Brian and the team at Auburn Collision 1 did a fantastic job repairing our 2018 Suburban. They were very responsive to all of our questions and kept us updated throughout the process. Our Suburban looks like it was never in an accident. I d recommend Auburn Collision 1 to anyone looking for a quality auto body repair shop that provides excellent service.

Auburn Collision Center just repaired body damage to my vehicle. They did high quality repairs and painting and finished the job in less than the time estimated. The damaged area looks brand new!Jeff, their estimator, is courteous and professional. He gave me updates on my car s repair status while it was in the shop. A great guy to work with!Auburn Collision has done great repair work for my family in the past and I had the same great experience again!

Auburn Collision 1 took the best care of my car after I got rear ended. They got me in quickly and were very thorough. I got my car back in a few days. I worked with Jym and he was the best! 10/10 would recommend to all my family and friends.

Communication was awesome. Very great service repairs were done earlier than projected and detailed my vehicle inside and out. I ve never washed my all-weather mats so I definitely noticed how much of a difference the vehicle was when it went into the shop versus when I picked it up. It even had a new car smell, which really blew my mind!The shop is not technically certified to do repairs on Toyota, but they did an exceptional job from what I could observe. I really loved getting text updates on the vehicle while it was in there. Enterprise not only picked me up, but came and picked up the rental when I picked up my Vehicle, which was really convenient.Accident happened November 2023 and I had it scheduled to be dropped off in January but due to inclement weather I decided to reschedule since some of the parts we re on back order anyways, so I ended up dropping it off for repairs in March 2024.

Took my 2008 Toyota to Auburn Collision 1 to replace tail gate. They completed the job on time and perfectly matched the color. What really impressed me was the extra little things. For example the truck had a airbag fault code so they reset to ODBD to clear it. But the best part was vacuuming the cab and washing the truck. Nice touch by a team of employees who seemed genuinely happy working with customers.Yes, I would go back.

I m extremely pleased with not only the customer service I received but also the work that was performed on my truck. They did a phenomenal job and were done much faster than I expected. They were great with communication and performed additional work that I asked them to do. I would highly recommend using this repair shop before checking out any other. Worth every penny.

Don't waste your time with Auburn Collision. Brought my truck in to get my bumper replaced and some body work done and after 3 weeks of it being in the shop I went to go pick it up and the bumper installed was misaligned drastically, which wasn't a problem at first because they said they would realign it. Came back the next day and they aligned the bumper to close causing it to bump against my headlights going over any kind of little bump. On top of they were still paint marks from the other vehicle from my accident on the front of my grill that never got cleaned up along with chip in my paint near my front driver side fender that also never got addressed. Super shady company in my opinion and I'm not wasting anymore of my time bringing it back.

This shop consistently over-promises and under-delivers. I cannot recommend highly enough that you take your business elsewhere.My car went to this shop on July 6. At that time, they told me the repair would take 3-4 weeks. 6 weeks later, my car still isn't fixed. I've spoken with them on the phone several times over the last few weeks and each time they've given me a new timeline for the repair. When I spoke with them last week, they said it would be done by today. I called today, and now they're telling me it'll be another week. They also told me multiple times that when my car got into the paint stage it would be only 2-3 days away from being done. On August 8 (10 days ago) they told me it would be "in paint soon." It didn't actually go into paint until a full week later. On August 15 they told me it went into paint, but somehow, 3 days later, it's still going to take another week.This experience has been incredibly frustrating. There are tons of other body shops in the area. Take your car to any of them, not Auburn Collision 1.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you want your car repair done right, do not bring it to Auburn collision 1. They seem to rush their work and roll it out the door without inspection. This I'd unfortunate because I've had other repairs done prior to this last one, and something had drastically changed for the worse. Stay away!Not only did the dealership conclude that the radio was bad, they also put in writing that it happened because someone welded on my car without disconnecting the battery. You people were the only ones to weld on my car, therefore, you were responsible for the radio and I had to go through Bonney Lake collision to get you people to give me a new radio like you should ve done in the first place.Also, you don t stand behind your warranties At all. After being by your shop this morning, and your guy telling me that the paint on my bumper was chipped and raised because of an impact which never happened I immediately went and got a second opinion. It s just paint that s peeling. You people are liars! I have in the past and will continue to steer people away from your business because you are liars and do not want to be held accountable for anything you do

First time getting my car repaired after a mishap on an icy hill, Collision 1 Auburn made the process quick and painless!! Shout-out to Barrett for providing truly exceptional customer service and transparency. While most shops were backed up for months, I'm so glad I found Collision 1!! Not only was the process fast and easy, they kept me updated all along the way and were very fast and responsive in dealing with my insurance company as well so I didn't have a thing to worry about! The entire process was almost transparent to me after bringing my car in. Everything was handled professionally and on time. The quality of the work is exceptional as well. They made sure to use OEM factory parts for my Hyundai Accent. There was a slight delay in the order of a bracket for the front headlight, and this was quickly communicated to me as well. After having inspected the work, I can positively say it looks like the accident never happened! If you are unfortunate enough to be in a car accident and you're not sure where to take your car, at least in my experience, Barrett and Collision 1 Auburn will take care of you!!! Other than the long wait to get my vehicle in yes they are that busy they did a great job. They kept me in the loop and went above and beyond for customer service. This shop is the best. Barrett S. help me through the process . They are so fast and the finished job is great! It is like never anything happened to my car. He even gave me some of the paint in a bottle so I can use wherever my car was hit by rocks or little scratches.( This come from someone who experienced a lot of shops in Auburn, Kent and the king county area) I would 100% recommend them.

Auburn Collision 1 was phenomenal from beginning to end. Every collision repair shop in the state and the region for that matter is extremely backed out with scheduling, and somehow Auburn Collision 1 managed to squeeze me in their schedule when no one else could. Rather than being without my vehicle for what could ve easily been 5-6 months with all the delays, it turned out to only be just under 2 months from the beginning of the process to the end. The women at the front desk were incredibly friendly and offered top-notch customer service throughout the entire process. I consistently received updates regarding the status of my repair, and they even managed to finish the job ahead of schedule. What's most important is the quality of work, and while I've only had my vehicle back for a few days now, the workmanship is of the highest quality from what I've seen. Can't tell that an accident even took place to a normal eye. Thank you guys so much for turning what normally would be a massive headache, into a smooth and seamless process. Auburn Collision 1 has absolutely earned my recommendation!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My truck was repaired here years ago, I wrote a review then too happy with the repairs and overall experience. It's been around a decade later and I was experiencing some clearcoat problems. I called about the "lifetime guarantee" and ... I came in/they inspected/made appointment (IT'S WORTH THE WAIT)/ dropped off vehicle and ... once again I am a happy customer. I think making the repairs was exceptional business in the first place (no charge), but dang I swear my whole truck was polished up pretty when I came to get it and that's pretty over the top! As long as they're around and in business this is where I'll go (Well being completely honest I pray I don't need to, but if I do this'll be the place!!!)

As always, Collision One of Auburn did a fantastic job and worked one on one with my insurance company to ensure everything was taken care of. All I had to do was drop the car & keys and pay my deposit. Everything else was butter smooth and only needed my authorization to perform the work. They always go above and beyond. Car is returned to previous state, like it ever happened they truly own up to their motto. Additionally inside and outside was cleaned entirely upon pickup. Super pleased. Everyone was super helpful and they finished my car 6 days ahead of schedule. Came here hoping to find a better deal to fix my trunk & bumper after being rear ended by an uninsured driver, and the total was thousands of dollars cheaper than the first place I got an estimate from for the same work. Chris saved me so much money ordering used parts that with their great paint work, the back looks brand new! Considering coming back later to have them fix other paint imperfections. Amazing Collision Center! Despite of all the delays and parts shortage. They managed to get my vehicle a new bumper, painted it and return it to me in 3 days! It's like magic!
