Super kind folks, amazingly fast service. I called on a Saturday around 2 to find out they had availability and my tires in stock. Within 35 mins all tires were on my car ans ready to roll. The front desk lady was so so sweet too. I loved her energy

Been going to Les Schwab for 20 years now and this is the last time me any everyone I know give them any more business. I've had the usual loose lug or missing valve cap after leaving before that's nothing too serious. But scoring a scribe line around 3 of my brand new rims and just to send me to a place to polish it out is insane. These were $280 a pop, the scratch is deep and all the way around the entire rims from installing tires. Sending me somewhere without anything in writing or documenting the damage is pretty ridiculous. That is their disclaimer after you give them the keys, they say they are not liable to any damage done to your vehicle. And just to add, someone ordered the wrong TPM sensors and they installed them without relearning them to my truck and sending me on my way, just to find out they should've never ordered them in the first place. And that same time their alignment tech has never seen a set of upper control arms with a camber/caster adjustment on the ball joint, so he made the most adjustments that he could with only the lower control arms and my alignment was still out of spec. That's a little strange. Seems like this place lacks the training and experience and I 100% blame management for these mistakes. Only the assistant manager made something right, but overall this location has some poor workmanship, organization and lacks experience, stay away from this one.

I've been a customer of Les Schwab for over 35 years. I sound like a commercial, but it's customer service that brings me back over and over. I am kind and respectful to them and they treat me like I was a military hero. I love it! If you are the rude and disrespectful type, you get the same high level of respectful, kind, courteous and professional treatment as I get. Just hope I don't catch you mouthing off to my special Les Schwab people or I might have to take you on "a little vacation". Excellent tires, great warranty, good wheels and pricing.

Got an estimate for tire installation over the phone, they asked for wheels size and confirmed the cost of service. Agreed to meet next morning to do the work. I dropped rims, sensors, tires (I bought from them earlier) and the car as well. Got the phone call 3 hours later that the price would double. They apologized they gave me a wrong estamate twice (over the phone and in person). The reason was unreasonably stupid. Eventually I took my car to Discount Tires and they did the job for the price I was told initially.

Love these guys that work at Les Schawb!Today was a simple tire pressure and inflate because of the cold weather. After which, the tire pressure warning light was still blinking no problem; the friendly technician went the extra mile (actually 100 ft round trip) returning with a smart device that found the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) in the left rear was not sensing.We will be back to get that serviced as part of the tire warranty services for buying our tires from Les Schwab!

Came in less than an hour before they closed because our van had a tire that was low. We don t plan to keep this car more than a few years but we knew it would need new tires before we were able to trade it in. They were able to help us find four new to us tires and have us back on the road before they closed. We really appreciated their help and would highly recommend this location if you need help with tires!!

My car tire was flat and I came here to fix it. After an hour waiting they told me we can not fix it and you have to pay 650$ for two tires or 400$ for a tire. When I told them I no need to spend today and please just keep my car out, they kept my car out without Adding air to the tire.I can t move car now till I pay 400$ to them to repair tire.

Everyone, I reiterate, each living soul there is awesome! I was nervous to get my flat tyre maintained there after my vehicle's branded showroom turn me down sighting almost day closing. But, here they welcomed me, treated me with popcorns, tea and let me enjoy the sight of what looks like a boy-band at work. Man them boys love their work. My tyre was checked, maintained for FREE.... So eveyone, if you wanted to see customer service at the best go there!

I will start with this. I've never had to buy a tire from Les Schwab and after my last visit there, I will never use them for personal items. Service desk lady was great, got me checked in settled. Tire tech calls me later and says, the screw in the tire was too close to the sidewall and that a new tire would be needed. Now, I said, give me a few minutes to call Hyundai. My care only had 2k miles and I wanted to see if I had any sort of warranty on the tire. Needless to say, they did not. I called my local dealer to see if they had the tire and the cost. They said: $360, I called the dealer I bought from and they said, $330, but they could not see me till SEPTEMBER!!!. So I decided to go back into the store and get a price quote. The Tire Tech tells me: oh since you have an AWD you need to replace 2 tires as recommended by the manufacturer. I said, no thank you I only need 1, it has 2k miles. He said, well we won't sell you just the one. I asked him, how much the tire was, he said $460 a piece. I said, no thanks the dealer across the street has it for $360 and they won't force me to buy two. So I left. I called Discount Tire, where I have an account. They had the tire. $251 out the door. But wait, they said, how long have you had the vehicle, I said just over 2 months, 2k miles. So he said, what if I just sell you our in-house Tire Certificate Repair Program. Where by we will replace your tire for free if any other road hazards happen. Cost $201 for all 4 tires, you save $50 and will have a new tire and a warranty for your tire. SOLD. Never again Les Schwab. I can only imagine how you must take advantage of other people who don't do their shopping around for service. Shame on you.

Went in for new tires on a recommendation from a friend, should have went somewhere else. I spent over $1000.00 on new tires, now my stabilitrak and ABS lights are on and was told I needed to replace the sensors, turns out my left rear sensor is broken , I am outraged. The sensors were perfectly fine before they touchedmy truck! Don't waste your time and money!

Had screw in tire on way to work today on a Saturday at 3pm. Stopped in to this location and they had me on the road with tire fixed in just 10 minutes despite being busy. No charge either. Excellent service! I only buy my tires and wheels at Les Schwab.

Went there is to have my wife's tire fixed. It'll be it'll be an hour and a half, I waited over two hours and then walked home it was another hour before they called me to come get the car they said it was just a nail stuck to the tire it didn't puncture the Tire. I'd still go back and buy tires.

I will never go anywhere else for tires again. I used to always go look for the cheapest used tires at the used tire lots or on Craigslist. A while ago, all my tires were in server need of changing, so I decided to take my aunt's advice and go to Les Schwab. I came to this specific one, and the tires that I got cost way less than I would have expected. I have been completely satisfied with their customer service, but today they made me a forever customer. They went above and beyond when my tire wasn't holding air, and needed to be replaced. I was in tears and forever grateful for their help, and will be a returning customer

Total garbage. Brought my car here a while ago to get a flat fixed and they refused to fix because my tread was too low. That s totally reasonable. However I brought it to two other shops and they both agreed that tread was fine and offered to fix the leak. Les Schwab literally wanted to strong arm me to fix a non issue. Also, I ended up bringing my car to Costco and the cost of the membership plus the tire repair was cheaper than just replacing the tires at les Schwab s. Get a free membership today and save $200 on a tire change. Good riddance.Edit: you are a liar, or simply incompetent. And you should be ashamed of yourself for preying on unsuspecting people. The tires were 4 years old and no where near needing to be replaced, as confirmed by two other shops.

Had a flat that couldn't be repaired, and I either had to order a tire or buy a full set. Well that wasn't happening. So they got the tire on order and I ran on the spare for 2 days. As soon as it came in, I stopped in, and I was back on the road in under 30 minutes. I've always loved Les Schwab' s service.

Best tire service ever! They literally welcome you right after you parked your car and get right on to it, explain what was found and presented the quotes. Definitely will do more business with them! Btw this has to do with great management with the team

This place is horrible on New Year's day I don't know where the flat tire I fixed the tire went to Les Schwab I guess because it was New Year's Day they closed early the light kept coming on the warning signal on my car after having the tires I had got a new tires put had them put on and the light kept coming on and I've never dealt with a flat tire or anything like that before I didn't know what to do so I pulled up to their shop here in Auburn and I go to the door and it's closed you can tell him Francine I know what's going on I'm a little concerned worried they both looked at me with the door locked looked at me for a few seconds and then turn their heads and continue to do their paperwork basically ignored me I understand everybody wants to go home I get it but honestly what it would have took 2 seconds just to look at my tire and tell me everything was okay or hey bring it back tomorrow we'll take care of it no they looked at me and they ignored me like I didn't even exist... So I went around the corner to Firestone and they were amazing they were closed as well however they took the time to come out and make sure I was okay and then make sure my tire was okay what happened to the commercial for Les Schwab where the lady stuck in the rain with her kid and Les Schwab clothes are not comes and help them false advertisement Les Schwab your customer service sucks

I can't believe I waited so long to get new tires on my 2015 gti. I called today to get them done, and they had the Continental DWS 06+ in stock which I LOVE. I was able to come down without an appointment and get them balanced and put on, along with an alignment. The car feels better than new. The ladies who helped me, kaylen and Suzy were great! Other tire places around here did offer the same thing for a bit cheaper... but I will definitely be back because of them, and the top notch result of their service team. I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and this Les Schwab delivers 110%.

Absolutely amazing service! First time I encountered this Les Schwab Tire Center was a few years back my car had a completely flat tire, I took it to them and they graciously got me in right away, no appointment. Today I had low tire pressure, stopped in an hour before they closed. They checked my pressure and ended up getting me in before they closed, as I needed a patch for a nail in my tire! This team at this location is absolutely just amazing! I highly recommend them to got all your tire needs done!

Excelente service! Always friendly with the free air and tire top-offs. I even had a 2cm chunk of metal in my tire causing a faster than most slow leak and they were so nice that they didn't charge me for the patch. Simple fix that took 10 min and I could have been charged $$$$. THAT'S how you get a loyal customer base, it's not about giving away stuff for free or anything, it's about treating other people fairly!

Amazing but did take a bit. Was able to fix patch my tire because of a nail. Just make sure to get your locking nut tool out so they do not have to dig for it. Kudos!!!

The staff at Les Schwab are always friendly and helpful. My most recent visit involved getting a non stocked tire for my Fusion Sport. Shane was instrumental in tracking one down for me. Shane's Manager and all the other staff I interacted with were great!

It was terrible they didn't do anything for us went there 2 times for the same tire once because they said the stem was lose on the right passenger side it went flat in a couple weeks called to make a appointment because the back tire on the passenger side and the front one was flat again called to have them come and put air in them so we could drive it to them but they said they were all busy and wouldn't be able to help us until Tuesday then then they said all there truck where all book up , very disappointed with les schwab north of main st . Called the south store and within 2 hours they came and got the car and they said the northern les schwab did a bad job .thank God for the les schwab that took the time to do the job right. Don't go to the les schwab on auburn way north very rude
