Over the last 3 years, I've been slowly restoring my 77 GMC 3X3 pickup. I contacted this shop because it looked like they worked on restoring older vehicles, and I have an older truck in need of new door and window seals. I brought the truck in and these guys were amazing. We went over the truck and I told them rain is coming and I was interested in restoring all the old rubbers and seals. They wrote stuff down and took pictures and then I didn't hear from them for a week. I called and they were awesome on the phone and I was assured they were still tracking down parts. I offered to put money down even though at this point I couldn't even get a quote. That was a month ago without a call. Long story short it's raining tonight and water is getting into my truck so now I'm writing this review.

Went to AToC after Safelite told me my 1997 Mazda Miata had rust issues that prevented them from replacing the windshield. AToC inspected the car and informed me that there wasn't actually rust that posed an issue. AToC then referred me to an Autoglass repair/replacement shop in Portland, Dr Glassman. Dr Glassman came up to Vancouver and had my windshield and wipers fixed in less than 6 hours after I called them. Overall AToC proved to be very helpful!

So collision isn't included in comprehensive coverage anymore (FYI). I paid $5,000 for an '06 Impala SS was badly damaged. This is the only place I could find (all day searching) that would repair a car that's worth less than the repairs. I didn't walk away with a salvage title and the boys did a hell of a job. Absolutely excellent and I'm pickyIt's also way less stressful than other body shops. They don't talk at you...clean grounds...located in a safe area and away from all the do'nuthin banana-heads out there.I'd give it a 9 out of 10 and the only reason it's a 9 is because it's 20 mi away from me

Walked in and inquired about getting some work done to a vehicle of mine. They told me they were only interested in high paying insurance jobs and not my out of pocket paint work. I wonder why car insurance is so expensive now? Really didn't expect terrible customer service from a local small place. Glad I wasted half an hour driving here. Would give zero stars if I could.

I have known Jerry now for at least10 years but this is the first time that he has done the work for us. We were looking to have our truck repainted and so I went searching online and there pops up "A Touch of Class Auto Body". I brought it up to my husband that I knew Jerry and that we should give him a call. We went to see him, made plans to have out truck repainted and to have the flames we had painted on instead of decals. Gave Jerry our time frame of when we needed to have things done by, what we wanted, different ideas of flames, he gave us a color chart. Would call to get approval when he needed and kept to the time frame that was set. Pictures below are before the pin stripping is done but we will take it back when pin stripper is available and then will post more pictures then.

extremely disappointed in A Touch of Class. I was recommended by a friend, and they got my vehicle in promptly, but when I was given a date it would be finished by I didn't hear anything, the next day I called, they gave me a new date, again waited a few days after that and called and on and on. Finally when it was "finished" I went to pick it up to find my back (trunk) floor matt (2022 RAV4) was missing, I still had scratches all on the inside door panel, I have black grease stains from the workers hands on the top fabric, adhesive stuck on the sides of the outside, a new scratch on the side of the vehicle and on the back bumper and one piece of the back hatch handle still wasn't replaced. They told me that should be in in a few days. That was 2 months ago and every time I call, they say they will call me right back with no response, and I have to call again... and the cycle repeats. I hate complaining but this is ridiculous.Service: Auto rear window replacement

I can't say enough praises for this shop. Their name suits their workmanship to a 'T'. Jerry and his crew did a remarkable and top quality job repairing my car. It has all the finishing touches of being new. They know their craft very well.And Jackie at the desk, was so efficient on dealing with the insurance company, ordering quality parts and keeping me informed all along the process. She's amazing as well.I highly recommend this shop. They were timely and very precise from the first contact to the finish with me driving proudly out their driveway.

Touch Of Class has done work on 3 of our cars in the last year and I recently had to bring my car in after being rear ended. They have great communication and attention to detail. We were very happy with the work. My car was sideswiped last spring and they did great work then too and I appreciate all the back and forth they did with the insurance companies to make sure were were taken care of. Anything we pointed out that we wanted re done or rechecked they were happy to do it and in the end did a perfect job.

Jerry and the group here are absolutely stand up people. Had a Groupon mix-up that lead me to his door and it was the most serendipitous event, had the most fantastic exterior detail that my car has ever seen! No detail was missed and even went through the interior and spiffed it up a bit for me.Very nice, hard working, honest, and extremely high quality work. Doing it right the first time is definitely on their mind when they work. I highly recommend working with them and will send anyone to them in the future. Treating people right and going the extra mile is what the seem to do best!

I have taken multiple car here for body repairs and their service has always been excellent. I just had my front upper and lower bumper replaced and painted on my 2014 CR-V after it was hit. Don't usually leave reviews places but I was impressed with Jerry and his crew. I had to get a windshield replaced and I brought my rig in on a Thursday afternoon for an estimate. They quoted a very reasonable price and said they could get it done the following Monday. I dropped my rig off the following Monday morning and my rig was ready to pick up a few hours later! They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone!

Fixed scratches on passenger door. Work was flawless and completed ahead of schedule. Jerry and staff were great to work with. Straight forward, informative, honest. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them,

Took my car to A Touch of Class for repair work on my door. A guy keyed my car, got caught, and agreed to pay for the repairs. The owner (sad I can't remember his name now), was very nice and willing to work with me and answered questions, explained why work had to be done, etc. so the guy paying for the repairs knew he wasn't being cheated. They made getting my car repaired an easy, pleasant experience and the significantly lower cost (compared to nearby auto body shops) was icing on the cake! I highly recommend and will definitely return with any future work I may have.

Touch of Class Auto Body is everything you could ask for in an auto repair shop. I own a business in Vancouver, WA and have a fleet of trucks, at least four of which needed body work. From the owner to the estimator to the office gal, we had a truly remarkable experience with this company. I love working with local family owned businesses whenever I get the chance and I'm so glad we contacted A Touch Of Class. Thank you guys for you great customer service and help!!

Just had my Acura MDX in to have the headlights buffed out as they were frosted/chalked over and not clear at all. I also needed a driving light lens replaced. The price was very reasonable, the job was done quickly, and the headlights look brand new. They even did a quick fix on a loose piece of trim for me. Exceptional work, Gary was awesome to work with and everything was very professional. Thank you! Highly recommend and will not go anywhere else!

After another repair shop said they couldn't repair a very small rust spot on my 1985 300zx I took it to A Touch of Class. They said no problem and even showed me how I could do it my self if I wanted. I had them fix it and the repair is flawless. I'd never would have been able to make it look so good. I highly recommend.

A deer ran into my van one night, while I was going abt 50mph. My insurance wanted to send me to a repair shop that was scheduling 6 weeks out, just to give an estimate! I called A Touch of Class Autobody, and they were able to start on my vehicle on the next business day! They kept me updated on the progress as it was being repaired, and had it finished just when they said they would! Hoping I never need to go back for work again, but if I ever need more work, I'll definitely be back!! Thanks Jerry!!

I recently had auto body work quoted, and later completed, by Jerry and his employees at A Touch Of Class Auto Body in Battle Ground, WA. Bottom line: I could not have been more pleased with the final result, BEAUTIFULLY done! Just as importantly, the work was promptly scheduled and completed, and cost $1,000.00 LESS than another quote that had been given to me by a different shop for the same work. I would definitely use A Touch Of Class Auto Body again.. but I hope I don't get in another collision again!

Shout out for Touch of Class Auto body. Had my rig glass replaced front and back in April recent rains I discovered a leak. They took a look at it no questions asked. Turns out issue was unrelated to the windows they replaced. They fixed it and didn't even charge me. Now that's customer service.

This is shop to work with. Their estimate was right on accurate and they finished a day ahead of schedule. This was helpful since we had to borrow a car while ours was in the shop. I highly recommend this shop

Impressive work at way lower prices than bigger brand name shops. Very accommodating and professional. Appears to be a family business. Definitely a small business to patronize if you support local businesses.
