I went in for a transmission fluid/coolant flush and in the waiting room they had a TV showing a countdown and it stated SERVICE TIME GUARANTEE; $1 OFF FOR EVERY MINUTE WE GO OVER well, they went 20 mins over the timer, and I was excited for my $20 off. Just for the Cashier to tell me that it s oil changes only. That s some not very good advertising. It does not say that anywhere on the screen, therefore making this FALSE ADVERTISING. Yea I took a photo as well

Nice, friendly, efficient and quick. Offered a discount without being asked because it was available and I did not know. I'd recommend this particular location to anybody needing a lube-oil-filter service. They do other minor maintenance and repairs as well. No appointment needed, but appointments can be made to assure an open bay when you plan to arrive

Kevin (Grease Monkey employee) ended up pulling our sliding door out of it's track, banging up the side of the van, shattering the rear right passenger window, and causing an undetermined amount of additional damage to the door opening system.When we came in for an oil change, our left power door automatic opener wouldn t open and close the door, as a result of the recent cold spell we had (the door had froze shut, and the auto opener didn't work properly after that). It needed to be opened manually. Kevin watched my wife manually open the door to get our kids out, before the van was pulled into the bay.Some time later, Kevin came into the sales office to let my wife know that after he opened the door, the door stuck, and then he pushed the auto opener button, and the "motor partially engaged, and all of a sudden the back window shattered." I came by later, and asked for the video footage, which the owner (Rod Compton) provided the next day.The video footage showed Kevin manhandling the electronic door, jerking and pushing it, off and on for several minutes. The broken window, door pulled through the guide rails, banged up side panels, and further destroyed opening mechanism resulted.Rod denied any copability in any of it, saying that Kevin had done just as any "layman" would have, and that Kevin wasn't a minivan expert... I informed Rod that consumer vehicles are generally designed for use by a "layman" and you don't need to be an expert or go through a training class to know how to operate one. Rod offered to pay for half of the window and body damage repair, and denied that he had caused any further damage to the opening mechanism. After proposing to ask the dealer to review the video footage and see if they thought the method employed by Grease Monkey was in line with manufacturers recommendations, Rod agreed to pay for the body damage and the broken window and part of the rental car, but still denied any opening mechanism damage caused by Grease Monkey.He later tried to reneg on his promise to deliver the van to the mechanic, and cut short his promise to pay rental car costs until the van was at the mechanic, but after being reminded of the agreement, did as agreed.

Too much drama at this location.Never know if they're open or not.Pulled up for an oil change and the attendant said the men didn't show up today.But sign said OPEN !

This place constantly tries to up sell. They told the customer ahead of me that they needed their rear differential serviced... it was front wheel drive.They have told me on several occasions, that I need the automatic transmission serviced... it's a manual transmission.Also, The management says disparaging remarks about customers after they have left... to other customers (on my last two visits). I wonder what they say about me.

Little on the spendy side but you don't have to worry about a Bolt breaking off or oil filter not being tight the work they do is always quality work...Thank youGrease Monkey...

Just moved from another state and was nervous about finding a great place to take my SUV for routine maintenance. I called ahead to see if an appointment was necessary and was greeted by a very friendly technician who told me I could just stop by whenever worked best.Stopped by the next day for an oil change and tire rotation. They also inspected everything to make sure it was in working order. Whole process took about 45 minutes, waaay faster than any shop from where I lived before. The price was very reasonable, and the shop never tried to upsell me on anything. The technician went over a list of recommendations and explained if any were absolutely necessary or if they were just things that could be done or would be coming in the future.The technician also explained things in a way that I could understand, was patient with questions, and never made me feel like I was "just a silly girl..." I will definitely be returning, as the service was exceptional.Bonus, they vacuum your car for you and also give you a free wash card!Services: Tires, Oil change

Kid to busy on his phone to do a car wash. Sat here for 10 minutes while he stands here texting. And now he just walks away and goes inside. This is so weird...Won't come back to this one

Piss poor customer service, seen the manager threaten a customer after asking for a veterans discount, then threaten to get more guys to help. I ll never take any of my rigs to them again. Couldn t believe the level of disrespect I seen.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great service and quite a bit cheaper than the big name places around us! Nice and friendly, and we got a free car wash right after which was much needed, we will definitely be back for sure.

Great service! Fast friendly and very accommodating. I came in with a Elderly man who has Dementia. An they treat him so well. An he can be a handful so when people are extra patient an treat him as if he was anyone else an not suffering from this condition . Thank you Thank you for treating us just with true respect.

Fantastic and friendly service! Everything explained and discussed (even though they have a timer running on your oil change with $1 off for each minute over!) Vacuumed the interior, discussed upcoming needed service with no pressure, prices plainly listed, even a free car wash included.First-time customer will 100% be back, thanks Grease Monkey Pit Crew!

Staff is friendly & professional. Service is quick and reasonably priced. The free car wash is pretty nice, too!Update: April 2023 : these guys still rock. I live in Portland now, but I wait until I come to Battle Ground to visit family for my oil changes. They re just a darn good group of guys.

I just went in for the first time the other day and I was very pleased.First, their transparency is what stands out - everything from what they're doing on the computer to how much time is left for your wait. I wasn't left in the waiting room feeling alone and abandoned, I was constantly being informed on what was going on with my vehicle. They informed me of everything BEFORE doing anything. I couldn't help but be impressed and I normally could care less and won't leave reviews. I just felt comfortable and that my vehicle was in good hands. Will be taking all my vehicles here for all future services.Honestly, it's that comfortable, high quality hotel feeling!You all are appreciated!

I had my radiator flushed. The customer service was great. Really nice employees. My wait time wasn't long at all. They finished in a timely manner. I like the leaderboard that allows you to see when you're vehicle should be done and I LOVE a deal, but I'm not really sure I like the $1 every minute they go over. They went over by 6 minutes with my car, but I wasn't about to penalize them by asking for the discount. I'd rather my car be done properly than mistakes being made because they feel rushed. Overall I'm very pleased

As I pulled in for an oil change I noticed how young the service men were and was kinda worried for a min ., then I met Kevin who seemed to be in charge , who took over directing an delegating to the young men , mid service Kevin would inform me of what needed to be replaced and/or if it did and it s purpose /damage if it was or wasn t changed then would ASK me if I wanted it done or not , which is honorable because most shops would ve just changed it and charged .. Kevin along with the young men are very professional and good at what they do , you would get the best service for a good price plus some new friends !! I recommend Battle Ground GREASE MONKEY 10x/10 !!!

Had a great experience. This was my first time using these guys and I couldn't be happier. As soon as we got there we were quickly greeted. When we got inside o was surprised to see a small play area for my kids as well as complimentary drink for kids and adults. Service was quick and they were very polite when explaining and answering my question. My kids loved the complimentary car wash after the oil change. All in all a great experience and I recommend them to my family and friends. I know I won't be going anywhere else after this. Great service!

My husband and I have been going to this grease monkey for our oil change since we accidentally found this place. We used to get our oil change at one of their competitors. We were not happy with other places and the wait time was so long.We never had to worry about the wait time here. They used to have a running timer on the TV in the waiting room. You get discount if it takes longer than they promised. Unfortunately we never got the discount because they were always on time!The weekend manager, Kelvin, was very nice and took care of us when we asked about their coupon options. Best customer service ever. I do miss enjoying a cup of soda or tea or coffee while waiting. But I'm sure the beverages will come back after the pandemic.KarenService: Oil change

I ve recently moved to the area and needed to find a new oil change location. I was incredibly loyal to my old location but it s too far out of the way for me now. This was out of my way a bit but it came recommended so I thought I d give it a try. I could not have been more happy and will continue to come back. The guy who took my keys from me communicated well. I hopped out of the car and told him I d never been there before so he directed me to the waiting room and let me know what to expect from there. In the waiting room the gentleman was incredibly polite and well spoken. I do also appreciate that he was very clear my car required synthetic.I didn t feel slighted by this company. As a woman I didn t feel intimidated or disrespected.And the best of all - you get a free car wash, they leave candy AND A FLOWER in the car. Done - take my money. I ll be back.

They did an amazing job! They had my oil changed much faster than I expected. They also noticed that one of my tires was low and took the time to air it up for me and they cleaned the floor in my front seats. I will definitely be coming here from now on for my car needs, they really went the extra mile and it was well worth it!

They have treated me so well! Several of your team remembering me by name. I have an older vehicle that needs to be monitored between oil changes. I really appreciate your team topping me off and checking my tires. They always make me feel welcome to pull in for this complimentary service and it is the reason we continue to be your patrons. I also appreciate their quick but thorough service when I am there for my oil change. They are always very polite, respectful and they make me feel like they appreciate our business.

Terrible car wash!! Just got home and walked around car, looks like I need a car wash! And I even paid for 'the boss'! So disappointed

Greeted immediately, in and out in 20 mins, great customer service with upbeat positive attitude's. Great selection of free beverages while you wait. And loved the little extras when I returned to my car. (Vacuumed, Trash bag, air freshener, candies and a flower ) plus a coupon for a free car wash. Excellent service, well most definitely be back!

Very pleasant experience and they were quick and efficient to get the job done. Made sure everything was in tip top shape and checked other parts of vehicle and mentioned things that may need replacing soon. Highly recommend as I will for sure be a repeat customer.

Being my first time to Grease Monkey I was really really happy with the service I got. It was quick and the crew was very polite. They came and showed me the filter that needed to be replaced. I will be returning to have all my oil changes done with Grease Monkey in Battle Ground. I also use the car wash and have been extremely happy with their service too.

Customer service was top notch, I was in and out in less then 20mins. The crew was very professional informative, and I cant see taking my car anywhere else, this was my first time there and they just got a loyal customer because they really really made an excellent first impression. Also the little bag of candy is a plus, and they also went above and beyond and left a flower for my daughter after they were done. She felt really special after that, so whatever you guys are doing keep it up..

I was not impressed when I first walked in as I was trying to get prices before I even decided if I was staying, but I was told to go pull my car around then come back inside and she would go over all of that with me. Mind you I am handicap and walk with a cane so the less walking the better.Aside from the initial welcome the service was great and quick. I appreciated the unexpected car wash and vacuuming also. The carnation was an added bonus and made my day.

Supper fast service!!! The guys there were supper nice! I went in for an oil change and they didn't pressure me into getting other stuff done like some places do. I want looking forward to bringing my car in but they made it a really nice experience! They even vacuumed out my from seat, left me a flower, some candy and an air freshener! Also got a free car wash card!!! :) definitely recommend! :)

My vehicle hit its 150k mile mark and I brought it in for a full service oil change, tire alignment, transmission and radiator flush. The team was great and efficient. Tested my coolant and let me know the radiator flush wasn't needed. Loved the honestly of this business. I'll never go anywhere else.

My first visit. Price was a tad bit high for an oil change but service was top notch. Recommended oil for my car is higher grade synthetic and they knew that right away. Workers seemed knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact they didn't try to upsell! Overall I was happy with my visit here.
