Came to Les Schwab in battleground Washington after buying tires here now few months later I come to do my rotation and I gotta sit for two hours and wait for them to forget who I was in my order and my car completely no confidence and Les Schwab I don t know why I came back here

Woke up to a flat tire on my work van. I came to this location and they had it fixed right away. I haven t been at this location for a while because of a previous bad experience. There is absolutely a new vibe and an excellent customer service. Thanks Les Schwab Battle Ground!

I went in for a seasonal tire rotation. The store is super clean and the tire techs are very friendly. However the lady working at the front counter was so rude. She literally rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to repeat her question about whether I was switching out just tires or tires and wheels. Then I asked her to let the techs know my husband would be here in a few minutes with my tires but she didn t so everyone was confused. We live up in Amboy and have lots of reasons to need Les Schwab for our 3 4x4 vehicles. I may go to a different store next time just because she was so rude. So sad. The techs are great! Friendly and knowledgeable.

I arrived a few minutes after closing with a bad battery that wouldn t restart my truck. The crew stayed after hours and sold me a new battery and set me away prepare for work the next morning.Port Townsend, WA. Location.

This store has a great team! I brought my motor home to the shop today to get my (self-supplied) internal tire pressure sensors installed. Everything went according to plan and all is well. Thanks!

Very strict on their tire warranty, if you are not there waiting a hour for a tire rotation after 4 or 5k miles they don t warranty their tires. Even if the tire they sold you is defective.

I have been going to this location for 7 years. In the last 12 months I have become very angry with the staff. First event was in February of last year when I asked for a quick look around on an RV that I was going to be driving 6500 miles. The mechanic didn't even so much look at the tires. Turned out they were 10 years old and I blew 3 on the trip. In June of this year the tech rotating my tires caused major damage to all of my wheels, which now have to be buffed out. Lastly, just yesterday when my daughter, who is new to cars all together went in to have her new car looked at for any tire issues, nobody bothered to ask for an account number or check miles etc. She said they checked tire pressure and sent her on her way. Now there is no record of her even being there and the company knows nothing of the job they performed. This is a major liability issue that puts me over the edge. Take two seconds to address all the issues and it can save someone's life!

had a great first experience here. Had a flat tire and was frustrated as i drive an awd and didn t want to replace all 4 tires. walked in and was greeted warmly by Jeff who had me out in 5 minutes. got a call a couple hours later and was happy to see on the receipt that the flat tire repair was complimentary. when i left Jeff was in the shop and remembered my name when saying bye. good people and good service.

Great location and super busy which is a really good sign. They checked my brakes for free and did a great job doing so. 2 hours for free and free lubricant because I do my work with them. Truly awesome service!!!

Brought my car in for a flat this morning. All seemed well after they fixed it however the warning light was still on. Now I m sitting at another Les Schwab having them actually fix the problem. I m going to miss my best friend s father s funeral today because of this. I called and they couldn t even tell me which tire it was that they fixed. Beyond irritated.

I found a nail in my tire just before my drive to longview. It was close to closing time on memorial day weekend but with crossed fingers I head over there. They were wrapping things up for the day but they were all kind and courteous. I had direct contact with 3 employees while I was there and the customer service was excellent! They got me out of there with a quickness and back on my way safely.

Service call to battleground Les Schwab - road side technician John was amazing. Went over and beyond to help us out in an emergency. Stranded hours from home with small dogs and plenty of heat, John came to the rescue to replace two tires on our RV. Can t thank him enough.

They replaced our tires and breaks and were quick and friendly. We're grateful for their financing. Otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to get the work done that was needed.

The wait time was very long at least for me. I do advice to schedule an appointment ahead of time as otherwise you will be waiting for hours. They told me that the wait time would be 1.5 to 2 hours but in the end - it ended up being like 3.5 hours. Huge lines and the workers get hourly wage so they are in no rush.

I come in to get a valve stem, replaced due to a leaking existing valve stem. I was then told I was going to get charged more than the $7.99 stem just because the tire size. And after all of that, my tire pressure light is still on because they did not inflate my tires to the correct pressure. I spent a lot of money at Les Schwab in the past and it will not continue after this.

Today at Les Schwab I had the best quickest and honest visit I ve ever had. Ryan Siegel was extremely helpful in everything I had to wonder about my car, got the job done quick and was extremely friendly the entire time.

If you like waiting and being ignored while the local tire guy talks shop with his buddies then this is the place for you. Be prepared to spend three hours waiting for "first come first served" service. Watch as customer after customer is found more important than you simply cause you're waiting on a warranty service. Three non appointment customers showed up after me and left before my car was pulled in. Go somewhere else if you value time or respect.

I did a search for donut shops in the area, and this place popped up. I figured, "Why not give them a try?"First of all, the service is great. As soon as I arrived someone was there to greet me and walk me through the donut selection process.The donuts are HUGE. You definitely get your money's worth. The smallest ones had like a 15" hole. One donut is enough to feed a family of six. Some donuts are so big it takes several people to lift and carry them.While they offer quite a variety of donuts, they all taste a bit rubbery. Hopefully they can come up with some tastier options soon.

9-18-23 update: Once again Les Schwab comes through for me. Mary inspected my tire and it was unrepairable due to the damage being too close to the sidewall, and rather than replacing all 4 tires we were able to order a matching tire even though the tire isn't usually sold by Schwab. Mary saved me about $750 today. Thank you!Thank you Les Schwab for coming through for me in a big way! The kind gentleman who sold me tires the other day couldn't have known it but I was in a minor financial pickle, having spent my savings unexpectedly replacing my old car with a new (used) car. The "new" car is great, with one major defect: the tires are toast. I went in prepared to buy new tires for the front and put the best two of the crumby tires on the back, but instead they upped my account limit to allow me to purchase the whole set. It POURED rain the following day and it felt so nice to not worry as much about traction.A note to others about their in-house financing: the payment structure ensures most purchases get paid off in about a year, even if only paying the minimum payment. In other words, the credit is there to make their customers' lives easier, not to rake us over the coals with finance charges and interest.

I had a leak in my tire. Made an appointment for 3 PM, they pulled my car into the garage at 2:58 PM and pull the tire off, fixed the tire and had it reinstalled in just 25 minutes. They didn t charge me a dime even though I never bought those tires originally from Les Schwab!

Brought in my pickup to get get the tires rotated and balanced, so far I have watched people come and go that got here after me. It took 2 hours to get the tires rotated and balanced 2 of the tires, not all 4. So they had to pull my pickup back in to the shop, take the other 2 tires off and balance them. Yet the receipt reflects that all 4 tires were balanced in the first place. Balancing and removing the other 2 tires took 10 minutes. The whole stay was 2 hours and 10 minutes.unreal.

Huge shout out!!!!. We blew a tire going down 503 while towing a horse trailer (empty) AAA had a 2 hour wait. I called Les schwabb not knowing if my friends car had tires thru them and regardless they sent out Jarrett who was amazing tried to plug the giant hole in the tire so we could limp into town and get fixed.

SCAM ARTISTS. Took my car in for a free tire rotation which is included with tire purchase. Guy who handed me my keys back at the end says: "everyone looks great, breaks looks great." This remark was a courtesy as I was not in for any brake work, my brakes were completely re-done two years prior, and he was right, they did look brand new. Once I pull out of the lot, caliper stuck. Bring it back in and they can't repair it. They recommend replacing the rear brakes for over $800. Thanks for my "free" rotation that included a bs brake inspection.
