I am happy now but the process was a bit rough. Took almost a week to take possession of the bike due to an issue during prepping. My sales guy Ben was great and tried to make it right.

Awesome experience buying from these folks, special thanks to Ben to go far and beyond making sure I am all set with the new dirt bike. We negotiated the good price upfront and the whole buying and delivering process was absolutely hassle free. Definitely recommend to do business with this shop.

Been meaning to leave this review and as of today i finished paying the loan i had on the Raptor which sparked my memory.I wanted to surprise my son with his first sport quad for christmas after reading reviews online i decided that Nash Powersport was the company i wanted to do business with. It was a fantastic decision. I put a deposit on the 2024 Raptor 110 mid November and put it to the back of my mind. About 2 weeks later i received a call from one of the owners Aric muse he helped me ensure that i would have the raptor before christmas went above and beyond to coordinate with his yamaha rep and to communicate/relay information to me. Mario the sales guy handled the paperwork go ask for him by name of you want a smooth and simple no pressure sales experience. Maria handled the finance and helped me get approved when there was a minor issue related to some misinformation on my original application. The sales staff in the accessories/parts department were excellent as well were patient with me while i fumbled around different options in riding gear for my son and helped me find the perfect fit for his helmet. All in all nash powersports did an amazing job and i will be back to get a 700 for myself once i have the msrp saved up in cash. Don't waste your time at the rinky dink power sport vehicle dealers if you're in the auburn area there's really no other choice.(The below picture is when he first saw his surprise) haha

Just bought a 24 YZ125 from Brett at Nash. Couldn't have been better. Quick. Easy. And no pressure. Brett was super cool guy. Great customer service from everyone there, actually. Everyone was happy. Great experience overall. Meet the owner Aric Muse awesome guy.1

It is a big dealerships with a wide selection of vehicles to choose from. However, my initial 3-star rating is not about the place or the friendly front desk lady, but rather about a particular salesperson.

Brought 2 dead batteries in today to get checked, and yes, they were toast! Eric in parts was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable when I needed help replacing these 2 batteries. 1 battery was for a Raptor 660 and the other battery was for a 2004 Nicky Hayden replica RC51. Overall I was satisfied with the customer service.

Don t waste your time at other dealerships, Nash is the way to go. My family has bought 2 dirt bikes and a jet ski from Nash this year and we plan on buying even more for next summer. Working with Ben over by the KTM sales has been the easiest experience yet. Ben s the man and not only did he give me a fantastic deal on a new TTR230, but he gave me the best camping and riding locations in Washington. Their parts department is extremely welcoming as well. I ended up getting everything I could need there with a lot of help. I 100% plan on coming back and getting a new KTM for next season.

Took my bike in for brakes and tires, they only did my front breaks due to them not having pads for the rear in stock which was a slight inconvenience but not a big deal. However, my front Rotor is now rubbing on something. If I'm paying a shop 154 an hour they should have been able to catch that problem before returning the bike to me. Not the worse experience but definitely won't go back.

Utterly Disappointing and Frustrating Experience at Nash PowersportsRating: 0 out of 5 starsMy experience with Nash Powersports was nothing short of a nightmare. After submitting my application and consenting to a credit check for a motorcycle purchase, I was completely forgotten by the staff. Hours later, I had to remind them of my existence, only to find out they hadn t even started the paperwork because I wasn t there in person, a requirement they failed to mention initially.The communication was abysmal. I received no clear information about necessary add-ons and was put on a long, unexplained hold. This inefficiency was starkly different from my seamless experiences with other dealerships like Port Townsend Powersports and Skagit Powersports, where processes were quick and transparent.The situation worsened when the salesperson at Nash Powersports showed a total inability to handle feedback or opposing viewpoints, becoming aggravated and making the conversation extremely unproductive. This behavior, combined with the overall lack of professionalism and efficiency, has led me to the firm decision to never deal with Nash Powersports again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.In summary, my ordeal with Nash Powersports was marked by delays, poor communication, and a complete disregard for customer service. I strongly advise against this dealership and encourage potential motorcycle buyers to consider more reputable and customer-oriented businesses.

Out shopping for a can an outlander i found one that i loved at NASH, keep in mind we have bought quads here in the past at least 3, anyways talked to the guy he gave me a out the door price at $16,500, came in everything was going smooth, until another guy got involved a manger or something in that sort and changed the price to $17,200 OTD i negotiated my price back to $16,500 everybody approved and was ready to move forward, but just for good measure i told them i was gonna go talk to my wife in the car (i wasn t really i was just going to get the money) as soon as he heard i was gonna go talk about it he said deals off, and started getting agitated with me almost as he was trying to force me to buy the quad in that very moment or the deal was off, it made me feel horrible, im overthinking here how this went sideways so quickly, they lost all our future business with them, and gain a bad review. I will never go back in there they made my wife feel very uncomfortable. Now we are here wondering if every dealership will make us feel like this in the future when we just want to talk about it before making a big purchase like this. I told him that im not spending $5-$10 on something it was $16,500 i believe i have the right to go and talk about it alittle before the purchase, here at NASH you lose that privilege . You have to buy there and then other wise they'll get mad you.

I hate to give a one star because they were all so nice but they made a mistake and it caused the moment of heartbreak in my grandson which I can't let just go away. I am in the market for a KTM 65, I stopped by first by myself and got all the sales talk, the guys were very nice but I knew pretty quick that I would have to spend more than I wanted to there. I stopped by again with my grandson to see how a 65 fit him and to my surprise there was a used one sitting out front chained up within my price range. My grandson sat on it, we decided it fit and I came home to get my trailer. Right when I got home I got a phone call from a sales manager apologizing saying that the price on the bike was wrong and sales guy that I was talking to was new. I have no doubt that it was the wrong price on that bike because it was such a good deal but it shouldn't have been there in the first place. Their mistake made my grandson cry....

Ben Janin is your guy ! Got me my bike 21 days before it even made it to the shop to be assembled! Waiting was the hardest part but well worth it. Proud to be part of the Nash family! Would definitely recommend Nash for all your needs! Thanks Ben Janin it's been three years today!

We went to Nash to buy a Kawasaki Elektrode for our little guy and we were greeted right away!The sales man let my son sit and test the bike he was patient with us as we had kids with us running around getting into things!Brian in finance was super nice, efficient and processed our payment!We were in and out within an hour and of course my son loves his new electric bike! We will be returning!

Eric in sales stayed well after closing to make sure we were taken care of on our new purchase. Eric in parts and accessories was really engaging and excited about his products and my interests. Joel in management made sure our sale went smoothly and the guys all asked about plans for the purchase and recommended good rides to take for beginners. All and all a fun experience, would recommend.Purchase: 2022 V-Strom 650 Xt Adventure

Over the weekend, I visited Nash Powersports to look at starter dirtbikes for my son and I. Nathan was our sales rep, and he was informative, helpful, and patient. He made me feel really comfortable about our purchases. The entire team at Nash, from sales to riding gear sales to finance, were all really kind and helpful. You can't go wrong here.

Incredible selection of top notch motorcycles. Great Parts Department. Ben is the guy you want to see about purchasing a new MC. He is very friendly and goes to bat for you when you as negotiating a deal.I definitely recommend putting Nash on your short list...

Went down to Nash Powersports to take a look at a KTM that I ve had my eyes on for awhile. Mario Sapilak came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He was extremely friendly, made the experience go smooth and an all around good dude to visit with. That also goes for the Finance manager Brian Taylor. He helped me get an even lower rate than I was expecting and made the paperwork process go fast and painless. Would 10/10 recommend not only those guys but the Nash Powersports team to anyone. Thank you guys!

I would like to thank both Ben janin and Brian Taylor for helping me accomplish one of my many goals. They were extremely helpful and amazing to work with. Anyone looking to buy a new bike, i would definitely recommend going to nash. Excellent customer service. I love this beauty when I laid my eyes on her. She is absolutely gorgeous.

So I went down to see about a 2023 gasgas ec 300, I drove by several times but didn't pull in cause I didn't wanna get shut down lol. But I said screw it an went in finally, I was met by this dude named AJ Carver. I was expecting car dealership but I got a dude that really just wanted to see me get a brand new bike! He didn't push or haggle me. I told him what I had on me an he said no problem from the start. When I say it was painless I mean I literally sat in a chair for 15 mins talking dirtbikes an riding spots while they ironed everything out. Super chill! I am 100% stoked on my bike an how easy it was to get, Big shout out to AJ Carver! if you need a bike find that guy in there forreal!!!

Very friendly but dang it takes forever to buy a bike. Walked in a 10am with an appointment and left at 2:30pm without a bike. Had to catch a flight at 5pm.Update, it is now 5:00pm on Tuesday now I can't pick it up until at least Friday.

Simmy at nash powersports I can honestly say...NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. He is a good no pressure ,courteous,salesmen. I thought for a brief moment that I was gonna have to back out if deal. Sent him a quick text explaining why... out of respect he left it alone... no pressure or bothersome conversation. Once we got the numbers He asked what I thought of it. Firm handshake..good eye contact..etc. Almost forgot ..I purchased a 2023 suzuki 750 Axi SE+ in silver. Nash as well as simmy are on my list of recommendations. Good job Simmy as well as the whole Nash team.

Finance manager Lied about not needing insurance on a new bike and the bank added 2k to the loan. No grease in or on anything besides a loose chain , axle and head nut both finger tight. Inspect your Nash bikes if you value your or your families life s! Nash is full of car dealers and not actual moto enthusiast avoid avoid avoid!(wont let me reply) yes aric I ve talked to you and established you are not the owner as Bill and Brandon Nash of Arizona are owners and you are merely a babysitter failing for the company.. this is my honest review of Nash in Auburn Washington.
