I was on my way for a hike with my dog when a warning light appeared, and with little car knowledge I jumped to the worst conclusions and found the nearest mechanic. It ended up just being low tire pressure, but they very kindly took time out of their day to help me anyway with no appointment. Checked my spare for a sensor, filled my tires, and explained the process all for free, plus were very nice to my pup who was confused about why she was there. I really appreciated it and will definitely remember them for the next time I need an actual service!

Professional, friendly, with a small town shop feel. We have taken a couple of my sons cars to KAAB over the years and I always feel like I can trust that they care about serving us, not themselves. In today's times that seems harder and harder to come by and it is much appreciated.

I highly recommend this company to service your vehicle. I too was referred to K.A.B. Motors by a friend and they did not disappoint. They were friendly, courteous, professional and honest. They provided me with a service quote and walked me through it on the phone. They answered all my questions and made sure my vehicle was ready to go when they promised. Thank You Vince and Sara!

I was so happy with my experience here! I needed help removing the heavy rear seats in my Honda Element. I had never done it before, and suspected I would not be able to lift and maneuver them by myself. After walking in and explaining what I needed, two receptionists and a mechanic immediately descended on my car! They had the seats out in minutes, and even showed me how to do it myself for future reference. I offered to pay them, but they would not accept payment. Instead, I promised I would send as much business their way as I could! Customer service is alive and well at this establishment and I am very grateful.

Called around after hearing a noise coming from my front driver side area of my Corolla. K.A.B Motors not only was the cheapest around, but they were also able to get me in within a few days. My car had its left cv axle and water pump replaced at K.A.B. Motors. The whole time, staff were super understanding of my insistent calls and concerns, as my Corolla is my daily driver. They got both repairs done in a day and my car is feeling/sounding like when I bought it 9 years ago. They are SUPER thorough with their inspections, posting photos of each item inspected on the website they email/text you a link too. Everyone I spoke with either while there or on the phone was extremely respectful and courteous. I would highly recommend K.A.B. Motors.

I have had a really great experience every time I have come here, I have never felt taken advantage of and everything is explained thoroughly. Everyone is very friendly and easy to talk with, making an appointment online is very quick and simple. I also heavily appreciate the inspection they send you after where you can see the conditions of everything. I drive over an hour just to go here and it is worth the drive.

I have been taking my vehicles to K.A.B. for several years now. They are friendly, quick and low-pressure. Their system provides great detail on any recommended services, including photos and links to videos. I wouldn't say they're the most affordable mechanics out there, but they are honest, competent and reliable. They will always seek the most affordable solution first before moving on to a more expensive repair. Give them a try. They are the only auto repair that actually cared for my car and I have had that car for 19 years I feel that it s healthy to drive. Very grateful I will be back

This place is uninterested in answering basic questions on the phone, like "What would X cost?" The only reason not to provide such information is if you're so confident you'll be charging for something else, it's not worth your time.

Very helpful. Got my 2018 F150 in the next day. Check engine lights on. Diagnosed problems and fixed by the end of the day. Very detail oriented. Gave us a check list of priorities to address with a complete checklist with pictures of our vehicle. I would recommend them as you service provider for your vehicles.I was referred to them from a friend. Great friend. Keep up the great work KAB. My old pickup was stuck in drive and we were in town so we stopped by this business without an appointment and I was very pleased with how we were treated. They moved some vehicles so that we had a place to park it. This was on a Friday and it was fixed by Tuesday morning and for what I consider a reasonable price. Again, this was without an appointment. We will be back the next time that we have a need. Oh, and their communication was great. No surprises with the bill.Services: Transmission, Brakes

Best place in Battle Ground. Took my truck in for a tune up and to be timed. Ed saw a couple other things that needed to be addressed and and took care of it. For the price of a tune up I got way more than any other shop would have done, especially for the final bill. I think I owe them a steak dinner. Great family business that treats you how you would like to be treated. Thanks K.A.B motors.

My check engine light suddenly lit up on my 2017 Subaru Impreza. They were willing to make time, that day, to scan the engine. The repairs were done the following day and no more scary check engine light. The technician was professional and knowledgeable and the price was reasonable too. The best part of the experience though was the way they treated me. I am a woman who knows very little about cars. I've been taken advantage of by dishonorable auto repair shops in the past. The folks at K.A.B. Motors explained everything in a clear and knowledgeable manner. AND backed it up in writing. They didn't push extra services that I didn't need, only recommended services that should be done in order to keep my car running smoothly. To find an honest shop, whom I can trust, is such a relief. They are my mechanics for life. Because of the service and experience if had with KAB Motors, I took my car in for follow up service. Called at 9 AM with a defective u joint. Dropped off my truck at about 10 and they had the work done by 4:30 PM the same day!! Very professional, honest, didn't add any hidden fees or try to hard sell me on additional services. I will definitely be taking my old girl back to them when she needs work done. Completely happy with the service and quality of work. Thank you Vince for keeping me informed and being a genuinely nice person.

I've been a customer of KAB for several years now. My goal has been to develop an ongoing relationship with a good local shop so that they know me and I know them.Honesty and dependability are what I've looked for and found at KAB. I trust them and have confidence in their services. I know I can count on them to not to overcharge or sell me something I don't need, and to do the needed repairs correctly.Service: Engine repair

I took my car in to get a tune up and a new alternator. They were really really nice and helpful quoted me a grate price when I went in to pick it up the price they quoted was far from the initial quote I don't know how some one could pay that much more. When I explained that they gave me a quote already and that it was much lower then the total they got angry and border line disrespectful (Vince)! What was a basic tune up and new alternator, end up costing an arm and a leg! Way more than the initial quote. I payed it to get my car back, but I would not take my vehicle here ever again! I feel like they took advantage of me because I don't know much about repairing cars two thumbs down in my opinion! (They should of charged what the initial quote was or called me and made sure that it was going to cost that much more before they started the work and surprised me with the bill.)

Called to set an appointment up for my wife's commuter car and that experience was easy and very helpful.My wife took her car in, got everything lined up and went to have her nails done while she waited.After returning to the shop she was informed of everything the vehicle had done and needed in the future. No pressure, nothing was pushed on her.Not only did they fill the AC but they ran a few tests, replaced a few minor parts and did an engine scan. They replaced the brake light that was burnt out and didn't brag, or charge us. Just put it on the paper work. They could have charged us for the extra time, the AC fills and tests and minor part replacements. But they didn't. They took care of wife, her car and ultimately us.In the future if my vehicles need work, and it isn't required to be done by a dealership K.A.B. Motors is getting our business.

K.A.B. Motors automotive service, maintenance and repair shop is incredible! They are a family owned business that takes great pride in their highly trained technicians and top rate services. They use pictures and videos to help describe and show you what your vehicle will need to have done. Then will lay out your options in order of urgency. They go above and beyond to make sure each customer is 100% satisfied. Very fair and affordable prices! You'll definitely feel like a part of the K.A.B. family! I guarantee you won't find a better auto service and repair shop ANYWHERE!!

Could not check the radiator out of the vehicle, they said it had to be running and in the vehicle.
