I came to these guys after getting into a car accident, they took really good care of me and my needs. They always made me feel that I was in good hands. Very professional, honest and amazing work. I would totally recommend anyone who needs auto body work. Here are picture of before and after! My car looks as new as when I first got it. Thank you Paulo and Gerardo!

They have excellent customer service and did a great job repairing my vehicle in a timely manner! paulo was very consistent in sending updates on my vehicle and worked very hard to get it back to me before,Overall, excellent experience.

Wonderful body shop to work with. One of my car parts was backordered but they kept me in the loop weekly so that I didn't feel forgotten! Once the backordered part came in, they fixed up the car quickly and did a great paint fix. My car looks all brand new again! Thank you!

The good news is they did an excellent job paint matching the new hood to the car. The color turn out to be matching very closely without having to blend the rest of the body of the car.Giving them 3 stars due to not taking the time to properly align the fencer and bumper to the hood during installation. Minor imperfections that I care about. As well as not painting the inside of the hood as quoted for when I brought the car in and still charge me for the quote for painting both side.Other than the complaints above Paulo is a super nice guy to work with. This might be miscommunication with Viktor who is the guy who quoted me for the job.

Paulo was amazing, I can t recommend him enough. My car was involved in a hit and run shortly before the holidays and it wasn t easy to find a shop that could even start working on my car within several months. I was referred to Paulo through Hernandez Auto in West Seattle, because he used to work there and both businesses seem to refer to each other. I know auburn auto clinic doesn t have a ton of reviews yet (but those they have are all great!), but if you look up Hernandez auto in west Seattle you ll see Paulo s name all over the place, always with excellent reviews!He made the whole annoying process of dealing with major car damage so much less annoying. He came to my house to inspect the car even though I live more than a half hour away from his shop, he communicated clearly the whole time he was working on the car, and he did all of the many back and forths with my insurance. I barely had to do anything and because this repair work was another stress on top of a busy season it was sooo appreciated. And my car looks brand new! I m so grateful that places like this and people like this exist. Thank you Paulo!

Pavlo was courteous and was able to fit us into his schedule fairly quickly. They did an excellent job fixing our bumper/fender and the paint looks amazing! Would not hesitate to bring our cars back to him if we have the need.

Very professional body shop that did an excellent job on my BMW. Both body and paint work looks immaculate. Worked seamlessly with my insurance and got the work done in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone needing work done.

Pablo and his staff are the best body shop in all of Seattle. They took such good care of my Mercedes, that my car looks brand new after they worked on it! They are great with communicating, and thoroughly explained everything about the process. They are also very timely with their repair work. The prices are also very reasonable and below most other places. Most of all, Pablo is a very honest man and he has a great personality to work with. We are extremely grateful we found Pablo and Auburn Auto Clinic! My mom begged me to help her write this review because she doesn't know how. But Paulo fixed my moms car and made the entire car inside and out look brand new. It looks like it came off the lot! She gives them a 10/10 and recommended I get mine fixed there as well, and its currently at the shop!

Auburn auto clinic is great place to take your car. In a recent accident I damaged the front of my car. I was looking for a good place to repair it and I ended up with a car repair shop that wanted to install different parts and cheaper quality than what I had in my Camry. I was frustrated and started looking again. Then I found Paulo the owner of Auburn Auto Clinic. He is an amazing, honest, and talented mechanic. He provides excellent work and customer service for a very affordable cost. My car ended up looking brand new and exactly like I wanted it. Paulo doesn t work just for money. He works to make his customers happy and be proud of their car again. I will always go back to him if my car needs a repair again and I recommend Auburn Auto Clinic for anyone who s looking for professionalism and honesty.

My wife and I were in a pinch since someone backed into our truck at our hotel causing the bumper to push into the tire. This led my wife and I scrambling to find a shop that was open on a Saturday. We thankfully found Auburn Auto Clinic Collision and we spoke to Paolo. He was incredibly helpful, got our vehicle in right away as we limped it along to the shop. He was able to pull the bumper out so we could fully drive our vehicle. This was so helpful and kind since we live 2 hours away from here. I would go back here anytime and trust them with my vehicle. We have a 2024 GMC Denali 2500HD Diesel and I whole heartedly would trust Paolo and his team to work on my vehicle.Thank you Auburn Auto Clinic Collision for getting my wife and I back on the road and saving us from a large tow over snoqualmie pass. 10/10 would recommend!
