I purchased a body armor bull bar for my Subaru crosstrek and had Klimes auto repair install it for me. The job ended up being more work than expected that required some cutting. Not only did they meet my expectations they exceeded them. Charged me more than fair and maintained great communication throughout the process. They did an outstanding job and will recommend them to anyone looking for great service with integrity and honesty. Thank you for making my car look tougher.Spirit Young

In God s providence, I came into possession of a vehicle that needed repairs; though it turned out it needed far more than I was anticipating! A friend recommended Klimes they are kind, personal, transparent, and straightforward. They also sent me photos of most of the issues, which I ve never had a mechanic do before. They got the vehicle back into excellent working order and even gave discounts where they could. I highly recommend them!

This is the second time we have used Klimes Auto repair. In both cases the staff were very friendly and helpful. The problem was identified and resolved. I can t say enough good things about them! Incredibly friendly, took the time to explain what was wrong and answered my questions. They also were very timely with completing my repair, and I was able to get my car back in just a few hours, not to mention I called Friday evening and they were able to get me in Saturday morning! I had Klimes Auto Repair work on a truck for the business I work for. They were quick and efficient and they did a good job. Communication was thorough and they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. This was our first experience with Klimes and it was a very positive experience

These guys are absolutely great. They are reasonable, very nice and family friendly! I have taken both my car and truck to them several times and they have been amazing at repairing them and being honest about future repairs and foreseeable issues.I was very nervous to find a good, HONEST mechanic due to a recent issue I had had. I had my car towed to a well known mechanic in the area and I was charged $900.00 for a alternator. my faith in shops and people dwindled after that.I went out on a limb after researching the Google reviews and decided to use KLIMES. I am not disappointed at all. They have been upfront, honest and no surprise fees. I will continue to use them for my vehicle repair needs from here on out. Klimes Auto was recommended by family. I contacted them and they were able to get my vehicle in quickly. When I went back to pick it up, they reviewed the services they provided and showed me exactly what was done. I was pleased to see that they also cleaned the engine, and it looked great! They noted items that might need service in the future. Then I had another service repair need with tail light assemblies. They had me bring my vehicle in, worked late in an evening and had it ready to go the next morning. Once again explaining what they had serviced. Klimes Auto is a family owned business. They demonstrate they can provide superior customer service and repairs as well as the dealerships can. Customer relationships are important to them. They are definitely worth contacting. Has maintenance done on my car yesterday. I could not be happier with where I chose to take my car. They worked late last night to get my car done. They quoted me a price and the quoted price is what I paid! They are super friendly and honest. I have one more thing to do and I will definitely be going back to see them! My experience all started because my car couldn't go more than ten feet without the wheel clenching up (or so I thought). They fit me in within a week to diagnose the problem that I thought was smaller than it actually was. It turns out the driveshaft needed to be replaced as well as the U joints on each side. After those were replaced, they checked the transfer case fluid to find that it had been shredded up beyond much further use. After ordering a new transfer case, they installed it and got my car running again. I didn't have a proper appointment time for the size of a job this was, but they still worked my car in there amidst all of these problems and their other clients. Friendly people to work with and upfront about what everything will cost.Service: Transmission repair

Amazing repair garage with caring and personal service. They always look for the best deal they can find on parts (I ve checked and never been able to find a better price than what they have found).Klimes is proactive about the care of my car yet attentive to cost. They always take the time to open the hood to show and explain what was done and point out things that need attention in the future. The give me an idea of when I should expect to have to have anything they see amiss addressed and tell me which are safety issues.It s hard to find this level of personalized service. We have now taken two cars here. They are speedy, fair and honest. I definitely would recommend bringing your car here to be fixed. The prices are great and they tell you everything upfront 100%. If I m ever in need of a mechanic this is where I will go. You can definitely trust this place to do an excellent job at an excellent price.

I highly recommend this auto repair shop! It is a local family run business that is thorough, highly skilled and trust worthy. They fixed my Subaru for a great price after the dealer and several other shops wanted to charge me a fortune and didn t even correctly diagnose my problem. I tried the dealer several times and continued to have issues with my car. I found Klimes and he fixed my car for good and I no longer had any problems with the car.

Good people. They seemed to genuinely want to help me with my car, being diligent about letting me know what all needed to be fixed when they found something broken and helping me out with waiving fees and finding used parts. In one particular conversation I had with Radka, one of the owners, she explained to me how she felt compassion for my situation and wanted to do what she could to help me out. I am grateful.

Very friendly and professional shop. Awesome price for A/C repair compared to other quotes I received. They checked other safety items on my car and made recommendations for upcoming needed services. Was surprised they detailed the interior and cleaned under the hood for no additional charge. I brought my car to Klimes after several other shops could not diagnose problems with my car. Klimes was able to diagnose and fix the problems with my car as well as do much needed maintenance work for me at an affordable price. I was appreciative of the time they took to explain to me in detail and show me what was wrong. Now my car runs better than it has in years!Klimes went above and beyond by delivering my car for me when I didn't have transportation, locating hard to find parts for my car, which is a '95 model, and cleaning the interior and exterior of my car, making it sparkling. Very honest people willing to go above and beyond! They were able to get me in on a weekend and quickly diagnose the noise and shaking coming from my car. Very professional. Honest service. I thought I needed a wheel alignment to stop my car from pulling to the right. Turns out, my tire pressure was just low. So there was not need to do an alignment for this issue. Prices very reasonable. I highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future. Let me start off by saying this family goes above and beyond to help their customers! My car had broke down on I5 on my way to Portland and when I called after 10pm someone actually answered the phone! I was planning on leaving a message but the owner was still working and told me I could have it towed to her shop and they would be able to look at it the next day. Unfortunately, the result was that my car needed some serious work to get it back up and running. I am not from the area so I rented a trailer to tow it back home. When I went to pick up my car the owner and his daughter helped my mom and I get it onto the trailer to tow it back home. There is no way and I mean no way we could have done it without them.. It was some serious monkey business but we got it onto the trailer. They were all so helpful and even text me to make sure we made it home okay. This place is what customer service should be and genuinely cares about the people that use their services. The only issue I have is that they are so far away that I can't use them again! Klimes auto repair had my engine rebuilt on my 2001 VW passat 1.8T. I was very pleased with the work and price was affordable. I put about 5000 miles on the engine and it is strong/no problems. Would use them for my future repairs. I highly recommend this place!

They were great! Even came to my house and picked up my vehicle and brought it back. They explained what my leak was and about a few other things they had found. The prices to have my car fixed were much lower then prices I had, had quoted in the past. They brought it back all vacuumed, windows washed and the details of what was done. They also included other items that needed attention in the future. I was very happy doing business with them and will be taking my car there from now on!

My heater core recently went out on my old work truck and being fairly new to Battle Ground I shopped around to 5 different local shops. Klimes offered the most affordable price. The mechanic/owner and his wife are very professional, knowledgeable, and treated my truck like their own. They also addressed other issues that came up when fixing the heater core. When picking up my vehicle, not only had they repaired it but had meticulously detailed my pig sty of a truck inside and out and under the hood. Simply the best! I've never experienced such great customer service combined with skill in auto repair at such a fantastic price. Radka and Vlastik really went above and beyond in how they took care of us when we were in a tough spot. While we live hours from Battle Ground, I'd certainly consider coming back to get work done because I don't know of anyone else who would take such good care of us. I have seen these guys for a few issues in my car. I have had no issues with their work and each time I am blown away by their customer service. They truly raise the bar higher. They go above and beyond to serve their client. Ive called them on holiday weekends where everyone else was closed,, been in and out in hours, they've come to my house to get me back on the road, they will help you with whatever your issue is. Klimes is the best mechanic we've ever used. I recently bought a used Acura and drove from Seattle to have them do some maintenance. I had the steering rack replaced, alignment done, replaced the tire pressure management system, replaced the timing belt, and had several seals replaced. Vlastik also helped recharge my A/C, cleaned the inside of the vehicle, replaced my oil, transmission fluid, coolant, and ensured that everything was in tip top shape.They went above and beyond to ensure that all the pieces replaced were OEM parts, diagnosed every issue I brought up, and returned my car to me as close to new as possible. Radka was great at keeping me informed with everything that they were working on. Really happy with Vlastik and Radka's work and service!I'd recommend Radka and Vlastik - they're the best! This place is fantastic. Helped me take off my fuel filter and helped with diagnostics of my engine misfiring. They showed me how to do it too, let me supply my own filter (FYI no other shop in town let s you do this), and drove me to the store to get more parts for my misfire, and it was only $70. Radka and Vlasik are an extraordinary team when it came to my 2004 Honda. They have gone above and beyond fixing my car that is my daily drivers. After much diagnostic testing and repairs my car is running like a new car. Vlasik replaced the header and many other pieces to save my Honda. I will continue to take my vehicle to their shop . They are worth every penny and willing to work with you on payments. Hard to find a honest and truthful mechanic these days. I will be sending friends and family in the future.
