I met the owner by chance as he was in my store to pick up a few items. I asked him a few questions about my vehicle, and even though he was with his family, he gave me the time of day.I believe his genuine demeanor and character continues throughout his business, and I plan to be a future customer.Thank you

I am a Fed Ex Sane Day City Courier that got rear ended in Fife WA.. the back doors were bent up pretty badly and Mike at Auburn Collision did such a phenomenal job in restoring her back to original condition!! I will ALWAYS refer anyone to this place of business!! Mike and the Crew there are AWESOME!!

There name quality is not quality means they do terrible work I got my car back after a month and half they told me me 7 to 10 days so I get my car back to discover it had fish eyes in paint and dirt a a chip out of front bumper they only worked on front of my car and I had scratches in my car very dirty so I called them up to. This is very unacceptable. He told me to bring it back. I would make it right. He told me it would take a day to fix it so I brought it back very wet, sanding the hood and fix the front bumper I want to pick it up. He told me I had a unreal expectation that they don t have to be perfect. Everyone else is happy with their work so I picked it up to discover the next day I had sand scratches in my hood, still marks in my bumper , on to realize the door they took off was not in line, right they do terrible work I would not recommend the shop at my worst enemy. I have been in car business for a long time and and never seen work so bad I gave chance and fix right I don t think they are capable of fixing right I am afraid I m gonna have to live with a missed up car I have a 2021 Toyota rav4 with a 11k very disappointingServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Needed an insurance repair after my vehicle was rear-ended. The team at Quality Collision were prompt and highly communicative. They set good expectations for when parts were going to arrive (even with the current shipping delays) and were still done sooner than expected. The workmanship was excellent and the office staff prompt with any inquiries I had, even after the transaction had concluded. Highly recommend this team!Service: Body & Trim

Took my Subaru in to replace the hood after rear ending someone. They went above and beyond and did a fabulous job! They finished my car quickly and made the whole process smooth. I shopped around for the best service and price and they were by far the most reasonable! Friendly staff and very knowledgeable! I will be recommending them for sure!! Thank you!

I came here to get a new spoiler I purchased painted and mounted onto my Genesis Coupe. Mike was straight forward, honest, and gave me a free estimate. I got estimates from multiple other body shops in the area and his was by far the best. The spoiler looks great and the paint matches the rest of the car perfectly.

Had a leak in my cargo rack. Body mount was stripped, they got it fixed cheaper than original quote! Great job, I knew i had the right place first time there for a qote!

An auto shop that stands by their word!! Working with Mike was great and he stood by his word that all repairs are guaranteed. They did a perfect repair of my car and had it ready when promised. They were also very courteous and professional. What more do you need? I will take my car to Quality Collision every time.

I overall had a great experience with the shop ! I had to have some side work done to my car recently, it took about a week. But it was well worth it, my car looks great ! Smelled great, and it was washed too ! Thank you Mike, his dad and the team ! I appreciate all the work you put into my car ! Thank you again.

Doesn't take any regular customers anymore, even though they make you believe online they do. They only do contract work. Don't waste your time here.

Worst experience ever. Charged me half a brand new vehicle price for moderate crash with airbag deployed but no transmission or engine damaged . Charged us half a new car price. The counter lady is rude and disrespectful. Don't ever fix here, you'll be better off buying a new one I stead of coming here. Even makes me question all those 5 stars they have( just a though).DONT RELY ON THIS GOOGLE REVIEW ALONE! CHECK ON "YELP". you'll see what I'm talking about.

This is a wonderful shop and the owner is on point. They fixed my truck fast and wow I couldn't even tell that I'd even been hit. The shop is family run with every detail taken care of. The communication is great as well. I don't have any thing bad to say at all. I'm a very happy camper.

These guys took care of all the communication with my insurance company so I didn't have to. They also did a great job on my truck. Will definitely recommend them and be back if I need any more bodywork.

They got the sunroof replaced on time and on budget. They vacuumed all of the glass up and I didn't find any glass that was missed. This was a major job (Scion Tc) and they made it like new.I will definitely use them again if I need bodywork or glass repair!!Very happy!

I recently backed up into co-worker. I did not want to go through my insurance, because I did not want my premiums to go up. They gave me a great deal and fixed both of our cars. Cars came out looking new and on time. I will definitely use them again!

A wooden board flew off of a work truck and damage my car. I took my car to Quality Collision for an estimate. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They let me know what options I had. They fixed my car, I'm very pleased with the results.

Repaired my Acura TL! They were not pushy and they repaired my vehicle within my budget. Couldn't be happier. This is the second time my vehicle needed bodywork, the first body shop did a terrible job and charged me almost double for half the work. I know where I'll be taking all my cars moving forward. Last December, I was in an accident with my Toyota Rav 4. The front fender was smashed in. I took it to Quality Collision. They were able to repair the vehicle without going over budget. Now it's running better than it did before I took it in.These guys are an honest bunch! Give them a try.

Excellent place to get your car repaired, I even got a chance to meet the owner and was very impressed with his knowledge of vehicles and he was extremely helpful to me at the end at pick up getting a quick getting acquainted with the upgrades upgrades to my vehicle
