TJ he didn't follow up an appointment and hardly returning phone calls. He isn't right person of the business related what so ever can't trust this guy for your services.

While he is one of the only tractor places in Clark County, he's very difficult to get ahold of and it's hard to give more stars when I'm slightly annoyed by my experience. Hopefully he gets our tractor fixed without any drama. I'll update if my experience gets better.

You did not have the decency to call and say you could not pick up my mower because your truck broke down.On the phone, on speakerphone, in front of witnesses you told me you coukd get to it right away, that it was only a 2 hr. job. When i HAD to call you, you then tokd me you were a week out. No wonder your rating is so low, you earned it. I will surely let my neighbors know, who all have tractors, that they should seek another mower repair service

Do not take your equipment here!!! We sent a machine in for a service. First one came back with PTO fixed but no other service done as requested. Blamed on training new staff, Tired again with another machine came back with oil changed but not a single grease fitting touched and Mower deck non operational. He drove up and said well it worked when it left and couldnt figure it out on site. We replace belts ourselves works fine. The Finale straw was third machine there for over a month couldn't fix and still tried to charge us.Moral of the story if you value your equipment or time go somewhere else.

Going to TJ may be the worst business decision I've made. The dealer was backed up for weeks and I had pressing work when my Kubota broke down, so I thought I had nothing to lose. Wrong! After a month of him failing to diagnose the problem (and hardly ever returning my calls), I decided to just write TJ a check and get back in line at the dealership. When it was fixed the dealer observed that whoever had split my tractor had no idea what he was doing, that they had to spend a long time fixing his mistakes, and came very close to having to replace a part he had damaged which would have meant yet another couple of weeks of wait time. When I told TJ what the dealer had said, he denied everything, which indicates that he's not interested in learning to do his job better. I'm all for small business (have one myself), but I'm afraid TJ isn't in the right line of work.

Very nice guy, but completely lacks follow through. Had TJ replace the clutch on my small tractor. Was quoted 1400 by Oregon Tractor and Equipment, TJ quoted me 1200. Ended up paying 825 labor and 567 parts and getting a tractor back that didn't work. The 4wd didn't engage, worked fine before dropping it off. TJ told me he would come to my house to fix, but stop answering multiple calls. Ended up having to fix myself with the help of a mechanic friend. The drive shaft was installed improperly and the oil pan damaged. Would avoid at all costs. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Administration too.

TJ service my Kubota in the time frame he quoted. No issues and courteous with reasonable pick up and delivery.

Tj is my go to guy, way cheaper and quicker repair than shops. I own landscaping business and it is really nice to have my equipments repaired quick to keep it flowing.

TJ resurrected our John Deere tractor for a fraction of what Pape quoted. He was very easy to work with.
