All the employees at US Transmission/catalyst drivetrain were thorough and kind. The prices were far better than anyone else I had contacted regarding our repair(s). I will definitely be returning when any of our other trucks require service or parts. Thanks again

Overall: 10/10 I just bought a 2003 International 3000 School Bus with a 1,000/2,000 Allison Transmission. It is full converted Skoolie. They worked with our forever moving timeline as if it was no problem. Once they worked on the vehicle, from drop off to pick up it was about 3.5 hours. We had a transmission and engine maintenance service completed with an overall evaluation on the vehicle. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we could trust all the work they did for us. We would HIGHLY recommend using them, especially if you are in the Skoolie community.Customer Service: 10/10 As a woman who feels like she has been taken advantage of every time I leave the car shop, this was the complete opposite experience. They were slow with their explanations of everything going on with the bus and answered all my questions, even when they may have been redundant. They treated me with respect and not like a ill equipped human. They went through a list of issues and ranked them based on what I should have worked on ASAP versus what can wait.Mechanics: 10/10 (as of an hour post service) They used gloves when handling the interior and put a cover over the seat. This meant a lot to us as it felt like they respected the Skoolie like the home it is to us. As for service, they topped the oil off with a little extra because we are dealing with leaks. They went through all the listed items and it seemed like they took care of us. But, like I said, we are about an hour in so I do not want to over promise the unknown.Price honesty: 10/10 Originally, I was quoted for a transmission that would have been more expensive. Upon inspection, we had a smaller transmission and they immediately let us know that our transmission would not cost as much. They could have taken advantage, as I would have had no idea which version AT we had, but they were honest with us.Thank you to whole team that worked on Mu.Bus.a , we appreciate you!Services: Transmission, Oil change

Easton fire department KCFD#3 sent out 6x6 tactical tender here, to get a transmission replaced. After talking with Craig and Scott, I felt confident in their abilities. We decided to have them replace the hydraulic pumps, PTO, rebuild the steering box, replace tge head gasket and replace the rear brakes gor us as well. These guys did excellent work, stayed in contact with us the whole time, never surprised us unexpected repairs and were very reasonable on the price. This was an enormous undertaking, as the truck is 38 feet long and is 1 of a kind. I highly recommend them to anybody. As a fire service, we will be bring all of our apparatus to them in the future. These folks helped me same-day with an electrical issue (truck lighting) although they specialize in transmissions. I cannot recommend them enough.

I was having issues with the transmission B300R and the guys put in the work to not fix the problem and after 2 visits and $2700 dollars spent I was told that I could obtain a "new" transmission for $10,000. You be the judge!
