Eric was really helpful at the store in Auburn. My low air light kept coming on even after filling the tires. He checked the air pressure and then the sensors. Turns out only one was working. I got an appointment to replace them and the repair time was less than an hour. Thank you!

Excellent customer service and excellent products. Went out there today for a set of 4 tires today and was in and out in about half an hour. While I was waiting I visited the showroom and the restroom and I was presently surprised.The showroom floor was clean and orderly as to be expected but the real surprise came in the restroom. Not a piece of trash to be seen outside of the trash bin and the facilities were clean.Originally it was supposed to be an hour wait but when I explained that I could not wait around that long the sales rep said he would go and take my truck in immediately himself and assist in changing the tire to get me out in 30 minutes. Of course spending $1,600 in new rubber and a service that sells on commission will get you a lot of understanding. But that being said, my truck was done and ready to go in 24 minutes.

I called Discount Tire of Auburn today (7/22/23) at 9:30am and asked them how long it would take to replace one tire and rotate the other three, they told me approximately 1.5hrs, maybe sooner. This was a reasonable wait time for me as I was just down the road, I arrived at 9:45am and was fully checked in at 10am with a promise time of 11:45am. My car was not even touched, let alone moved from its parking spot until 12:45 (3 hours later). And then remained unattended in the shop bay for another 28 minutes. I could understand this is if the store was extremely busy, which it was not. I saw the car line up on their computer which indicated three cars were waiting (green) and two were in the bays (blue). Upon further investigation the cause of the insane delays, I visually confirmed only two cars were being worked on, with multiple gaggles of young employees standing and talking/joking around. This was further complicated by managers relaxing on the showroom even with no new customers to check in. All said and done my vehicle was finally completed at 1:47pm. As a former employee of Auburn Discount Tire, I will NEVER return here for service nor recommend anyone ever does. The issues this store now has are directory correlated to the former store manager (Jimmy) leaving, he was a stand up guy and all employees respected him, he now runs the Puyallup Discount tire, which is where I will be going from now on.

Had to make two separate trips to this shop to get my tires rotated and balanced, a service included in the cost of the insurance for the tires. On the second visit the "assistant manager" refused to balance my tires because "it won't make any difference." Had to ask for a general manager to get my tires balanced and rotated. Employee want to upsell, not provide customer service. I'd try a different discount tire. I'll never return to this location even though it's in my home town.

Has a nail in my tire on my way back to Idaho and happened to be driving past this location. Stopped in and the place was super busy but Eric took amazing care of us. In total we had to wait about 2 1/2 hours to get it repaired but considering we didn t have an appointment and it was a busy Saturday it really did feel like they did the best they could to see us as soon as possible. Knowing that my family was in the car including my dog and 7 month old baby they even allowed us to pull up to the shop but stay outside to let us stay in the car while they fixed the tire. On top of that we had no idea they repaired flats for free on ANY tire and we drove away stunned that they treated us like any other customer, slotted us in on a super busy day, and did it all completely free of charge. I was thinking of using them to purchase my next set of tires but this experience confirmed that.Thank you to the manager and Eric the technician for taking VIP care of me and my family and ensured we could still make it back to Idaho today!!

The TPMS light came on, and they filled up my tires and inspected them. The person inside I spoke with and the tech that helped with the tires were both nice. The waiting area was very spacious and clean.

We had a tire with low pressure and it was time to get the tires rotated. I mentioned the low pressure, which I had already filled to the proper level a day before, and when I returned and checked the reciept they had replaced the tire at no charge as it was coverd by the warranty. The impressive part is the customer care and initiative to take care of it without being asked or my inquiring. They even cleaned up a rim that was quite dirty. This was a great experience.

They're generally cheaper than Les Schwab, but man they can be slow in changing your tires. I don't think they even do a free steering alignment if you buy 4 tires, like they do at Les Schwab. Overall you can save money if you go here, if you're willing to put up with a longer wait than other places.

I would definitely return.Fast service. Friendly and competent.I came in on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend needing a new trailer tire. They fit me in.Managed well. Employees work fast and efficient. Clean and welcoming entryway with snacks and water for customers.

I have a receipt from Discount Tire and I couldn't get a free tire balancing. The installer went to lunch halfway through working on my car and didn't tell anybody. The air valve cap was missing and had to go back. It took 45 minutes longer than the longest time expected.

After spending almost $$$600 bucks for two tires and service I left thinking I was okay, jus to have to return back only to find out my bolts on my tires wasn t tighten (very dangerous) so after getting that fixed the tech told me I needed 2 sensors for my tires and my sensor light will go out in my car, I payed 112 bucks more only to be misinformed again I returned to the store and informed them of the error they checked my car and tried to charge me more money when they figured I wouldn t pay they were dismissive and no longer wanted to help me. I m so hurt because I m in Washington alone and I have to get my kid to school and me to work so I need to spend money to make sure we okay and I haven t been happy with my service at all from discount tire all they care about is money and getting you out of there. Me and my son almost died because of their carelessness

I don t get it, made an appointment, I told them where the nail was, waited an hour and a half, they said they removed two nails. The nail I told them about is still there. They didn t say anything after giving me the keys..Edit: I went back a few days later with another appointment and Xavier got it fixed within 35 minutes. Thanks!

AVOID! The absolute worst Discount Tire I have ever been to. I went in Wednesday and was quoted a long wait time so I scheduled an appointment for Friday at 12 because I was assured it would be done within my appointment time. I arrived at 11:52 and after waiting in line and talking with Xavier I was given a finish time of 1:15. At 1:20 my car had not even been moved from where I parked. I was given a sad excuse that someone was parked in front and they needed to find them to move it. That car had just pulled in so there's no excuse other than poor management. I asked the whole line if it was their's and if they could move it so I could leave, it was really that simple. What a waste of time this store is.

Got 3 new tires for $170 + warranty, definitely a good buy would recommend if you need new tires but don't wanna pay outrageous prices

I had a lugnut that no one could take off after my tire blew out on the freeway, I got my car towed here. They got the lugnut lock off and since my spare was old they gave me a tire and paid $20. Sweetest boys and great customer service. 10/10

Our family was rushing to get to a cruise and our tire light came on we had a nail in our tire. We knew by the time we got back our tire would be flat. We pulled in to discount tire! Explain the our situation they were so helpful and understanding. They had all their bays full but started to work on our car outside one of the bays so they could get us on our way. It is rare to find a place that cares about people it show that staff and management are good people.

when you go here, just don't schedule an appointment several days in advance online - don't trust the confirmation email and texts you get confirming the date time and location of your appointment. absolutely don't pull up to the store, check in, and click the "I'm here!" button thinking it'll do anything at all. and for sure don't wait there for over an hour after your appointment, because no one will acknowledge you're there, talk to you, or even look at you. got my tires done here several years ago and had a good experience but this was... odd.

I needed a new set of tires. I was able to make an online appointment. When I arrived they looked at my wiper blades and I told them that I could only afford one at the time. They offered to put on the other blade without charge. The tires were put on within 45 minutes to an hour. Great customer service. Thank you Discount Tire!

Discount has become my new go-to tire shop. Chris, Eric and the rest of the crew provide excellent service and aren't overly aggressive in their sales pitch.After having been a Les Schwab faithful for the last 25 years, Discount is now getting all of my business. The Auburn location is fantastic.

My tire was punctured by a big, fat nail on the way to work -- by lunchtime, it was already getting deflated, and by the time I left work, it was almost too flat to drive on safely.I was referred to Discount Tire by my Midas mechanic (that's where I had bought the tires, and they were still under warranty, but the Midas shop was already closing for the evening).I slowly and carefully drove to the Discount Tire shop at the Auburn Outlet Collection mall.From the moment I arrived, I was taken care of by a kind, caring, and highly professional team -- Chris and Eric!� They determined that my tire was punctured in a place that was just a couple of millimeters too far out toward the sidewall and therefore couldn't be repaired.Since I didn't have the financial resources to purchase a new tire at that moment, I was planning to drive up to Midas in Federal Way and leave the car there for the next morning. However, because Chris at Discount Tire truly didn't want me to take the risk of continuing to drive on that flat tire, and because my spare tire was so old (14 years), he GAVE me a free tire and wrote it off!That is AMAZING customer service!! Discount Tire is now my new home for everything tire-related!

Stopped in for an emergency service, ordered my tires online and used their walk in service had two tires replaced under half an hour with great and friendly service. I don't often leave reviews but this was well deserved. Great job!!

Went to Les Schwabb and was told $70.00 for a new valve stem because they couldn't detach the TPMS sensor! Bring it to Discount Tire and was told worse case scenario if they can't detach it and need a new one $60! However, they ended up being able to detach the old to the new and it was $0.00!!!!!!! I highly recommend going here.

Discount Tire ordered tires for my wife's 4Runner on Thursday, then had them Friday. They even fit us in for a Saturday install! Professional folks, who know their stuff. What great serivce they provided us.

I had a great experience when I bought my tires a year ago. Last weekend, I noticed that one of my tires had a bulge. I took it in for them to contact the manufacturer. They were very diligent. I wish I had remembered the guys name who helped me. He spent over an hour trying to connect with them. Finally, he did, and they were able to discount a replacement tire for me. It saved me over 100 dollars. I will continue to recommend people to Discount Tire in Auburn.

Appointment was completed within time estimated and even matched a coupon that I had for wipers. Friendly staff!
