I came in to get tires done. The guys in the shop got the job done and were kind and professional. The reason why I do not give it a full 5 stars is because the communication was OFF. There is someone on the mic watching the cameras and communicating with you and their employees and every time you talk to the employees who were there the guy on the mic would jump in the conversation and say something else, Id rather talk face to face when it comes to business, the communication is more clearer that way, but that s just me.

I called on a Friday about 2 in the afternoon and they were willing to work on my car right away. They even had to go to Seattle for the part, and worked until 7:30pm to get it fixed on the same day.Outstanding service and I will continue to use JG's in the future. So happy!!!

My boyfriend Matt and I have been coming here for a long time.Theres not a question Luis cannot answer about tires or cars. In the off chance he doesnt know something, he knows someone who does, or has a good recommendation of where to go to get your questions answered or problems resolved. He is about as SOLID as they come. They are also SUPER FAST, which is priceless, because TIME IS MONEY! I met them when they first opened their shop, and it has been so wonderful to watch it grow into the successful business it is today. Everybody there is knowledgeable and they do their work with integrity. They treat their customers like family, with respect, honesty, and understanding. If you are in a bind, they will do their best to accomodate your needs. They DON'T OVERCHARGE or SCAM. They are a wonderful crew and I would, and do recommend them to anyone for anything automotive. Top notch in my book! If you are having a hard time deciding where to go for the best service, let my review put your mind at ease... Just head over to the shop and they will take care of you! You would be hard pressed to find anyone better!!

Went to them to get two wires re wired on my stereo put in because they came undone. They came out with some Tape and tried to charge me 20.00 to put some tape around my Trunk. I explained that this wasn t the service I asked for. So they did what I asked after I was frustrated. Drove off happy cause they did the service. After about 20 mins I received a call from them they told me to come back because the service they did wasn t under warranty and couldn t guarantee it will stay together and to come back and pay 180.00 the service they did. Or they will charge me for a diagnostic just for looking at it. Idk if It s because I m a female. Or a language barrier but extremely unprofessional and they seem like they will do anything to get over. Please stay clear.

Honest, fair prices, and same day service. Excellent customer service. Mechanic took the time to explain, in detail, the work that was done to my car.I live in another state. However, if I lived in the area, this would be my go to place for auto repair. Don't let the exterior of the place fool you. This place is legit.

It reminds me of being on the movie The wizard of Oz the name guy talks to you through cameras and speaker but is very bilingual and clear about everything. It's almost like he has intuition on knowing your situation before you even step up to the yellow dots. But you'll know what I'm talking about if you've been there.Honestly I go about 10 miles out of my way even on a flat just to make it to this tire shop he's worth it. They do so much more!

They started working on my car within 10 minutes of me pulling up. Dude balanced and mounted new tires for me. Did a great job, was quick, and the cost didn't break the bank, they even took my old tires to dispose of for $5 a piece, paid $70 total for all the work done. Will definitely come back.

Owner quoted me $700 for control arms and labor. Came back a few days later and owner wasn't there. Different guy charged me $20 dollars to look at the same thing again. Said I needed upper and lower control arms and possibly tie rods. Now the quote is $1200 with me bringing in my own parts. Went to Les Schwab and they did a diagnosis for free. I didn't need half the stuff that j&G said. Les Schwab was 547 total plus alignment. If you try and reason with them or disagree they get very offended and rude

The guys were about 30min from closing&i needed 3 tires mounted on my wheels&balanced which meant my old tires dismounted. The guy was thorough in checking each tire for potentially problematic flaws as he put them on each wheel. One of the tires being mounted on my wheels needed 2 plugs as well.Needless to say, they stayed after closing time until it was done without a complaint&did a great job.Very reasonable prices along with friendly service.I will definitely go back when i need automotive help for my truck!!! I recommend their services to all!!!Thanks JG Tires&Mechanic!!!

Don t listen to the one star reviews on here, it s actually not that bad. Yes, it does look shady on the outside but they do have state of the art machines inside. I literally did a walk in alignment which is unheard of anywhere else. They finished my car in under an hour and charged me less than any tire store would.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I've been coming to these guys for 8 years now. They are the only ones I trust with my car. They know their stuff, they are not scammers, and I highly recommend them to anyone. They have worked on my car from minimal stuff from oil changes to bigger projects such as fixing my transmission and putting in a rebuilt motor into my vehicle. I have never had an issue which why I keep coming back. Highly recommend.

Brought my vehicle in to put tires on my rims and now my car shakes really bad. I feel I already paid too much for that little service and come to find out they didn t even balance them. I took my vehicle back in to see if they could check their work and again wanted to try and charge me just to make sure my tires were not going to come off. Explain every step on what was going on and then show me what happened to the vehicle and how to fix it. Then explain reason why is doing what it's doing. Felix was very informative and showing me every step of the way on how he going to fix the TRUCK. I REALLY APPRECIATE HIM FOR SHOW ME. He did this when they was about to close. He work on the car so i could get to work. Also set up a time to fix it. Thank you for your patience. And your willingness to take care of my vehicle. Again thank you!!!!!

I come here every now and again..If you don t read the signs - you will be lost. It s a little shop that offers honest work. Great Service considering this pandemic. My car rides smooth and I paid the right amount. I will be back in 3 month for my quarterly service. Thank you for your hard work!Service: Oil change

JG tires and mechanics is a good place to get Tires and mechanic jobs done. I got my brake system done and my suspensions. I ve gotten many jobs done at other places and they never seen to find the problem with my vehicle. in JG they gave me correct diagnostic and fixed my problem. With friendly costumer service.

I don t know why people said they have bad customer service. These guys are great! I got my vehicle pre inspected and they found a few things the dealership missed. I was even an hour late to my appointment and they did the job anyway. This will be my main mechanic from now on.

$20 to balance just one tire? Really? This place entrance looks like freaking jail or something with 4-5 cameras and few speakers to communicate customers. Just to to Best Tire Center across the street. They are the best.

Helped me out once with a tire modest price before, but; tried to charge me $100 for 1 brand new tire on my next visit months later.This was a couple of years ago before gas inflation.

Went into this shop today. Lady answered over the I ring device. Could not understand what they were saying even though they have 2 workers there but you have to go through the voice on the speaker! Said one price when I ask how much to replace 2 quad.16x8.00-7 atv tires she said $30 for both. Once the job was done 35m later she says it $60!! I told her what she said and kept it at $60 I have been to this shop numerous times before and the mechanics always treat you right. But the lady over the intercom didn't keep her word WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!

Good Mechanic shop: also oil changes and tires. Has many brands of tires, and tries to have a decent stock of them on site.
