Overall great experience every time I come. I my compliant is the wait time- Poor guys need another bay to service more cars! They are always polite and make sure you know everything that's going on. They do the job as fast as they can, but make sure the quality is still there.

Loved the mechanic and i believe, manager. They were extremely nice, (and cute), I asked for a tire rotation but I really needed tire balancing, which they don't do, was my mistake. They could've just done the rotation I guess, but instead they sent me to their other station that is a full service garage that did do tire balancing. So they were extremely helpful and polite, nice and funny too, and mainly, I COULD TRUST THEM. That's huge! That's everything especially for a woman, alone, who doesn't know tons about the mechanics of cars. They didn't take advantage. That's 5 star behavior to me with a great big side of class! Very grateful. Thank you, Jiffy Lube!!!

I was really hoping to come back on here and share that. I had a better experience after talking to the franchise owner. Unfortunately I feel that I ve been duped. He offered to give me a full refund of the damages that I had insured and on top of that my oil change refunded I have yet to see a check after 45 weeks of him telling me it s in the mail. The

The knowledge the workers have is extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met on both of the cars I brought in to them today. I truly appreciate being helped by knowledgeable, friendly, capable people. I will be back to get my oil changes from them from here on out. Thank you!

Had a little hiccup with the light bulbs that I had replaced. Arthur and his team corrected the issue immediately. They are very understanding and overall fair. Arthur s team is friendly, knowledgeable and went over everything on my car so I left feeling safe. They went above and beyond which is rare these days. Side Note: Music was interesting!

Today I took my car in for an oil change. I usually have my son do that for me because I hate dealing with mechanical stuff. And due to past experiences I ve always felt women are financially taken advantage due to lack of mechanical know. I couldn t have been more wrong today.Arthur and his coworker (sorry, I didn t catch the name) immediately put me at ease. They were friendly, very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I even had an online coupon for $22 off that they took without any hassle! I was in and out in no time, paying LESS than I expected! I so appreciate both of them and would highly recommend them to anyone who dreads taking their car in for an oil change. Thanks so much!!!!

I would ve even put this rating even lower if it would ve been possible they proceeded to overfill my daughters oil by 3 1/2 quarts which caused damage to her car engine had to take it to the shop to pay for tow pay for the dealership to look at it cost me $361.12 And yet it s been over two months and they have yet to issue me a reimbursement check even though the dealership found them at fault. I did excuses that they re waiting on corporate to cut me a check. Be aware these people have no idea what they re doing. They re doing oil changes or serves on your automobile

Went in to Jiffy Lube Store #2573 for an oil change. I was greeted by Kramer who was professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be coming back. Great customer service!!!!

Now that I have your attention....I've got a problem. Serviced 11/23/23. Filter was loose and leaking onto the exhaust.I returned a week later to get an assessment. Clerk told me it was from the pan gasket. I know better. I told em to check the filter as I knew it was loose. I put a half turn on it myself before heading down to check it out.Today the wife called and said it's smoking like a boss!Again filter is leaking! To be safe, I checked the dipstick and the crank case is overfilled by quite a lot.This car has never been a leaker.Let's talk about it.

The location was out of 5W20 oil, so they went and bought oil at the Oreilly s in the same parking lot as the jiffy lube. The oil they brought back was conventional 5W20, not full synthetic, as requested. Technicians proceeded to put the conventional oil in the truck until I told them it was the wrong oil. They then went back and bought almost the correct oil (high mileage instead of standard full synthetic).Location also purchases generic brand oil instead of pennzoil, which is unfortunate. Terrible experience and will not be returning to jiffy lube.

Normally, jiffy lube is good. Took my car in and had it serviced , about 2 miles down the road it start smoking under the hood. When I got home I had to wash off the oil that got spill down the engine when the refilled it

Major complaint. I showed up to an empty Jiffy Lube with no lines. I waited 5 minutes and flashed my headlights into the office, and then tried honking three separate times (i have a physical disability and is difficult for me to exit and enter the car). STILL, NO ANSWER. I was the ONLY car and no attendant (2 men were on duty) so I decide to leave and go to another lube place...but thought I would turn back and try again. When I returned, not only were the lines now full. I was CLEARLY the 3rd car in line and they made me 5th!!!

I got an oil change in my 2020 4Runner with no issues the day before Thanksgiving and drove home. I left on Thanksgiving to see family and my car dumped out the oil everywhere, potentially causing serious damage to my engine. Never go here it's not worth it.

Warned me about potential oil leaks, and checked my filter and belts (they were all good.) Didn't push any extra services on me, very happy with everyone at this location. :)

I went there in October 2023 and had my oil changed. However, I never once had oil leak from my Jeep until I went there. The one that changed my oil from the bottom of my vehicle, doesn t know what he s doing.I went to another professional car company instead and was told that the oil screw on the bottom wasn t placed on right. The other professional car company fixed it for me and my vehicle isn t leaking oil anymore.I m not ever going back to jiffy lube again.Also from what I read, they seem to keep repeating the oil leaks with other customers.That says something about their business.

Being a woman who doesn t know anything about cars I have definitely been screwed over on auto servicing before, these guys were super helpful and transparent with me and even gave other shop recommendations for what they didn t have

Shirley deserves a raise for personality alone. You cant find people like her anymore who genuinely care about what they do. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. It was painless and easy experience and i will be back!

It was ok,he guy that started the job left in the middle of changing my oil.it was about 5minutes longer than expected. Still better than me doing it.

So slow. Took about 2 hours to get 3 cars through in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe if you paid your employees livable wages, you'd have enough staff to take care of your customers. Saw about 5 cars leave, you're losing business.Edit - You are lucky to have a happy and friendly employee like Shirley. She pretty much was working alone but still maintained a fantastic attitude (while in the heat), she turned this terrible experience to a better one. She gets 5 stars. Thank you Shirley!!

Most awful experience ever! When I brought my old car, I could not open the hood and I told her can you help me a bit since I might not have enough power to open it, and she said I do not either. You have to repair that first. And she didn t even try to open the hood. When I found the way to open the hood and I came back with my car hood is opened few weeks later, which is now at 07:30am, she said I don t know how to do your car I said what do you mean don t know how to do oil exchange since it is super easy, and she said she doesn t have another body and she doesn t know how to do it. But I saw SHE was in charge and she was the one directing her crews. I cannot say what is this awful experience. I am now driving to Federal way because of this terrible service.
