For once they were very nice to me and you got right through the long line really fast and they shot a little bit without interfering with everybody else waiting in line and they actually got the right parts for me some of those people in there are very nice people

Placed order to be shipped, I received email, "order was ready to be picked up" I happen to be in town and stopped by the local store where order was placed, Chad brought a single item back, I asked if I can pick up the rest of the order and save you shipping and time and asked what do you need from me for the remainder of the order because he could not see it, I was trying to present an email with the details as shown below while the phone had rang and proceeded to help the customer on the phone while he was already in process of assisting me with my paid order! I softly mumbled "I can't believe he is ignoring me" he heard me and stated "he wasn't ignoring me" I had explained to him you don't help the customer that calls in while your currently helping the customer in front of you, "You ask them to hold your currently helping another customer" his response was "maybe i would like to come behind the counter and do his job" Before things escalated I proceeded to leave and last said make sure you put down "I did not pick that up" as he was putting the filter back into the basket, I had called back to speak with the manager and she was out for the day and will return tomorrow, I left a message more than 24hrs ago with no return call, Out of spite see photo 1 it states item was picked up and it wasn't, This was no accident, It's intentional of Chad's actions to directly to affect my account incorrectly, unless there is a third shipment for this single item, I would considered this fraudulent behavior of the employee, I left a message for the District manager Mike M to call back as well, also no return call. If I go back I'll ask for Jason's help since it seems that he is more customer oriented than Chad! due to the reviews!!!

In their defense. It was ten minutes to closing and I had two belts for a compressor that I did not know that they would even have... Counter person was kind of snoddy but timmons closing going to be and I heard you get out of there too....

Battleground Wa. O reileys is ok. Very few employees know anything. Mostly button pushers. Year make and model. Needed a radiator fan for my mother s car. Manager order a condenser fan as a radiator fan for the car. My mother was stuck here from out of town. SMH I have to look up the parts for them most of the time. Update: they are getting better.

Nobody there seems to care about customers to much! You ask about there products and they have no idea! And 75 bucks for wiper blades and there other rip off products, you think they would know a little.

I own a business so I see the commercial side of their employees and I have to say their employee Jason is a remarkable employee, he always gets me what I need and he does it in a timely manner. The guy deserves a promotion if not a raise at least. Best automotive experience I've ever dealt with, the guy definitely knows what he's doing. Definitely recommend

I hate what has happened to part's stores, nobody knows anything about cars and you almost always get the wrong part and have to go back. Schucks used to have a mechanic or two on staff to answer questions, now it's a girl with purple hair that can only look at the computer for answers, which are wrong

This place is horrible. Seriously overpriced. Staff is not knowledgeable, in fact quite the opposite, and they all have bad attitudes. Incompetent and rude about it.

Worst, lazy female country worker. Kept pointing to where the rubbing polish should have been. Wrong 3 times, but wouldn't leave the counter & her phone. Finally got the attention of a different worker who took it across the store to it. Asked her how long she worked there, 'uhhhh, I guess 2 '. Useless

The driver side windshield wiper had started to come apart so I went in to replace it. Much to my surprise the assistant asked me when I had bought the wipers and I couldn't remember so he looked it up and found it was less than a year and replaced for free the one that was damaged and installed it. That's what I call good customer service.

Thought I needed an ezpensive part, but it turned out to be s simple fix that didn't require any parts at all, just a wrench. I appreciate the pointed questions and thoughtful response. They saved me about $500, because I would have replaced a part that ended up just being loose.

I picked up some parts and enjoyed a cruise in that was going on. The staff is always helpful but seem understaffed on the weekends when it is the busiest. I don't like to see customers walk out of a local business because of that.

The first time we went the employee was helpful and they had the part we needed. The second time we went which was for the same type of part the employee wasn't as friendly and they didn't have the part. We drove to the other part store in town and had a much better experience and they had the part.

DO NOT ORDER PARTS IF YOU NEED THEM IN A TIMELY MANNER. Absolutely horrible service I went in store and ordered a part with one of the employees and was told the part would be there 10 am the next day. I called the next day and got told it never got ordered so I was told it would arrive at 1 pm the same day. I called back at 1 and was told the part yet again was never ordered. The absolute last time I will ever think about using oreillys ever again. Absolute joke!!!

Had my battery light come on so I took it there to test it...told them that my battery light came on and there is no charge going to my battery. So the guy comes out to test it and tells me my battery is testing fine. So, I ask what about my alternator? ..I get, "uh, I don't know. Sorry" ...So I took it to AutoZone. I told them what it's doing. He grabs the equipment and he tests the battery. It's not the battery but the battery is at 30%.. so then he checked the alternator. What do you know?!..I need a new alternator. This guy used the same exact equipment that the guy at O'Reilly used! They definitely need to get some COMPETENT staff!

Dont go anywhere else in battleground. These guys are great! The shop by walmart sold me wrong parts and the main guy is really rude! Happy to make the extra drive to come here

I've been coming here for years, and they seem to help me with car probs. The only prob, they seem to be understaffed,, because it's tough to talk cartalk. And, deal with people calling to talk more car talk, and make money transactions. Not to complain, these guys are good people.Last week I went to another competitor, to have a code reading done. After that I came here to see if these guys said the same thing, and of course they were truthful.

It was great I was able to get the part same day, but not so great the price was different than what I was told on the phone. It was only a couple bucks difference, but I don't get how it changed in just a couple hours.

I have been buying parts here for very long time .friendly knowledgeable staff ,fair prices also never had any issue with parking .Sometimes you need to wait a short time for your turn but worth it when it is your turn they do not try to multi-task yeah that .

I've had automotive training and do all the work on the cars for the family. I've had experience with all the usual auto parts stores. O'Reilly's is still my go to after over 10 years. They have good prices and have what I need more often than any other stores. Staff is always attentive and interested in serving you well.This location is no different since moving to battleground. O'Reilly's is the best.

Everytime I call, I'm put on hold for over 8 mins even when I have a hold even when I have a part number just to order!! go inside and they are under staffed always.. people have to wait 10-15mins to check out.. AutoZone is now my first and last call. Sorry guys

I shop at many auto parts stores and have been very happy with this location. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. These are the kind of people who remember you when you come in and will go the extra mile to help.
