I received a text from Angel shortly after inquiring. We went down there the next day, and he greeted us kindly and was highly professional the whole time. I never felt pressured, and he was willing to work with us the entire time. We left excited after purchasing an excellent used Black Edition Honda Pilot 2022. I highly recommend you ask for Angel when you go to Hinshaw s.

Great place for a first time buyer! The staffs are very welcoming and Friendly. They will help you get the perfect car you want. I bought my first Car here, the Salesperson that help me was Nate!! If you care about your car, don't take it here. Worst customer service and experience I've had at any dealership. I came in for an oil change (and only an oil change) and left with my Volk TE37 wheels being damaged. The manager wasn't willing to do anything about, even upon agreeing with me that the rash was fresh. We looked over security footage and the camera didn't show my car that well, the close one didn't work (of course). I have videos of the manager picking off fresh metal scraps from my wheel at the dealership and then saying it wasn't them that did it. I haven't cleaned my wheels in about 2 weeks (as I don't drive my car often) so it's very obvious that the mark is fresh. It looks like the wheels hit the lift arm as they were putting my car on it. The surveillance video they showed me showed the service tech having to realign my car 5-6 times before he got it on, even stopping for awhile inbetween (pretty strange). There's even a yellow mark on my tire that aligns perfectly with the scratch on my wheel and the yellow lift arm. On top of that the manger claims that it's my fault and I brought my car in like this just so I can get a new set of wheels from them. It's unfortunate that it just comes down to it being my word against theirs and the manager not willing to make it right. If you have a Type R or any other Honda you care about, don't bring it to them.

This place gets a 5/5 , easily. Every person I came into contact with was kind. Though, in my opinion, Angel Aride deserves a 10/5 , especially for the amount of running (quite literally) he put in to make this purchase happen. I went in with a particular car in mind on 01/06, but the only one on the lot was sold 1.5 hours before I arrived. I felt defeated and did not think I would be able to find another car that would fit what I was looking for. However, Angel was able to show me a couple of options that were close to the car I wanted. I don't have the best credit, as well as trading in a car that I owed on, so finding something that would not completely break my budget seemed far out of grasp. Although this process was longer than expected due to negotiating and me being indecisive, I enjoyed every moment of it. I never felt pressured to pay for a price I was not comfortable making, and Angel, as well as the finance team, really did everything they could to help me get to a point that I could afford financially. The amounts of laughs, stories, and running that happened that day made this feel less like a business transaction and more like making a new friend, and I just so happened to purchase a car. Thank you so much for all you did and for taking care of my mom and I throughout the very long day that we were there. We are so appreciative of you and wish you nothing but the best of luck

I enter car purchases with apprehension but this dealership is the real deal. They were patient, invested in my situation and every single team member treated me like family. Ask for Sean Tran. He ll walk you through each step like you re his only customer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very transparent and honest about pricing. And fun. I m a very happy customer.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership for one of my kids. He loves the car. There was an issue with the terms and Monte, General Manager, called me and we were able to rectify the issue via that conversation. Overall, I am pleased with the experience. No matter the issue, the team was/is a very friendly group. I would consider purchasing from Hinshaw again.

I actually went there to get my 2023 pilot serviced. Thought I d look at what they had for cars and walked out with a 2024 passport. I am over the moon about my purchase. My salesman was Tyler and he was excellent during the entire process. He was genuine and you could tell he really enjoyed just helping people. He went through several options with me, was patient so that I made the right choice in a car, and he went to Kirkland on Saturday right before Christmas to pick it up! He really went over the top to make sure the process went well. After how the process went buying my pilot (I didn t buy the pilot at Hinshaw s) it was a nice relief. Thomas (the finance guy) was great. This part of the buying process can be the most stressful, but he made it quick and easy. He explained everything to make sure I comfortable, but didn t spend 10 minutes trying to convince me why I NEED GAP insurance, and I appreciate that

I explained to my sales person Charles that this has been the most unusual car buying experience I have ever had. Previously, while buying new cars for myself and family members, I had not experienced as much doubt as I did from management at this dealership. Unwillingness to take a deposit, initially not being able to approve a competitive rate, to announcing an approval from Honda, only after I provided proof of an approval from my financial institution, and the most oddest request, asking for my college diploma to approve the rate and terms.Needless to say, all my buying experience has been on the East Coast, with an excellent results. Overall, Charles did great, and could see that the request to facilitate the deal was creating an undesirable environment for the car buying experience. I will likely not be choosing this particular dealership for future purchases. I am very intentional about with who and where I decide to spend my money and time. The world is filled with abundant choices of the same products and services.Cheers,Donny O.

I heartily recommend Hinshaw s Honda, Auburn, WA.We bought a new car from them in 2020. It was a great experience. They found a way to make our terms work.We have brought it in for all the scheduled maintenance at Hinshaw s. I love their service department! Their service advisors treat me (and every customer) with maximum dignity, respect and politeness.It is expensive to have all the scheduled maintenance done. But it s worth it. The car has run great for 4 years, and all of the recalls have been completed.I have a lot of peace of mind, knowing that my family can drive even on long road trips with confidence that our car will get us there and back safely and excellently.We got the 2020 Pilot with the touring package and that has been amazing for the grandkids! We also added the running board, and that helped a lot.There was one Honda recall of the side mirrors that presented some challenges for us. Sean was so patient and thorough and he followed through until all the issues were resolved to our satisfaction.They have a couple of options to get you back to work while your service is done, or you can wait in their spacious waiting room.I have had only great experiences with Hinshaw s Honda!

We just recently arrived in the USA, I recommend this salon to everyone, you really won't regret it, they will really help you adjust your payments if you are missing something, the staff is wonderful, no one looks at you the wrong way. Mike over in the service department has always been a big help with getting work done right. And out of all the Honda service departments in the area, these guys are the most reliable and trustworthy. I only ever take my vehicles to this location after experiencing shadier practices at other Honda dealers.

I bought my car at Hinshaw s Honda, and I get it serviced there. I ve continued to return because of the high quality service I receive. The vehicle is now nearly 20 years old, and still going strong. I ve always had stellar reps guide me through my car s servicing. Most recently this was Sean. After years of being ripped off by a neighboring Honda dealership in Sumner for many years, we were thrilled to find Hinshaw s Honda. We had our best car buying experience ever there and now love getting service at the dealership. We highly recommend Hinshaw Honda. This appointment, they let me know my tires needed to be rotated and quoted the price. When they got working on the car, they did not need rotation and so they did not do it and my bill was $75 less than I planned. Honest. Reliable. And just great people.

Wonderful experience! Didn t expect to walk in and drive out with a vehicle same day, great experience overall, Angel was a great sales representative, very personable easy to reach out to, and speedy and friendly in every aspect. We had really good service here, despite some problems with a third party verification service!It's easy to have good service when things are smooth, so its a great sign for me when we have some hiccups and the staff manage to continue with great service.I appreciated that they continued to take the issue seriously, and keep the customer at the forefront of their mind, as we all finagle some frustrating moments with technical hiccups.Thank you again! This was my first time at Hinshaw s Honda. The individual who checked me in was friendly and efficient. I also appreciated the waiting area, it had speedy WiFi and a TV to enjoy entertainment. I d definitely recommend it for servicing your car!

I've been going to Hinshaw's Honda for my Honda Odyssey service. I like them because their service has been reliable.On the last visit I forgot to carry the coupon that was sent to me. And the person on the front desk insisted that there was no such coupon. I promised him that I would go home and bring it back to him to prove. He then reluctantly reprinted the invoice and included the discount on the total bill.I felt that he should be more informed on the coupon that Hinshaw had issued. And gave the coupon to his customers even if the customers forget to bring it or unaware of its existence. After all the coupon is issued so that customers can use it, whether or not they receive it in the mail/email.

First Impressions means everything to a customer who has had such a hard time with another dealership. I have to say that that I have finally found my dealership home here at Hinshaw Honda Dealership. This place was clean, everyone was super nice and professional gave excellent customer service. I scheduled my appointment online and was able to reschedule and change it with no problems right from the website. I was especially impressed with the timing of my car being brought in and finished. I work from home and was able to get my car in and back home within an hour before starting work. That s was a super big plus for me to say the least. I would HIGHLY recommend bringing your car to this service department for service. They seem to come through and hit all the right angles 100%. I definitely will refer others to this dealership. You ALL were AWESOME! Thank You for your EXCELLENT Customer Service, very much appreciated!!!

My husband and I have been having both of our cars serviced at this Hinshaw s Honda since 2008. We have always had a great experience. They are attentive, polite and efficient. My husband now has a 2015 Honda CRV. I still have my 2008 Honda Civic with 274,000 miles on it and they keep both of them running smoothly!Gratefully, Charlotte Day

Today at 8am my daughter brought her Honda Civic into the service department because it was making a ton of noise when she put the car in the drive position. My daughter is 18 and I was a little nervous sending her in alone so I called the night before, set the appointment and hoped for the best. To my surprise she texted me just before 9am and said the technician found the issue, a loose engine mount bolt - tightened it up and the shop sent her on her way. No cost for the diagnostics, no charge for labor. Just great customer service. I m sure that experience will last her a lifetime. Thanks for making my kids day! You can trust, you have a customer for life.

I bought my Accord at Hinshaw s and several years later traded it in for my CRV. My oil changes have been there as well and service has always been great. The staff is great and I d like to give a thumbs up for Charles. Wouldn t think of going anywhere else. Just had wind guards installed and they were done perfectly.

I just wanted to say that D Londo Tucker was amazing. So helpful and informative. As a first time buyer, it could have been a little scary for me to even step into the dealership but you have such an awesome and helpful employee!
