Fantastic customer service and fast repair. They were a few weeks out, but said I was welcome to drop off my car at my convenience, and they would squeeze in a diagnostic whenever they had time. The next day, they'd already diagnosed it, and the day after that the car was repaired. I will definitely be using their shop for all future repairs and maintenance. Super impressive from the first call to pickup.

I had an awesome experience using Extra Mile, I would highly recommending using them. They were able to give me a quote over the phone and get me scheduled in. When I dropped my truck off, they had the parts on hand and were able to fix it the same day and they came under their original quote! I wasn't able to come get my truck during business hours and the gal in the came back after hours to take my payment to make sure I got my truck back the same day! I got quotes from other shops and Extra Mile had the BEST PRICING BY FAR! Another shop quoted the same work for 3x the cost! Extra Mile also had great communication throughout the day, sending me texts giving me updates throughout the day. This was an excellent experience for me and I would recommend using them!Services: Auto A/C replacement, Air conditioning

My teenage son had a squeak in his car. We took it to National Chain in town and was quoted a huge bill to fix back brakes and (another issue). I had my husband get another quote at Extra Mile and we found out nothing major was wrong. The back brakes did need new pads but overall nothing like what we quoted at chain. We saved almost $1,000!!! It has since been 2 months and the car is running great. No squeaks, no issues and perfect brakes.Very honest shop. The woman who does the quotes is very reputable and knowledgeable about their work. She was wonderful to do business with.Service: Brakes

Looking for a mechanic with integrity AND knows what they're doing? This is the place!The owners and their employees are amazing: knowledgeable, take the time to go over details, patient with all of our questions, down to earth people that know a lot about cars and how to fix them right.Several years ago, I met the business owner for the first time. I was driving to a soccer tournament and on the way, came across another soccer mom driving to the same tournament. Her truck had broken down and she was waiting for someone to come and help. I stayed with her until help arrived, and what do you know? The owner of Extra Mile (Dave) actually drove to where she was, cheerfully greeted us, and took her car out to his shop, quickly fixed the truck because they needed it for vacation. We both made it to the soccer tournament AND her truck got fixed. Amazing customer service and an amazing business! :)Next time we needed a mechanic, we took our car here. We ve been taking all of our vehicles here since.

This is a gem of an automotive repair shop. Dave and Melinda deliver thorough, high quality service and repairs. Their mechanics are reliable and competent. We have been taking our cars here for the last several years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. They are trust worthy which is a difficult find and worth it's weight in gold.

Great customer service. I take my car in for it's tune ups and alek makes sure I don't have to come back! Will keep using them in the future if the need arises! Had to get a new starter and they made sure they got me best price and product.

Had a rather immediate need. They took me in without a scheduled appointment the same day and had the fix completed 24 hours later. Without asking, they also did a complete mechanical check and advised me of two issues I was already aware of, and no other erroneous "fixes", just refreshing honesty! FANTASTIC price for the services performed. I will definitely be giving Extra Mile Auto more of my money and referrals.

This place is amazing. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose and permanently fix my vehicle. I had been dealing with this problem for quite a while. I had been to three other places unable to resolve my vehicles problem. Extra mile not only fixed the problem, but were less expensive than the other three places. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this business. I moved to this area a few years ago and found out they are about 1 mile from where we live. I've been there for a few minor things (great service then) but recently we had a sensor on our Sienna that needed replacing. Since the emissions test was coming up I figured it would fail and we would need to fix the sensor to make it pass. Instead of just doing the minimum, they called me before they started the job to say that I could actually take it through emissions first before they fixed the sensor. This way I could have them fix it afterwards and if it failed when I took it through first, I could get a waiver because it cost more than the $150 you had to spend towards passing emissions to get the emissions waiver. This also meant that potentially if it had passed emissions I could have chosen to not bring it back to them for the sensor. They were basically leaving me the option of not having to spend several hundred dollars potentially. I've rarely had a business risk not making money off me by being 100% honest and upfront. To say I was appreciative is an understatement. They have a customer for life.

Extra Mile is a great shop. The owner, Dave, is friendly and honest. The repairs they have done for us have been really good and the prices are very fair. I would recommend this shop to friends and family. So far, I would rate them 4.5/5 stars. Plus, it is a local-family owned shop, and $$$ stay local.

Super great shop. trustworthy and honest. we had a timing belt break. with this car type that often means major engine repair. but the guys were honest and told us there findings and thankful for that.we will come back for future service

Took my Subaru there a couple weeks ago to have my head gaskets replaced. I told them I didn't want to pay for the diagnosis, just replace them. From the symptoms I gave them of the car they agreed it was the head gaskets. Alec jumped in the car to go start working on it and noticed temperature was acting like none he has ever seen. So he decided to investigate even though I said no a day before. A few hours trouble shooting and long story short, the temp gauge had went out giving false readings.Saved me $2000! I finally found a shop I can trust. Will definitely recommend and be back.THANK YOU!!!

We took my son's 2007 mazda 3 there to get a quote to fix the engine. They said it was rod knock and was going to be $4000 to replace with a used engine. That is more than the car is worth. Did some research and a used engine runs around $1000. We found another place that is doing the job and is costing us under $2000. This place is a joke!
