Monty @ May Mobile Marine was great! He helped us find the perfect boat we would need along with all the necessary essentials. We even got extras that we wanted. He helped us decide the best motors and even allowed us to pick the perfect color to match our truck! We got the electronics needed and wanted to ensure safety. The team walked us through how everything works and made sure we understood before leaving. It is exactly what my husband wanted!

We took our 1998 SeaRay to May Mobile Marine after neglecting some issues for several years. Their service was excellent. They thoroughly addressed all of the lingering issues including several Evinrude outboard engine matters, frozen steering, and even replaced the entire worn floor carpet. We are very pleased with all work done and how quickly it was completed. We anxiously await warmer weather to get it back in the water. I might add that February and March are good times to have work done. When it is necessary to have additional work done we will definitely be taking our boat to May Marine.

May Mobile Marine is the best in business. Highly professional and knowledgeable staff who are extremely helpful and friendly, the store is well stocked, tidy and clean. I completely trust the mechanics with any and all engine maintenance, I have no doubts as to their abilities. Absolutely a 10/10 experience each and evey time. Whatever my boating need is, from a light bulb to a complete new outboard motor, May Mobile is my first and only choice.

Went to four different marine centers to get prices on replacing my outboard and controls on a Boston Whaler. May marine was less than all for the exact same motor and model and in 2 cases more than a thousand dollars less. Fast service and excellent quality. Highly recommend!

I chose May Mobile Marine after interviewing four other dealers. Monty, of May Mobile, didn't use high pressure sales on me but gained my business by KNOWING his business and offering competitive prices. The whole staff are knowledgeable, competent and accessible. I now am the proud owner of a Tohatsu 140...and I will only use May Mobile Marine for all my boating needs in the future.

Great experiences with Monty and team at May Marine. They are professional and honest. Just bought a Tohatsu 115 hp outboard. Runs great, very quiet, quick acceleration. Excellent Engine and controls installation, on time and at price agreed. They tested engine on the water and made sure right prop was installed for the boat. Picked up 20% more speed that 125hp Merc. Thanks May Marine!

Monty and his crew are the best. They are really knowledgeable on boats. I've been going to him when he was working at his house. Monty and crew are straight forward on things. If there is something that they can't do they will tell up front and not surgar coat anything.

If your looking for a caring place to have your boat serviced this is it! Monty and his staff (family owned) are fantastic. Middle of July and needing to get my boat repaired I called a few other places to see about getting a appointment and their response was 5 weeks or more. Pretty much would have ended my boat season for the year. With a little research I found Mays Mobile repair and they had a ten day turn around. Took my boat up to them, they were courteous, helpful, and a nice clean one stop shop for everything you could need. Yes they had a 10 day turn around they are very up front with me about, they called me 7 days later and had my boat ready to go.The pricing was very very fair, they show you a picture of what they needed to repair and did the repair on. Clear and concise and fully transparent with everything from start to finish. I made the comment unneeded to go next to put new tires on the boat trailer and they had those as well! 15 minutes later I had new tires on my trailer and was all hooked up to my truck and ready to go! If your looking for a quality honest place to have your boat repaired then do your self a favor and call Monty and his crew first!

I purchased an 89 Marlin competition ski boat that had been well cared for by the original owner who sold it to me, except his mechanic was a car mechanic. The 350 Chevy direct drive is beautiful, but needed help.When up at the cabin at Mason Lake, the boat stopped running.So, I called Monte at May Mobile Marine Inc and had him go through it to fix the previous mechanics non-standard repairs and also the years of a car mechanics attempts to maintain it. Monte patiently listened to me explain the issue and then he provided insight and years of experience into what he thought was the problem, and lo and behold, he was correct!During the busiest time of the year, he was honest and said it would be 3 weeks, but he would get his son on it asap. Dropped it off, went home and 2.5 weeks later I had a new micro-kill switch, appropriate wires, plugs, battery, cap and they installed a fuel/water separator. Many of the repairs performed over the years used auto parts (tune-up parts) and they weren't appropriate for marine use. The micro switch had been bypassed and was ultimately the root of the problem.The wait and expense was well worth it! I am so thankful for Monte and his crew for helping out so my family and I could get back out on the lake with summer sun still waiting to be enjoyed! Monte now has a client for life!I highly recommend May Mobile Marine Inc.

This is the worst place I ve ever experienced. Wanted to get a center console for my boat and they ordered a seat and the wrong center console. I tried to get the correct one and they gave me the right center console but not the right hardware. I went back a third time(they re business is an hour away from me) and they said I had to drive to another town and go to the manufacturer directly to get the right parts I needed. Horrific customer service, didn t offer anything for my troubles and even had an attitude like I was the problem. Would avoid this place by any means necessary. Absolutely atrocious business. Would give negative stars if I could.

Took in a boat that I just bought for 2k and ask them to repair the motor or replace what ever just to get it running. They fixed what was wrong with the motor that cost me almost $600 to replace starter and solenoid flat base price was reasonable I think, but costumer service was very poor. Automatically assumed that I had the boat for years and acted like I did all the stuff that was wrong with the boat. Buddy I just bought the boat.. Ask questions first before having an attitude towards the costumers. Costumer service is very important to most people.

May Mobile refurbished my 21 year old 2 cycle Johnson and it runs like new. I bought a Tohatsu 9.9 from them and was instructed in its care and use. I am quite pleased with the motor. Monte and staff at May Marine provide superb service.

Contacted this place. Told me 7-10 days before they could work on my boat. 3 weeks and $1500 later, finally got it in the water. Boat won't even start. Same problem as when I took it to them initially. Called and was told by Monty that I would have to bring it back to them because they couldn't come to us, do diagnostic, etc. They were supposed to do diagnostic and FIX IT WHEN IT WAS THERE!!! How am I supposed to get it out of the water when it won't start for me??? I am extremely frustrated and feel like we got scammed.

Was in the market for a very specific application with a pretty tight budget, Monty and team worked to find just the right option for me. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new boat, used boat, or upgraded motor, etc. Definitely worth the drive from Seattle!

I had a rotary steering system freeze on a 2006 90 horse Honda. The parts were typical in price though the labor was suspect. When I originally took the boat in I was told they would have to replace the entire system including the Helm as it was policy to replace the entire steering system and was quoted 2-2 1/2 Hrs. When I picked the boat up I was told the Helm was not needed. After 4.5 hours of labor and parts charged the bill was 741.00 !! HMM, a $200 dollar part and a couple hundred in Labor for a complete new system was what was agreed on.After getting the boat home a closer inspection revealed a new bushing though the rotary cable itself didn't appear new. Under the console the tie wraps holding the electrical system to the Rotary Steering Cable appeared to be the original tie wraps I installed when adding the depth finder and radio.I can say 4.5 hours labor to heat a frozen steering rod and pull a new rotary cable in a 17 smoker for a 90 Honda is ridicules. I would not recommend this shop unless the work is by bid and on a signed paper!! I got robbed in my opinion.Should have done it myself...My bad.
