I do business with a few of the auburn based dealerships and Chevy is one of the best. If you need an appointment they ll help you out. The service department has long lines in the early am and late evening, so plan accordingly.

Very disappointed in the service we received. We needed the antenna for our on star replaced and decided to use a closer service dealership then where we bought. When we called to schedule we were told they were scheduling out two weeks and the we would have to order the part. Two weeks later part gets put in however they broke the drivers side seatbelt and has greasy finger prints on the visor. It took 3 times for them to get the seat belt fixed and no offered compensation for the hassle except a free oil change. Will not be going back again.

Really disappointed in their service, especially after I had a pretty good experience buying my truck. I will not use this dealership again - if you want decent service, use any other local Chevy dealer. I towed in my vehicle because it wouldn t start and was told there was nothing wrong with it (..?) and sent me on my way. The same issue occurred again several months later leaving me stranded in a parking lot at 10pm. I called to ask them to reevaluate it and they told me the earliest they could do was 2.5 weeks. Really disappointed that they didn t investigate this issue thoroughly the first time and have now cost me a ton of time and money. Not worth the headache!

Micheal is always super helpful, very communicative, and takes the time to go over and explain in detail! I've unfortunately had to take my car in quite a few times here in last few months and they are fairly quick to get me back up and going. A rather bit on the spendier side as they are a dealership but quality work so far.

To everyone who has either had service performed on your car or even stopped by for Salesperson or the free coffee, this dealership is #1in book! I had my car checkup(oil change and etc.) done in the Service Center and was greeted with the most friendly and kind smile by Ms. Cindy. I ve had my Malibu for two years now and every time it was the same welcoming there! Thank you for swift, thorough and understanding customer service!!!! You are all AMAZING!

I made appointment for two things to be done, the scheduler didn t note both things so they wouldn t work on the second thing even though it meant a second ferry trip and ferry fee to come back. They screwed up not me. I will not ever be back! Go elsewhere!
