I called last week getting quotes from different places, I called Genuine Auto Glass and they had the BEST RATE and didn't charge me extra for coming to me. On install day-it only took 30 minutes, the techs were nice and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone! Great work!

Everyone that I dealt with, either on the phone or in person was helpful and professional! They took care of all of insurance paperwork while making sure I was getting the windshield I preferred. It was busy in there the day I had my glass replaced but I was able to wait inside with a cup of coffee from their Keurig! I was there for less than 2 hours AND they vacuumed all of the pine needles out of my Jeep! I will definitely give them my business in the future! They could use more seating for customers but there really isn't enough room to do that. If it's a nice day, some outside seating would be perfect! Below is my before picture...

Great customer service. When you walk into this place you just feel that they actually care about the quality and helping with whatever you need. They really back up their work by the lifetime warranty on all of their products.

Casey at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Then there s Vince, whom repaired my window. I can t even give enough compliments to him for his service, friendly attitude and all around amazing customer service! Genuine auto glass has a close family style service that is second to none. It really made me sad to hear that Safelite bought them out to monopolize the market. Maybe Vince can teach their staff what good quality service is. They do outstanding work. They fixed my rock chip perfectly and for no charge! I've used other places in the past and all they did was make a bigger crack in the windshield.! These guys are amazing!!! I came in with a double rock chip in my windshield with no appointment and was brought in immediately to get it fixed. They explained how to go through my insurance to get it done for free. Great service and extremely friendly staff. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes and they gave me a free can of glass cleaner too! Would highly recommend!!!!Service: Auto windshield repair

I was so impressed with the service at Genuine Auto Glass when our windshield was chipped and then spidered in all directions. They waited to schedule my appointment until they had the new glass inspected. The install took much less time than expected. Highly recommend!

Great verbal service on the phone also in coordination with our insurer made the drop and work seamless. The physical work was top-notch as well. They reset our eyesight on our Subaru, as good as new. Definitely recommend, 10/10

Their business was recommended to me by a tire repair shop. I thought I was going to have to pay a lot of money to replace my windshield but they were honest and said no, you just need to clean out your windshield filter. They did this for me without charging me! My front windshield needed to be replaced and the staff here was incredibly helpful and professional. My new windshield had to be sent to the shop and until it got there they kept me informed and followed through with their promises. First and foremost, I ve never left a review for anything ever. My experience was so good I decided today was the day. Genuine did what my dealership couldn t and my only regret is that I didn t visit them first. After shopping multiple well know auto glass specific shops, they beat everyone by roughly $100. I was in and out quickly and they have wifi for us cheap skates low on data. My only regret was not opening the fridge to see what free snacks were offered.

I highly recommend Genuine Auto Glass. I went in without an appointment to get an opinion on if I needed a new windshield or if my chip could be filled. Vince was able to squeeze me in for a consultation and rock chip repair. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The service is excellent! Friendly, professional, timely and genuine. My first time here they did a great job on my windshield, and I love the lifetime warranty and free chip repair guarantee when purchasing a windshield through them. The second time around, in order to retain a happy customer, they were able to price match for me on my other vehicle with no charge for mobile installation services. I love these guys!

This is possibly the best place to replace auto glass. Marie who handles the calls and appointments is exceedingly polite and helpful. The pricing is very competent too. At the dealer my quote was more than double what I paid at this place. Windshield replacement on my Subaru Outback was done in 1.5 hours straight. The quality of work is excellent too. Highly recommended!

First off, their customer service has been great! Every employee I ve interacted with on the phone and in person has been an extremely positive interaction. My rating is based on the work that was performed on my vehicle though. First, I had my windshield replaced, and it was all good minus adhesive remnants/shavings left scattered all over my dashboard. Not the end of the world. Recently though, I brought my vehicle in for two small rock chip repairs, under their free rock chip repair warranty. When my vehicle was finished, I noticed two large scratches on my windshield, and resin smears and splatter on my windshield. Still, not the end of the world, but could have been better. Fantastic service and staff! They're my go-to guys!UPDATE: I ended up getting a new vehicle and it had a crack in the windshield. I told the dealership that I wanted Rick and his staff to do the work. Vince was more than accommodating and did the job quickly. He even installed my new wiper blades for me. With such outstanding customer service why would you go anywhere else?!?!?

I went in to get my SUV windshield repaired and it was done fast and so far no issues. The team was very professional and friendly and made sure that I was comfortable while waiting. I found this place by posting in the Auburn Community Group Facebook page and this place was the first and most referenced place to go to! This company did a stellar job and in a great time frame! I will definitely be returning and referring people to this business. I went in there under the impression that it would take 2 hours because that is what the receptionist said however that was in fact not true, it took 25-30 minutes tops. When I called to make the appointment they got me in within 48 hours! The repairs man were great! They even reinstalled my dash cam once the windshield was replaced! The only thing I would say is if your waiting in the wait room, don't do any important work because it is a tiny room and it gets loud with the receptionists taking business calls! :-)Service: Auto windshield replacement

They went above and beyond my expectations. My windshield was severely damaged by a car hauler on the freeway. After the company agreed to pay for a new windshield I called several places trying to make arrangements to accept payment directly. I sent Genuine Auto glass an email and they took over. The contacted the transport company directly and all I had to do was bring my car in. They ensured the glass installed was the glass installed when it was built - not the base model glass but the optional upgraded glass purchased by the cars original owner. It looks great - and now I have to take my car in for a detail to match the new windshield.

Awesome customer service, they were super fast with the replacement. The car I drove to pick up the car in the shop had a rock chip in the windshield and the guy fixed that for us in a couple minutes before we left. I only go to Genuine to have glass fixed

Where other places couldn t do the repair for 2 weeks, they were able to get me in the next day. Then on top of that when I arrived 40 minutes early they got my can in and had it done before my scheduled appointment time!Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. A customer of mine had a windshield damaged at our store while changing wiper blades, I contacted Genuine Auto Glass because of a recommendation from a sister store in neighboring town. The staff was incredibly kind and easy to deal with and acted very fast in getting quotes and arranging repair dates with the customer. Cannot thank the staff enough for their prompt and amazing service. Highly recommended

My car got broken into so I had to get my window replaced. The team at Auburn took great care of me! They were very professional, and caring, which in these trying times of the pandemic are far and few between to find. They did great work and it was very fast! The team was very empathetic to my situation and were all very personable, which is important in a time of stress like I was. I hope I never have to get a window replaced, but if I do I know where I m going to take my business. My driver window was shattered� by flying debris while driving on SR 167. I called around locally for an appointment to hear everyone tell me that the earliest they could take me was anywhere from days to 3 weeks out. Genuine Auto Glass was referred to me by my auto dealership. Not only could they take me within 24 hours the offered their pickup and delivery service at no additional charge. I am utterly amazed at the proficiency and� professionalisum of each staff member that I and my auto had interactions with.� At a glance both inside and out, my SUV was immaculate all traces of broken glass were removed and all windows were clean and print free. Been going here for years. From back windows to sun roofs, these guys have been helpful to helping my family maintain our vehicles for years. It's my favorite location and their extensive knowledge of aftermarket versus OEM glass exceeds my knowledge and expertise. Hands down. Best glass shop I've known to date and probably my only shop for the years to come.

Driving on the freeway and got a rock chip in my windshield so I called my ins agent and suggested Genuine Auto Glass. Stopped by to see if I could get it fixed. If I could give more stars I would!!! Every interaction we had with this company was stellar. I called for advice, called to schedule, got a call back to file a claim with our insurance and had Kyle onsite at our home to replace the windshield and pillars on our 2014 Ford Explorer. Every interaction was friendly and responsive. I never felt like I was an imposition. Kyle was professional, friendly, on time and did an OUTSTANDING job. He even knew that the previous replacement wasn't done correctly. We will ALWAYS go through Genuine Auto Glass in Auburn from now on.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I'm so late writing this review, however after all this time I wanted to share my appreciation for the kind people who worked here. My husband and I were shipping our car from Seattle and upon inspection, the inspectors told us our windshield was not up to shipping standards and we would need to replace it(this was 6 hours before our flight). We found Genuine Auto glass and explained our stressful situation and they went over and beyond. They found us a windshield, went and picked it up, and installed it for us as fast as they could with one employee staying overtime to help. The employees here care deeply about their customers and I will forever be grateful for them!

I came in for a serious rock chip that cracked half of my windshield. After calling around to several shops in the Auburn area, Genuine was the best price. The ladies at the desk were awesome with quoting my price and the glass techs were just as Awesome! They even found some time to chat with me and make me feel welcomed even though they were busy. I was in and out in about an hour and it looks great! I recommend this place and I will be returning for my other auto glass needs!

Best customer service and quality!!! I have had my Ford F-350's windshield replaced a few times over the last ten years and always used my insurance company's affiliation with another provider but WOW am I glad I stopped by Genuine in Auburn! Despite being busy, Kaira worked me into the schedule and provided an awesome experience backed up by incredible quality workmanship. Thanks to the entire crew!
