I can t say enough good things about my experience at Wesco today and the help that Terra gave me. It s a rare thing to get thoughtful and individualized care when walking into a store for a service, especially without a call or an appointment, but Terra went above and beyond for me today. Not only did she find me the paint and brushes I needed, but she gave me tailored advice based on my specific circumstances to save me money/problem shoot other issues with my car. Thank you so much! This kind of service means the most!

I m an amateur looking for help to repair a small ding on the wife s Acura. The store manager, Terra was extremely helpful and treated me with the utmost respect! Her professionalism was very apparent both in her mannerisms and how the store was kept. The trickle down effect to the employees that interacted with her while I was present in the store was also very apparent. The store was in tiptop shape where nothing seemed out of place and organization was excellent. Would recommend this store to anyone because of Terra and the way she ran her crew and the store!

As a walk-in off the street my experience was very impressive at this location. I got 2 colors matched and a bunch of misc supplies in short order special thanks to Krystle for her professionalism and help.. she made sure I didn t leave without me first knowing all I needed to know about the paints I was purchasing. I didn t catch the name of the other lady but she was very kind and helpful as well. If I ever need anything relating to painting needs, I ll surely go back.

Terra and AJ were awesome. Drove 5 hrs to do a job to find out the paint didn t mix properly. Made a trip over to Auburn store and they helped me out with new paint and misc components to go complete the job and get home to my family. They made it a priority to get me set up in a hurry with what I needed and worked with me on my issues. Can t thank them enough for their professionalism and knowledge to turn a disaster into a job well done. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

What a great group of people. Extremely knowledgeable. Very helpful. The products that I have bought there are very good quality at a fair price. You get what you pay for. The equipment that I bought their very fair priced good quality stuff. I recommend this store to anyone. The only thing I would change is their hours on Saturday. Thanks guys you re doing a great job.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, they know their stuff. I can't figure out why the bad reviews. Been shopping at this store for 20 plus years. The product is great if you know how to apply it. Been in the business for 30 years and Wesco is a leader in the Puget sound area. Thanks Natalie and Erin you straight up ROCK!

Erin and Tara helped me find some Clear coat for a project on my car. They were sooo helpful, very grounded and personable, and overall very satisfactory customer service. They picked out a very good quality paint for me to use and hopefully it turns out well!

I have been doing business with Erin & Natalie for over 3 years. Have not found a more professional & knowledgeable crew anywhere else. I run a custom paint shop & have many crazy requests, the have never told me no. They support my business 1000%

I go out of my way & drive past many other paint shops in the Puget sound region to visit this small shop. The fact that they know my name after only making a couple purchases keeps me coming back! Plus they nail EVERY factory color match color I ask for!

This place lies. They treated me like garbage from the time I first walked into this place. The manager Natalie lied to me. They sold me a broken part and when I tried to return it the manager said she wouldn't take it. I had a receipt and it was a day after I bought it. It was not a cheap part either they basically took my money and didn't make it right don't buy from this Wesco the manager has been here for 12 + years and she lies.

Terrible customer service, absolutely disrespectful, paint product was not matching as it has to be, and it was not matching event to the store variant of colors they had. Take your business somewhere else, you will save money, time and be respected.

Can't ask for better assistance when needed. Erin and Natalie and crew know how to take care of business, whether a business or walk in. I try not to convey my needs on them, but if I find myself in a bind, they'll find an answer to help me. Product is not the cheapest on the market, but you get what you pay for. Use it as it's supposed to be, and you'll be glad you did. You won't have to do it over.Act professional and courteous when you're there, and you'll receive professional, courteous service in return.There's nothing better than hearing Natalie or Erin answer the phone when I call! I know I'm in good hands! Been doing business with them too long to look elsewhere, unnecessarily.

Terra helped me get all the items I needed for a small project. She was able to understand what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction even with my poor descriptions of what I was looking for.

I've been in this store 3 times in the past 4 year and ever time has been a very unpleasant experiencethe customer service was awful, they make you feel like your a inconvenience to them.the first time i went into there store l asked the man behind the counter if he could match the paint on a spoiler i had brought in he took the spoiler and i got a very important call and had to leave when i got back he told me i owed them 429.00 dollars for paint i explained that i didn't order paint i wanted to know if they could match the paint he kept my spoiler hostage for the money [i never got it back] they suck i found a different paint store a mile north that actually appreciates your business run. hide. this WESCO SUCKS

I agree with the last posted review the customer service sucks. My experience consisted of a woman that was very arrogant and rude. I wouldn't recommend going to Wesco in Auburn Way the business ethics that they have are very poor and unbecoming. There are a few other auto supply stores in the area, I would recommend going them they have a better product than Wesco anyway. Wesco will probably be out of business soon maybe that's why there so angry.

Terra went out of her way to get my paint mixed up when she was trying to get her body shop orders out first thing in the morning. Saved me from painting during heat of day .thank you again Terra!

Very patient and helpful ....even when the power went out for a moment due to wind they were still able to accommodate, I would recommend to all my fruends

I can't believe this place is in business costumer services sucks. They also have really bad product I've used there stuff twice disappointed the first time gave them a second chance and regret it. Don't buy there stuff!
