When I called and made an appointment I thought I might need a need a tune up. They diagnosed the engine. Then they completely explained to me simply what the real problem was. I said lets fix the problem. I will be doing business with them in the future to maintain my car.

Finally found a great auto repair shop- Ashley at front desk is professional- friendly- knowledgeable- Dave is one in a million mechanic- detailed in the explanation on what is needed or not needed- he did a complete safety check on my truck with a fine tooth comb- i finally feel like my truck is safe to drive after his repairs on maintenance upkeep!Thank you so much for all you do!!

You won't find a shop that is more honest than this. The price was at least 30% lower than anywhere else. Do not hesitate to get stuff done!

We are new to Battle Ground, and we were referred to Service Now by a neighbor. Ashley is very knowledgeable and explained all scenarios and gave me prices for each one. She got us in promptly, and they took care of our brakes and rotors. I went back with another issue, and the owner explained everything. I recommend this business.

Went in for an oil change and rotation. Also had a raddle in the front end. They found out that the struts were worn out and needed replaced. Good people and a fair price.

Had our Honda Odyssey checked out before purchasing it and Dave is super knowledgable and friendly! Honestly have never been happier with a mechanic and the price was extremely good! Could not recommend Service Now more!!! A couple of weeks after purchasing we even converted our minivan into a camper and did a huge road trip through Utah to see the National Parks and had not a worry! Thanks Dave for helping us enjoy our van without worry of a breakdown :)

My truck broke down for good in Dave's lot during a crosscountry trip with my Dog Gus. Dave not only helped me find a replacement car to buy, he let myself and Gus use his shop as a base for over a month while Gus and I explored the surrounding wilderness and sights and while they worked on my replacement car and I sold my truck. I became good friends with Dave and the many great mechanics that work at the shop, they taught me a ton about mechanic work, car maintenance, and just life wisdom, and made it a very worthwhile and rewarding experience. I owe a lot to these guys and was already going through a tough time in my life, and they helped me get back on my feet, and realize there is still good in this world. I just finished my graduate degree from Cornell University Dave, and wouldn't have made it without your hand in life. Thank you my friend

Service Now Auto Repair is just the most awesome business. In an industry that can often be either dishonest or non transparent - this shop SHINES. I called for a service that I thought we needed and Ashley helped me out with advice without us bringing our car in. Said she'd love for us to come in but that it didn't sound necessary right now (offering me a quick, easy solution). How often have you ever had that kind of service from an auto repair place? She asked me to call a few days after I try the solution to make sure it worked and was just an absolutely amazing person to work with. This shop has a GEM in Ashley and they'll definitely be my go-to for my next auto repair. Five Stars!!

This shop is a true gem.The technicians here are experienced, the prices are more than fair, and the Desk Attendant Ashley is super nice!I can do many auto repairs myself, but A/C work isn't one of them. They got my Wife's Forester fixed up same day and added dye to the system so any future leaks can be easily located.I was pleased with the price.If you know about cars, you will quickly realise this is an honest shop with knowledgeable technicians.If you don't know about cars, rest assured that you are in good hands here.Glad to live so close, they will be doing all future work that I need.Update:Just called about my car for the same issue and they squeezed me in right before the holiday weekend.I really appreciate having such a great shop near my home.

I cycled through a lot of mechanics before finding Dave 8 years ago. Best mechanic I ve ever had by a significant margin. Dave is reasonably priced and really knows his business inside and out.

Dave is the very best! We took our Honda Fit in to have the air conditioner fixed in preparation for a road trip. Dave not only worked on the air conditioner but, hearing that we had a trip coming up, took care to check the pressure of the spare tire, make sure that we had a tire iron and jack with it, clean the headlights, and more. He provided excellent and very careful service at an excellent price, as always!Service: Air conditioning

It is such a relief to have finally found a trustworthy, honest, and reasonably priced mechanic! They were so friendly and communicative. They explained the issue and told me it didn t have to be fixed right away. How many mechanics will tell you that?! I decided to get it repaired right away because they already had my car. They completed the work within the same day of my appointment! They are open until 6pm, so I was able to pick my car up the same day and not miss any work. I cannot recommend them enough.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I got my vehicle back fully repaired in less than 24 hours of me dropping it off. I had messed with some wiring under my dash and my car died completely. Dave and his guys diagnosed and fixed my wiring as well as a few spark plugs to get it back to me quicker than I expected. My windows also had no power to them, but they quickly resolved that issue all at the same time. Service was friendly, insightful, and efficient while getting the job done for a fraction of the competitors prices. Thank you Service Now team!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

I followed Dave when moved from Vancouver to Battle Ground. He is the best and has fair prices. He fixed a problem in minutes that 2 mechanics at another shop couldn't find after hours and a lot of $$$. That made him my go to for everything.

Man Dave is the best! He got our car in within 2 days and it was done in a day! Great service at a great price! He is Honest, reliable, friendly and I recommend him to anyone who needs service done on your GM car/ truck/ suv. He is conveniently located off of battleground hwy. GO SEE DAVE IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR FIXED!

Had my car serviced here for the first time.... I had read reviews and really wanted to support a local independent business. I was so glad I did... right from the initial phone call Dave was very attentive to my repair needs and got me in right away to get my brakes replaced. I witnessed him interacting with a couple of other customers with the same attentiveness. Needless to say he earned my business. I will certainly return and would highly recommend him! Professional, Quality work, Fair prices....

Attentive staff, reasonably priced work. First time in my life I can say I trust that the best work will always be done for the fairest price.Edit: Been going here for almost 2 years now and still feel the same. Dave is the most trustworthy mechanic I've ever dealt with in 35 years of being a car owner.

Amazing. Dave was extremely busy and he still managed to fix my car within 24 hours. I'm a single mom, so it helped so much more than I think he even knew. Very friendly as well. Will definitely recommend

Dave is EXCEPTIONAL. I had read the review on here already which led me to his auto repair shop. Everyone that works there is really nice, knowledgeable, and overall HONEST. Never in my life did I ever think I'd find an honest mechanic, but thankfully I did with Dave and his team. They do an excellent job taking care of your car, getting it back into tip top shape. I couldn't be more pleased and thankful for Service Now.

I just moved to Vancouver a little over a year ago and I've been stressing out about finding a reliable mechanic. (Been scammed in the past - no fun.) Working with Dave was great right from the start. I found this shop by looking at Yelp and Google reviews, and the reviews didn't lie.Not only are Dave's prices fair, he was honest and kind. He mapped out a clear picture of what things on my car needed attention immediately, and he also let me know what things I could put off for a few months. Really put my anxiety to rest. I feel like I'm working with someone who understands having a tight budget, and he's showing me I can still bring my car to a better driving condition - just over time.10 out of 10, can't say enough good things.
