They were upfront and honest. They did a fantastic job on my car for a cheaper price then initially what they thought I ve had the car back for 24 hours and I will honestly go back to them again for future repairs. Thank you very much and I look forward to seeing you guys in the near future, I just moved out here from Chicago and I ve been a lot of shops that have pulled stunts. This is not one of them. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a mechanic.

This shop is amazing! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation at 8am and I was checked in/out all before 9am!! That s amazing! My car feels so refreshed and comfortable again. The shop was delightful. They serve coffee, water and have a cozy seating area. I am pleased with the efficiency of all the hard working team running this place, thank youuuu all!

We found Art Morse after our car broke down in town. We live too far to have it towed home so we Googled shops in the area. All the great reviews brought us here and those reviews are great for a reason. These guys are excellent! They take the time to listen to your concerns and then thoroughly track down the issue. They ll answer all of your questions and are very fair with their rates. After they fixed our car, we brought it back to them for regular maintenance work and then took it on a 4500mi road-trip without so much as a hiccup. I trust them 100% which says a lot because I have 4 vehicles and it s rare I let anyone else work on them (DIYer). This shop always does a great job with my vehicle. I called and dropped my suv off the same day after waking up to a dead battery for the third time in a month. They did the diagnostic same day and had my car serviced and ready to go by the next afternoon. I love that this shop tells you what your car needs to operate and gives you a list of things that are coming up for service without pushing you to make purchases. Also, love the professional, helpful attitude they have. As a female, I value having an autoshop I can trust.

Update: Totally unrelated, brand new problem. Art Morse crew doing all they can to help me figure out what to do with this fun new problem. Above & beyond as usual! Seriously. This shop is the best.**Original review deleted & edited 03/12 due to issues with vehicle following repair work. Not saying Art Morse is at fault at this point. Pending diagnostic at Portland shop.

Hunter and the team at Art Morse are true pros. We had to drop our car off unexpectedly on a Sunday afternoon due to an issue with starting. They were still able to get to it right away and have it ready for us by Tuesday. Mechanical issues are never fun to deal with but when they have financing options and get it done quickly and right, it sure helps minimize the disruption to your life. Good Day,I have lived in Battle Ground for a while, now. I wish I had been using this auto repair shop earlier. The team is very professional and knowledgeable. The service associates have great communication with the mechanics and they keep you well informed about the status of your auto. I am very glad they have a diesel mechanic as well.Mike Riley

So I bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 3.6 with 71,xxx on it from a dealership in Beaverton 2 weeks ago. The day after I brought it home my wife calls me saying it's overheating. So with her stuck on the side of the road I hoped in my truck to go see what was going on. After letting it cool down I tried getting it home and it did the same thing to me. I called them and as it under warranty they should fix it. They towed it to there shop and told me it was fine and they replaced the thermostat and radiator. I ask them to test the head gasket because I know the truck was hurt. They said it passed with flying colors, and to come get it. I still didn't trust what they were saying so I had it towed to Art Morse and paid myself to have it tested by someone I trust. Sure enough I get a full report with pictures within 5 hours saying it failed every single test and it needs a new head gasket. When I showed the report to the dealer they called Art Morse saying all kinds of things and questioning their tests exc. They didn't want to trust that they weren't just my (friends shop)or (trying to get the work). So I agreed to have them tow it to a Jeep dealership and have them test it with them paying for it. Sure enough Jeep said yep the gaskets are shot and need replaced badly, and they where surprised it even runs. So now Jeep is replacing the head gaskets.Thanks to Art Morse for helping with all this and showing with perfect picture evidence backing my suspension repairs where needed. I have and will send anyone there for honest work.

Honest, straight-forward repair shop. Applied coupons automatically without me mentioning them. Great for routine work and repairs. Secured lot so your car doesn't go missing at night.

We have been to Art Morse Auto Repair for many things related to our vehicle and they've always been trustworthy and have never overcharged. More recently, we had a tragedy in our family. Our house burnt down and it caught our vehicles on fire as well. We've lost everything. We recently bought a different vehicle and the E break didn't work properly so I knew who to call. When I called, Hunter told me to bring it in and I did. I got a call that same night from Hunter telling me what it was and the cost was very small. I was surprised! He also said the guys did a complimentary look through the whole truck as well as not charging for extra things related to ebreak. I almost criedFor this business to do something like this for a customer is something you don't hear about these days.I can't thank you guys enough.One more thing! They do something kinda cool. After every time they work on our vehicles, we get a full report emailed with pictures of anything wrong with parts of the vehicle which are informative and good to have in the future. I was really skeptical bringing my beautiful show car to a shop for a possible fuel issue.From the start to finish hunter at the front counter kept me more informed than any shop i have ever been to.and when my car got a clean bill of health i fealt i was charged a very good price.This shop is top knotch all the way and i have found my new repair facility for any and all car needs including oil changes.I highly recommend them to anyone with car trouble.Thank you so much for making me a believer that there is still a honest shop out there!

My son s car had some problems, both with the clutch and how it was running. We dropped it off at Art Morse for a diagnosis. They gave it a thorough inspection and found out it indeed needed a clutch replacement and a tuneup. Schadi kept in contact throughout the entire process and was always honest and upfront about the cost. After a couple days we got the car back and it runs better than ever. I had to have my truck towed in around 10 am with a broken u joint. Repairs completed by 3:30 pm the same day. Excellent service. Very courteous and helpful.

I had an issue with my car and it was very difficult to find the source of the problem. But Shadi went above and beyond to make sure the problem was found and resolved. He also made me aware of a few other maintenance repairs that needed attention. He was polite, considerate and made sure my car was finished so l did not have to rent a car. I highly recommend him at Art Morse Auto Repair.

My entire family takes their vehicles to Art Morse Auto Repair. They are professional, reliable and very genuine. Mike, Hunter, Gail, and the shop guys are wonderful. You always feel invited and the communication is AMAZING when they are working on your vehicle. My old Suzuki Sidekick was running rough , called Art Morse and they said bring it in , the fellow at the desk asked me to describe the issues , then went outside with me for a drive to see for himself and 2 hrs later it was done ! Recently had my 02 Lincoln LS serviced with a new power steering pump. Overall satisfied with the service, quality, and outcome of my time there. They had a solution for all my problems and potential problems upcoming. Originally they thought they could get it done in a day, but little longer than expected. In return they allowed me to use their loaner car, which saved me a lot of time and resources, very thankful! They didn't up charge me or charge me extra for a loaner vehicle. Very satisfied with the work they have done, and no issues thus far! Thank you!

My experience with Art Morse Auto Repair and Quiklube has been excellent. Because I drive for rideshare apps, my car has to be kept in top notch condition. I have had bad experiences with 2 dealership service departments. First time at Art Morse Auto Repair.I could not be happier with their friendly service. It turned out my truck needed a engine change. They told me it would not be economical for me if they did it.The desk staff was so friendly and accommodating taking care of my vehicle until I could get it towed.I will definitely use them if I need work.

Great job on fixing the issue with my Ford Edge. It was expensive but less than the dealer quoted. Your parking lot is too full of junk cars and difficult to maneuver around.
