Boardwalk got me into a 1987 Corvette, and they did it at the best price of any dealership in the Puget Sound area for this Spring.The car that I purchased was an "as is" trade-in from another customer. I really appreciated that the sales team all were excited about the car, but were very honest that it needed a little love.Detailing and overall condition of the vehicle were excellent. I'm not sure if the car was this clean when it came in, but I doubt it; there's pride in the preparation of these vehicles for sale.I bought a manual transmission, and although I know the basics, I am really bad with a clutch. On my test drive, John gave me advice and encouraging words the whole ride. It ended up being a free stick shift lesson. That was a very kind gesture, and it made me feel like more than just a customer.I would recommend Boardwalk. It seems rare to get the honest, frank, face-to-face kind of conversation I got here.Thanks, fellas! I'll try not to burn out the clutch.

Just bought a 2013 Honda Accord here, a huge thanks to both Anthony and Jay, this was the smoothest and most hassle free experience purchasing a car I ve ever had.The used car market is still really messed up right now in 2023, other dealerships are selling the same model of car with 3X the miles for $3000 more, which made me not bother looking at those dealerships. This place is very in tune with the economy and what people are going through, I know I walked away with a proper deal on this car.These guys are super down to earth and had a realistic and affordable price for this car with only 32,000 miles, it feels brand new, My wife is happy.Everyone here is kind and helpful, the lot and building are nice and clean, just a great overall atmosphere. Times are tough for everyone right now, It s good to see there is still a dealer who sells cars at affordable prices and provides great service.

Never buying a car from here or recommending to anyone again. I bought a car from them a little over a year ago and it has done nothing but fall apart. The car leaks water inside everywhere. There s no way they didn t know about that! I took it to a body shop and they pointed out multiple things wrong with my car that are on my car that aren t suppose to be there!! i m so mad because I definitely overpaid for the car as is, and paying so much a month for a car that fills with water. Never buy a car from here!!!!

Bought from out of state and boardwalk motors always had time to answer my questions. The staff was friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. Overall the experience was excellent, they even took my vehicle to the shipping port and provided a temp tag to get it to Alaska.

I had a wonderful experience working with Anthony Menendez at Boardwalk Motors in Auburn Washington on 5/11/22. I purchased a 2010 Ford Transit Connect and it s a wonderful utility vehicle that fits my lifestyle perfectly. The car was in immaculate condition and everything works perfectly. Anthony picked me up at the Seattle airport and drove me to Boardwalk Motors. He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional in his salesmanship. He made me feel confident in the car and with the dealership. I would recommend Anthony and Boardwalk Motors to anyone in the Northwest looking to purchase a car, van, or truck. I couldn t have had a better experience!

I had never bought a vehicle like I did at Boardwalk Motors. Bartering is something I had never done before. The salesman was a straight shooter. You could tell that he was honest, humble and not at all pushy. Anthony is his name. If you are going to buy anything there, ask for him! I am very pleased with my Volkswagen Golf TDI.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a used truck from John and his team at Boardwalk Motors. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had while shopping for a vehicle!The owner, John, went above and beyond to make me feel like family. He graciously took me on a lengthy test drive to ensure the car was in working order and even had me drive uphill over rough terrain to guarantee there were no squeaks or rattles.The salesman, Anthony, was very friendly and worked his magic to provide me with a great deal on the truck. After coming to an agreement on the price, Breanna kindly explained everything in a clear and concise manner as we went over the paperwork. I happily drove off in my new truck that night.I've now owned the truck for over a week and can confidently say that they sold me a truck that is in fantastic working condition as confirmed by a mechanic. Please remember that all used cars will need some sort of maintenance.If you're in the market for a new/used vehicle, definitely check our Boardwalk Motors. You will not be disappointed!

Flew out from Cincinnati to pick up a truck I had bought from the guys at Boardwalk. Got picked up at the airport from John. Super cool dude very easy to work with. This deal couldn t have happened if it wasn t for him and Scotty. Communication was great over the phone with Scotty trying to get this deal done. Both guys are super down to earth and really great to deal with. Would happily buy from them again if given the opportunity. I will probably ship the truck back next time lol.

I have revised my review today because I believe that there was no ill intentions on the part of John the owner. I have known him for years and he is always kind. I do however think he was lied to and manipulated. Very very smart man but so busy that sometimes things are miss understood or a rash decision is made. I hope that one day I can have my friend back and a shot at redemption. We all have made wrong decisions.

I love this place. Bought a truck from there and had starting issues. But they went way out of there way to make everything right! Great customer service and they treat you like family! The owner is an outstanding person! Would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a car or truck!!!!

Save yourself from any trouble and Financial Problem. Don t buy your Vehicle in this dealership!My husband bought his Chevy Silverado in this dealership and after 2 months it s start giving us problems!!!! When we called them they just put us on hold and never picked up a the phone!!! We called them again and they just hang up the phone! We also received a check that is already over 90 days, and we can t deposit it anymore because it s already expired. I emailed them and called them to sent us a new check but nothing happened and never sent it back! We got a quote to fix the truck for $5000 dollar! We ll try to send this to small claim court. This is a big mistake and headaches. Please listen to other bad reviews here. Save yourself and go to another dealership.

I had a very pleasant buying experience and drove away with a truck I'm very happy with. Pleasant buying experience isn't something you expect when visiting a used car lot but these guys were honest and fair.

I couldn t have asked for better people to work with! They were beyond helpful with getting me into a car under very stressful circumstances. Jay Miller was compassionate to my situation and creative with helping me find financial solutions. Anthony was patience with me as a troubleshooted through my situation and made my decision . Which was a great one and I live my 2010 Sequoia! As well Anthony was friendly and funny, and even fed me. He went above and beyond to lighten the mood of the stress of buying a car in an emergency situation.

Awsome place WIDE variety of cars and trucks. Very kind staff not pushy or making you feel bad if you don't buy. Took the time even after i left to get me a better rate on my loan and gave me top dollar for my trade in. I will buy from these guys again. Traded the Honda for the Range Rover.

Anthony at Boardwalk Motors made my car buying experience so easy. I ve been to dealers before where the experience was beyond horrible. I have to say, this was the easiest car buying experience of all time. Nice guy, great service, no pressure, start to finish, including financing, truly easy. Highly recommend!

Great experience with used car sales. Anthony Menendez was excellent at helping us out with an extended test ride, very accommodating on the timing and fair on the details.Having met a lot of other car dealers, this experience was by far the nicest. Would highly recommend a trip to Auburn to see the options they have to offer.

I bought my car here for my 16TH birthday. I wasn t told it was STOLEN from the lot a couple days before I went and looked at it. So there was damage to the door that they didn t fix. There was mold on the seat belts and I was told it was because their detailing guy had a family emergency and it was left wet. But I really liked my car so I just brushed it off. Well, it had issues from the beginning, which I wasn t told of. Now, 9 months later my car is being deemed totaled.

Amazing! Anthony made the car-buying experience fun and easy! I was treated better there than any other dealership I went to. I was worried for nothing when it came to financing, and that too was a great experience:) I highly recommend Boardwalk Motors to anyone looking for great service and nice vehicles!

I m giving such a high review cause as soon as I walked in to this dealership they had such a warm welcoming atmosphere, they brought us water and snacks and were honest and straight to the point. I recently just bought their Nissan 370 and the whole process quick and fun thank you all who help with the process of me purchasing my dream car.Also wanna thank the staff for working past business hours and still giving us the best customer service. will definitely recommend to other buyers in future. This is a mixed review. When they wanted my money and I was in person buying the vehicle, they were phenomenal. They were attentive and it was a fast experience. AFTER the papers were signed is another story.When we purchased the vehicle there was a shock out on the hood. My husband can change that so we asked for the part to do it. They said they would get us the part and mail it to us ASAP. A note was even added to our paperwork to send the part to us either before or with the license plates since we don't live near Auburn. When the plates arrived at the dealership I was notified to come get them. I called and said they were to be mailed. Anthony said they would be sent out and he would check on the part. A week later my husband called to follow up because no plates or part had arrived. Anthony said the plates went out yesterday then tripped up and said "we will send the part out with the plates today". When questioned about the lie on the plates it was pushed aside. Another week goes by without parts, plates or communication. Called back - Anthony then says "this is out of my hands" when we ask what is going on. ANOTHER week goes by without answer. I call and get Jay who immediately goes on the defensive about the plates coming back to the dealership and the fact that he HAS the part. When questioned about why the part didn't get sent out he said, "the vehicle wasn't here to verify it was the correct part". The dealership has all the info on the car since they sold it so that was a lame excuse. All in all it took almost two months and speaking with the owner to get a simple $20 part sent out and to get my plates. They're great until they have your $$.

I bought a car from Anthony and John awhile back and received the best service! Very nice, very clear, and very welcoming. Even To this day when I stop by to check out the lot, I still receive the same hospitality. Boardwalk motors has gained a loyal buyer :)

I was very nervous to go to a car dealership alone. I called ahead of time to make sure the car was available. Paul had the car cleaned up and out front when I got there. He was easy to talk to and put me at ease right away. No being pushy like I was scared of. He was friendly and helpful and I drove off in it that night. Super easy process and great customer service from all. Would definitely go back if and when we look for another car! Thank you Paul, I appreciate you!

Todd was a very nice, knowledgeable man and instilled confidence in my purchase of a 2013 Toyota Avalon hybrid. So far, I have no complaints with my purchase either. Brianna was also really sweet and patient as I dealt with my credit card companies over the phone. She even gave me a little snack from what looked like her personal stash when I mentioned being hungry in passing. They made me feel as "at home" at a car dealership as one could possibly ever feel

I had a great experience working with Anthony. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with the process of buying a car. I found a reliable car. However the lady( Brianna) who processes the paperwork is the most unprofessional lady I have ever encountered. Very incompetent, messed up my paperwork and had to receive my title two months after buying my car in cash. She kept on calling me sweetie and honey on the phone like I was her baby. Be careful with her and review all your documents. She even messed up and wrote the wrong zip code on the paperwork.

What a great dealership. All staff were very professional and helpful. Traded in 2 cars so there was a lot of paperwork but all went smoothly Todd Fee was awesome . I went to Boardwalk to buy a Cadillac. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and professionalism. From Anthony to Jay to John the whole experience was above and beyond what I expected. If you need a car, I highly recommend talking to Anthony. He s personable, funny and can answer any question you have. The whole team works hard to make sure you walk out of there happy and 100% satisfied. Not only did I get an awesome car, I made some new friends!
