My car didn't want to start so when I finally got it started I took it right down to Rairdon's. Lisa was awesome! She explained everything to me throughout the process. She didn't rush me and made sure I understood everything. My car is running and sounding great now.

I ve been a customer for a few years just for changing oil in my car. The last time they changed oil, one problem was found with leaking oil. Since they didn t have the right parts they made an appointment for another week. When I brought my car for the appointment , the service worker told us they didn t order the part ( simply forgot to do it) so we need to reschedule the appointment. No apologies!!! Looked like it was my fault! Seriously?! Who supposed to do it? I took the day off because I been told it s not safe to drive the car. I missed my work day for nothing! I asked to speak to the supervisor, she said she d find the part from the another locations and the car woo be ready by the end of the day. I left the car for the service and in a couple hours received the message not a phone call that they ordered the wrong part!!!! And I could take my car. The car wasn t fixed. It was a month ago and I thought maybe someone from there would call me to solve the problem. But they just don t care. So save your nerves, time and find another place to get a good service.

Great service, the service attendant came all the way to my car to help, promised the service to be done in 1hr and it was done in time. No issues at all. Very clean and everyone was wearing a face cover. Good job guys!

Great service from the Manager and dealers . Michael from finance also broke down the price very well and explained everything so that I understood. I definitely recommend Nissan of Auburn to anyone looking to buy a quality car at a reasonable price.
