Amazing staff! Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. When I came in. They set proper expectations. They went above and beyond taking the time to clean the windows and vacuum the inside of the vehicle. I'm very impressed. The Cold water was appreciated! They weren't too busy and I was thankful that I found them.

Wonderful experience at Battle Ground Quik Lube! The manager, Noel Good, was informative and answered all my questions. He took time to explain the services to help guide me on what was needed. The workers are knowledgeable and professional. Very happy!

Very fast, affordable service! I take both my cars here for regular oil changes and I highly recommend you do the same. There is also a nice waiting room with coffee and kids toys while you wait.

This is the place to go.Professional, courteous, fast, and efficient. Good quality oil at a good price. They're friendly. They vacuumed my car and cleaned my windshield -- even the inside!The waiting room is clean, and they have good coffee, too.Service: Oil change

Super quick, super nice, and the price was great. My oil change even came with them vacuuming my car for free.My main complaint (which is a huge one) is that none of the employees were wearing a masks, which is a pretty big deal giving current events. I'm not going to want them going around in my car to vacuum when they're not wearing a mask.The service has always been great in the past and this was the first time I had been there since the beginning of the pandemic, and this trip really put me off from going there again until it's over.

The guys here are amazing and super super helpful, professional and AMAZING customer service. I came in with a dead battery, (no appointment) and they immediately got me in a bay and started checking everything out. They mentioned that my battery had a warranty on it which I had purchased from a dealership. They recommended I contact them to see if it would be covered. Upon contacting dealership, they wouldn t be able to help me out for a few days and warranty coverage would be very very minimal.I decided to have Battle Ground Quick lube swap out my battery and for quite a bit cheaper too! From the time I went in, to when I left was maybe 1/2 hour! Efficient and super helpful! They have my business from now on! Highly highly recommend!Service: Battery

I've had our oil changed here for some time now and always receive good service and friendly technicians. We have a vehicle with 271,000 mi on it and I was just in for a top off and it was done with no fuss in under 5 minutes. They have a number of options on the kind of oil to choose from which is good for us since we have an older and a newer vehicle.

Best place for an oil change and my car was vacuumed too. The staff here is so friendly and never up sells. It's my go to oil change and I'm not from Battleground. I travel here for the service.

I recently brought my vehicle in for and oil change and transmission fluid service. The guys were friendly and answered all my initial questions. Noel helped me get the right services to accomplish what I wanted done and was honest and upfront with me the whole time. When he didn't have the platinum oil filter for my vehicle he put on a regular one and told me to come back in the next day or two when they got their shipment in and he'd have it exchanged out at no extra cost. They could've just slapped the regular one on and charged me for the higher quality one figuring I'd never know the difference but instead, were honest and got me what I wanted. That kind of stuff goes a long way with me and while they are higher priced than most I will gladly pay the extra. Thanks guy!!!

I've been coming to this location for my car needs for quite some time and highly recommend Battle Ground Quik Lube. Hunter and his crew are always very friendly, very informative and very professional. I had an appointment for a transmission service and was welcomed by the crew on time and without even saying why, they knew why I was there. The process of scheduling was easy, I was quoted correctly and the service provided was excellent. Even tho I don't live in BG anymore, I will continue to have my car serviced here because the customer service and quality of work is unbeatable. Thank you for being a reputable company and for the outstanding service.

Best place to get your vehicle serviced in SW Washington hands down. Competent staff, timely work, great value, and the willingness to do an A+ job are all reasons to stop letting those big chain oil shops neglect your car. These people care about their customers!

Gone here for years for oil changes and general maintenance. Staff is always friendly, quick service, and no hard sells. Best place in town for vehicle services. Hunter was incredibly helpful in finding the right air filters for my car, which can be hard to come by.

MY BOY NOEL IS THE MAN!!!! super informative, filled up all my fluids free of charge gave me helpful advice, as soon as i pulled up they immediate started filling up my tires no questions asked

Every time I leave this place I ve never left doubting the quality of service! Everyone is always so kind, and very patient when I try to explain what s wrong with my car!They take the time to show you what all the fluids look like currently in your car and explain if anything needs to be done. They don t pressure you into anything, they give you the time to make your own decisions allowing you not to feel overwhelmed! They clean out the car as well (sorry my car is always messy) I highly recommend this team, super honest, always kind, and very reliable! I am out in Portland and commute here when I need my car serviced and I haven t gone anywhere else for years! Thank you!!!!

Very good experience when coming here. When getting my oil changed they also vacuumed out my car for me as well. Very good customer service and very thorough with letting me know how everything looked. I would much rather come here than Jiffy Lube or Valvoline any day.

The guys at Art Morse Quick Lube really went out of the way to make sure that I was taken care of on the fly. Hunter and the truly went the extra mile ... Or two.... To .make sure I was was informed and allowed me to make decision. Great customer service. Hunter even helped me with my bumper.Highly recommend.

Go with them, you won't regret it! I have been coming here for many years for oil change and etc. Every time I decide to switch up and try a different place, I always regret it. These guys will get the job done and will be authentic and honest with you. There is no hidden fees. They tell you prices in the beginning and follow up and update you as the appt progresses. They bring you the updates in a physical form to show comparison and they do not add anything beforehand without permission. Discount Wednesdays are a plus .

I used to go to a different oil change place in battle ground and got tired of them telling me I needed a new filter, or flushes or different services..every single time I went in. Decided to try someone new. So glad I did! Not pushy at all! In and out in 15-20. Very friendly and professional. Have been telling everyone I know to use them!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Quick, efficient, and very nice. I got my oil change their, I enjoy their little wait room. I enjoy a conversation with a really nice lady who was their because her bf added to much oil to her car. Well turns out her drain plufnwas totally stripped. Normally with what I have been seen in my time, a shop would charge you to not only remove the damage one but will all so throw in a "speical" deal on the plug. Not at the battle ground quick lube, they did all the work and got the oil level right, and sent her on her way, free of charge. I was amazed! When my car was done I was shocked by how reasonable my oil change was. The owner was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this place again.

I have gone here for three years ever since I got my first car they took very good care of me and my car. Made sure to check everything! I feel like I am in very good hands when it comes to my car :) I recommend them to everyone!

Good bunch of guys. Respectfull, friendly and fast. Brought my Ford F-150 in, they had my oil change and inspection done before I could sit down and enjoy the lounge. Freaking awesome.

Awesome and speedy service! My love and I stopped in on Tuesday and Cody was amazing - he even remembered us from our previous visit! He went above and beyond for us and was super kind - Both Gentleman were/did, but Cody even more so. Thank you for the amazing service and kindness Cody! It was so appreciated! I went to Battle Ground Quik Lube yesterday for an oil change, and had a positive experience. Wednesdays are their discount day. My kids and I waited in the car while the service people did their work. There was no crude language; each employee was courteous, friendly and thorough. One of the guys literally cleaned each window, and the vacuuming was done well. They even allow customers to return between oil changes for top-offs and free vacuuming. :-) Definitely recommend.

These guys really helped fix my mistake. I accidentally poured Out transmission fluid instead of oil. They correct all the problems and had amazing customer service.
