This place is so unprofessional, very unpleasant place to deal with. Tech personal and management is very poor on customer service. Not knowing to resolve complicated matters in their mechanic service shope. Not recommend this shop for mechanical work on truck engines

Mike and his crew have always been courteous and thorough. He is my first "go to" when something happens to my 2001 RV. They provide complete quotes, great communication, and are always professional. They email you reminders about suggested maintenance to keep your rig in tip top shape and they have even gone outside their area of expertise once to fix an issue with my slide out switch.I work very hard for my money and don't squander it. I don't deal with people or businesses that do not treat me well or are not professional and I am a repeat customer!I'm grateful for their work and the many memories I and my family have experienced because of the great work this place has done to our Winnebago!

Horrible.. went there a while back for a injector problem. (Was leaking) said they can fix it no problem.. they charged me $1000 for nothing.. they said they made the leaking stop but I had to have one of my injectors changed in the near future.. I picked up my truck is was leaking WAY MORE!! So literally paid them 1000 for absolutely nothing.. I ended up going to another shop that knew what they were doing and I had to pay a couple grand on top cause these guys messed up the injector housings.. smh just save your time and money..

I got there to change brake chamber on my trailer .Service sucks :Waited hour for mechanic ,He tried to charge road service which I refused : explained to him I drove to shop by myself.No restrooms , no hospitality at allCharged $255And I went to check brake chamber and if was even new one , hello ?He went to repair it again ...

The Tow was very fast. The driver was really nice and made sure I was safe getting in and out of my truck during rush hour traffic on highway 167 Hopefully my truck repairs are a fair price. I would definitely recommend their towing service

Brought my 2010 VW in for a bad Oxygen sensor and Mike and his team were able to diagnose the problem within just couple hours of me bringing it in. He also diagnosed that it needed a repair to the exhaust from some prior damage. They fixed it for me for almost half of the dealers quote and had my car out within 2 days. Mike was the best service advisor I've ever dealt with, he put things into laymen's terms for me and kept me updated on every step of my vehicle's repairs.

The tow truck driver who picked up my car was great he had 15 years expiernce and it really showed since my car was in a tiny spot and he was still able to get it out!!! He was a really nice guy and thier rate was very reasonable. Thanks for all your help!!!

Absolutely the worst service that I have ever received!!! Will never do business with this company EVER again!!! On top of the terrible service, pro tow towing their sister company destroyed my motorhome by cracking the body on the rear, and breaking glass within the motorhome.

Warning this place is horrible, do not use, they charged us over $700 to change a belt, shop was less then 10 miles away. they ended up putting old belt on, because they didn't take a new belt, probably would of charged us more if they had installed a new belt.

Bad service.... Got there to replace a bad air bag on my trailer and it took them from 9 am to 2:20 pm for one airbag and at the end had to go back because bthey left loose parts.
