Called to verify a part was in stock at the store. Was informed they didn't have it in stock, however, another location had it. Wasn't offered to have the part store transferred to their location. As a retired auto parts store manager, I find this very disappointing as all parts counter people are taught to offer a store transfer to keep the customer at their store. It's because of this kind of customer service, they not only lost a perspective customer, one of their competitors is going to gain my business as they did offer a store transfer.

The part selection and prices is equivalent to Napa I just like O'Reilly's better because they're open an hour earlier than Napa.Update 4/12/2024I had no idea they price match stuff. I normally buy my T6 diesel oil at Walmart because it's over 10 dollars cheaper, went there today and James at the Belfair store said they would price match it if I showed him the price and product info from Walmart. Needless to say I walked out with 3 gallon of my T6 oil. Awesome

I know this forum is intended primarily for customer reviews.However, even though I am an employee, I would still like to give a public shout out to my fellow team members Joey, Jaime, and Rusty for not only offering excellent customer service to our patrons, but also for always providing genuine consistent teamwork and support to your fellow crew members as well. You gentlemen make this a wonderful place to work, and I'm grateful to be a part of this group. Keep being awesome!

The employees are always very knowledgeable and willing to help with whatever Auto needs I may have. They go out of their way to come outside in the cold and put windshield wipers on or check your battery or test your car's electronics with an ob2 sensor. I've never experienced any problems here every time I walk in the employees are usually smiling and friendly I would recommend O'Reilly Auto parts as your go-to place.

Explained what I needed (a non-stock item) Mark told me he could have it on the 12:30 truck (I called at 10:30 a.m.) sure enough, I got there shortly before 1:00 p.m., and my order was there!

Purchased windshield wiper blades, Couldn't get the old ones off, employee came out and changed them in just a few minutes. Great job.

Man the employees here did me right got me the correct parts the first time and kept the cost under an arm and a leg and the most impressive part was one employee started my transaction and another one finished it in the mix of pulling and still selecting parts. Great job

Poor customer service. Purchased a battery and had two cores to return. The guy who waited on me was very nice. I m 76 years old. He didn t even offer to help me carry out the new battery, much less carry in the two cores. Not even hold open the door. Not an end of the world situation, but I will never shop there again.

We ended up with a flat tire today and, since it's a Sunday, all the tire places were closed. So we had to do the temporary fix options. The staff was friendly and helpful the whole time we were there.We want to give a special shout out to Michael. He went out of his way to assist us and even came out to help us jack up our vehicle properly and explained what he was doing as he did so. When our can of Fix-a-Flat was not working properly, they did an easy exchange with us to get a working can.Michael really made a frustrating situation a lot better and deserves praise for going above and beyond for us!

Extremely slow individuals. Went in there on 9/7 around 630, one dude was on the phone the entire time and the other guy would just disappear to the back. I would certainly only pay these guys the Federal Minimum Wage, they sure ain't doing anything else to show that their pay should be commensurate with how well they are doing their jobs. After waiting about 10 minutes, I left and went to Napa.

Two people who were outside came in and grabbed a pop then talked for a few then went to register to find my part I was only looking for a air filter. He found one kind k&m but I wanted a stalk filter he tried no more to find my filter and said he couldn't find it with out even trying this person is black with dreaded.thanks for no service.

They are very nice and helpful. A young man, I don't remember his name, helped me out. He installed my headlight bulb, if that was makes sense. He did this as it was raining . His dad came by and watched. Such a nice young man. No complaints from him at all. Great place.

I was just in there a really long time. I need lugnuts . I had a tool set and a bunch of stuff i was going to buy. But nobody wanted to help me. So I left with empty hands but my wallet still full because of the way I was treated . First time in there .. new to the area .. wish it could have gone better. Too bad prices were great !

Amazing customer service from Charles. Replaced 2 truck batteries for me. Saved my a lot of work and did a way better job than I could have. Very smart. Friendly.

O'Reilly is a good place for auto parts when you want choices. They have options of good, better, best. The service is fast and friendly. I suggest a call to make sure that they have your part in stock. If not, they'll order it and have it ready when they say they will.

I don't normally get parts there but will be buying what is need from them. With the Covid-19 virus going around I couldn't get a check engine light diagnosed. The store policy is to let the customer use the scanner to get the code. I explained to the manager that because of my disability I was unable to do it.When I asked if there anyway I could get someone to do it. The manager himself grabbed the scanner and did it. With things the way they are because of the virus. They had no problem helping me without hesitation

90% always have what I need, and really helpful and friendly staff. Go in there for the cars I buy and flip all the time, and if the person doesn't have the knowledge, they normally ask someone who might, and are up front and honest. My main auto parts store.

My battery died on my way home and thankfully they had 1 left in stock for my car. Big shout out to the gentlemen that rang me up and replaced it for me! It was raining that day and I was already half drowned and didnt know if my car would die getting it home.

Thanks again the guys there were very helpful. And offered to let me use there tools I had my own but they offered and that's why I have taken the time to do a survey.
