very helpfulMaintenance information. They handled the fluids with ease, and even gave me some advice regarding working in a dead heater fan definitely felt well taken care of here, and will be back again!

Best car buying experience I ve ever had. My wife and I were shocked by the no pressure no hassle process. We passed on the dealer add ons, warranty extras with zero hassle. No question I would come back in the future and definitely recommend BA .

This spring I was searching for a new vehicle for my wife. I was hoping to keep it a birthday surprise if possible. Jeremy Seager and Acura of Bellevue were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. They provided plenty of information and options and gave me time to consider. After shopping around nobody could beat their offers. My wife was totally surprised and says almost every day how much she loves her new MDX. Thank you Jeremy and AB!

My recent purchase from Acura of Bellevue was my best car-buying experience to date. I had my research prepared and the Bellevue sales team acknowledged this information (True Car, Edmunds, Prime, and Consumer Reports) without dispute. They didn't try to push me into a purchase nor a certain model that was in greater stock; I actually selected a model that was unique. I was given complete freedom on my test drive as well. Overall, this was "just enough" respectful attention for me with no surprises in final negotiations that matched my researched numbers. It was quite the opposite of my experiences with certain European car dealerships in the Puget Sound region.Postscript: This review was first posted in 2016. Since then, I must compliment the excellent service team for all of my scheduled visits. A+!

I had a great experience and was efficient and timely. My Acura was washed and beautiful. I had constant communication with Cathy she s super happy and helpful. They offer sodas , coffee and bakery cookies while you wait. I watched one man with a Nissan come in made coffee and took most of the cookies. He came In AGAIN too. Ha ha

We got our 2017 Acura RDX from this location and ever since, we always come back for our car s maintenance services. During our last visit, Kiet was our guy. He is excellent, explained the needed maintenance service, and duration, and even went above and beyond by fixing my car key! Thanks Kiet!

We service our Acura MDX religiously. It just fell out of warranty four months ago. Out of no where, Christmas tree of lights came on the dash. Computer locked the transmission, so we couldn t move our car for weeks. Acura of Bellevue had difficulty understanding the error codes, told us $4,000 to replace the computer.Took it to a independent specialist and they told us that it s an common issue with our car, and was fixed with $45 speed sensor.Kids at Acura service department have zero experience and knowledge, other than using their fancy code readers.Buyer beware.

My service rep Octavio was incredibly friendly and thoughtful during our interaction at the dealership. My MDX needed a 30k maintenance and, being summer, I had my three young kids with me. He promptly set us up with a loaner car and nice cold bottled water. The maintenance service was finished in under the estimated time frame and for less the estimated amount! As an added bonus, our car was thoroughly cleaned on the interior and washed - which was really amazing because we had just returned from a road trip from Seattle to Wyoming and had hundreds of bugs splattered all over the exterior and mud caked on the interior waterproof floor mats! Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of care, attention to detail and professionalism of the team at Acura of Bellevue.
