Best parts store in Battle Ground hands down.Staff is helpful, knows what they're talking about about too. They even know how to look up stuff in the book! Quick hydraulic line service too.

Always helpful and great selection of quality parts (unlike the cheap Chinese junk sold by the competitors). You'll pay more, but it is worth it if you want things to last.

I don't go into auto parts stores. I know zilch about cars and I've been in enough of them to know I am out of my element and I swear the workers go out of their way to make me feel dumb. Normally, this isn't a huge issue since my husband takes care of it, until today. I had to stop and pick up brake pads. Sounds easy but I'm seriously at a loss inside these places. I walked in and had no idea where to go or how to get the part that was being held for pick up. They were all so nice! They got me what I needed, made small talk, we laughed, I paid for my part and was out the door. Easy cheesy. I wasn't asked a bunch of questions I couldn't answer and they didn't ignore me or let me wander aimlessly. Of course the part was being held so I didn't have to provide any car details but I still think they would have taken the time to help me figure it out. So it's not something I want to do ever again but I wouldn't be so freaked out next time if I had to.

Always had a good experience. Never had the parts go bad on me, and the staff are nice and attentive. A bit spendy, but that's your choice of who to go with. I've had parts from other places that straight up didn't work, and Napa BG hasn't failed me yet!

One of few places that will turn rotors and drums. They offered replacement rotors for ones that could not be turned but they were significantly higher priced than their competitors. Staff were nice and somewhat knowledgeable but you can tell some staff are new.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They get really busy sometimes, but if you wait they are happy to help. And you'll probably get the right part, unlike at O'Reillys.

DO NOT SHOP HERE> THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO GIVE YOU THE RIGHT PARTS AND WONT TAKE BATTERIES BACK> I AM OUT $70.00 AND THEY WONT EVEN GIVE ME A DISCOUNT TO PURCHASE THE CORRECT ONE I ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR (I EVEN BROUGHT MY OLD BATTERY INTO THE STORE WHEN BUYING THE NEW ONE)

A great experience over all. The employees were knowledgeable and very helpful. They all seem in a cheerful mood. I came in today because I had a bad experience at OREILLYS due to rude service and lack of knowledge. I'm sticking with NAPA from now on. Reasonable prices too.

They are knowledgeable and know a lot I ll give them that. But the service sucks. You will wait at the checkout desk to pay for 10min while everyone is back at the phone desk. It s not a quick checkout when you go there. Not a place you want to go when your in a hurry.

Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. Son's battery failed after less than a year, leaving him stranded. The battery showed a manufacture date less than a year ago. We obviously weren't prepared to be stranded and didn't have the original receipt with us. The employee wouldn't warranty their own battery without it. Long time Battle Ground resident, and very disappointed. Hope the owner see's this, as I don't think he'd put up with an employee like that.

Phenomenal service, Frank worked for over an hour trying to find a solution to a very difficult to find part on an older car. Through phone calls, google and catalogs for over an hour! His attitude was professional and positive the entire time. The experience was made less of a headache for me through his efforts. Highly recommended!

The employee who helped me was super helpful and kind, and wearing his mask correctly; however two other employees had their noses protruding from masks while assisting clients at the counter and another in the parts area was not masked up at all! Please address the importance of public safety with your employees. This is not a safe emvironment for customers or the people who have to work alongside such selfish individuals.

These guys are solid and stand behind their warranty terms and products which bear it. They swapped a battery for me, one for one, no questions asked and even let me use their tools to remove/replace. Thanks guys.

May be using the wrong book for my 4wd 2001 Tacoma. Wrong parts 3 times in a row 3 different parts. When I go back with the part in hand then no problem.

The best Napa in Southwest Washington guys are awesome the prices are great in the customer service can't be matched. I used to shop at the one in Woodland but there's no comparison between these two I'll drive the extra distance to this one from now on.

Great Advice - Great ServiceI needed new wiper blades and received great advice on which brand to buy.... then the service tech installed my new blades on my truck while I paid. I'll be back for future auto part needs. You should too.Thank you NAPA!!

This app doesn't allow zero stars. Every item is overpriced. The employee was rude and uninformed. The item I was buying rang up triple the price of any sign near it and any like item and employees decided to not honor pricing.

Went in to replace a broken belt off a piece of equipment and the lady measured the belt and was extremely cocky. Didn't have the exact size so I asked if we could check with O'Riely's down the street and she bad mouthed them. Went back to the shop and the belt didn't even come close to fitting. Measured the old belt myself and the cocky lady was way off on her measurement. Drove all the way back to get the correct belt and they would even offer any kind of discount for the incompetency. Will never be back in that store.

They do fantastic job making hydraulic hoses for just about any application, this visit was for a cat 426 backhoe. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable about hydraulic lines and sizes and wrapped a protective sleeve on the hydraulic hose so it will not wear through in the future.

On hold for 10 minutes and hung up... not sure if anyone really works there.. I could have pulled the part I needed from u-pull-it faster than they can look up a part... close this one down, "NAPA don't know how".......

Great place for farmers and loggers running oddball equipment and needing parts. They might not have the right part, but typically they can find a substitute to get you running.
