It's a giant grocery store with run-of-the-mill fruits and vegetables. It serves its purpose and sells majority of the things we need from day-to-day.It's clean enough, efficient enough, and they're there when I need to get food and other household items.You can return products easily.The people aren't the friendliest but they are not rude, either.The 3-star rating is to say it functions as intended and that's it - neither good nor bad.

Went in to get some pic's, an the sweet young lady helped. WaS so nice, an had only worked 3 days in that dept. But she worked with me, an was so nice. Didn't understand my own phone. Her kindness was so indearding. I'll come back everytime.

Ordered a birthday cake for my son a week early. Went in to get it and they never put in the order. I had to find a cake in 30min. Luckily FRED MYERS came through and made us one in 30min for his birthday. Never will I order from Walmart bakery

I was very pleased with the the Walmart Vision Center at the Arlington WA store. I made a big mistake ordering bifocals and was not happy but Jenny there went out of her way contacted my insurance and had new glasses made for me. It's the great employees who are always looking out for me that has me buying almost all I need at Walmart and keeps me coming back. Thank you Jenny!

I lost a receipt to a game card which had the activation code and unfortunately paid with cash so there was no way to find it in the system, I have had a bad week and started crying when I asked the manager about it and was told there wasn t options . He was so kind to go out of his way and told me wait here and when he returned he handed me $100 and said merry Christmas. I am so grateful to know there are still good people out there . Thank you so much to that kind man. You made my week better.

This store and the helpful associates that work there really make a difference in the shopping experience. I take my 83 year-old aunt shopping there twice a month in her motorized wheelchair. Store associate Tasha has helped us numerous times in the apparel section and she is so kind to my aunt and me when we are trying to find something, or navigate the sections of the store. A huge "Thank You" to Tasha who really makes a positive impact on our customer experience.

Door greeter allowed pets in the store. Service dogs will never be in a cart basket. Educate your employees on what a real service dog's behavior looks like. There's plenty of YouTube videos of real service dog teams, it's not hard to find.

I enjoy shopping at Walmart. I can usually get what I need in one place instead of having to stop at multiple stores. I would give a 5 star rating if they provided bags.

Placed an order for express same day delivery, 1 item - a tv and included a $15 tip on top of the $20 delivery fee - made sure and double check the different stores to see if delivery or pickup was available to make sure the item was in stock and ordered all to wait for an hour and then be told it can't be delivered but they'll ship it and it will come 2-3 days later. Really pissed because I ended up wasting my night waiting to do anything while waiting for the delivery and now my item is gonne just show up at some point during the week most likely while I'm at work which makes me worry if it will even be there when I show up. Very pissed with this experience first time using Walmart delivery and the last time

This Is the second time I refused same day delivery. Whoever was the driver or whoever walmart uses to deliver was smoking in the car. All the paper bags that the groceries came in a reek of marijuana and cigarettes. It's disgusting having all my fresh fruit or veggies smelling. I'm thinking i'm not using walmart anymore for delivery it's just gross.

If not for you're own freak show esque amusement I'd stay the hell away from this place... that being said, of coarse there's somewhat cheaper prices but overall thanks bidenflation, stagnation and shrinkglation as a result the only reason many of us went to Walmart for in the past (cheaper prices) is hardly true anymore and if it is its hardly noticeable. I also get the feeling that if they allowed roof access to their employees then a fair bit of them would jump off head first. God forbid you ask an employee where anything is as so it appears they likely have no idea or for some darker reason don't want you to know so they can drag you down with them. Just like a drowning victim, despite your effort to try and save them they will likely pull you under so that you both drown... If you need narcotics however the residents of the far reaches of the parking lot got you covered. Literally anything you can think of... so long as those somethings are crystal meth or fentanyl then you're set! I'd recommend you save some self respect and go to Fred Myers.

Not my favorite store, I usually prefer smaller size BUT a few days ago I was fortunate, one of the employees saw me searching on the shelf and asked if she could help,Not only was she polite, asked intelligent questions about the product , which enabled her to do a diligent search . Refreshing experience to find someone who actually cared I hope Walmart will encourage the inter action. The 5 stars are for the employee

I often find the Walmart in Smokey Point to be a convenient option. While there are occasional moments of chaos, it's generally easy to navigate, and I appreciate that I can get in and out quickly. The convenience outweighs occasional disruptions, making it a reliable choice for my shopping needs

This location is great as the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Admittedly, this location is also better stocked with variety and availability of products compared to the Everett and Marysville Walmart locations. Overall, great Walmart and definitely a frequented spot when I'm in the area. Occasionally, I'll go out of my way toward this location because of the friendly staff and availability of a variety of items I frequently purchase.

The store was clean and a lot of stocking for the coming holiday that being said I was looking for fruit cocktail After 4 trays I finally found some one that took me to were they were I person didn't know what I was talking complet blank look. When I went to check out as usual 3 check stands open and Walmart people standing around but not opening a check stand other than that a normal day at Walmart.

The only problem is. Ordering online for pickup. Do not buy produce. They must have the workers pick out the worst rotten fruit and vegetables to give you. Very bad. Other than that it's great.

Nice big store cheap stuff. Mostly my neighbor complains about the greeters, so please stop making her gripe and greet people better or just don't be there at all. Her words not mine, but it's a store and it's usually cheaper.. but target had them then beat 1 time on some stupid cable cord. What with that Walmart?

First time buying tires from Walmart Auto Care Center, affordable prices for the tires, but customer service/sales rep sucks for the extra charges of servicing they did on my car that they missed to communicate to me in the beginning and forced to pay in the end bcoz it s already been done. Deceiving!

Followed me around the whole time like I was a criminal. And the lady at the door named Peggy is a real hard head rude lady. The people that work the self check out are probably the nicer bunch of the people that work there

Great Walmart.Past visit there were definitely things they were out of given conditions but seems to have improved of late.Usually very orderly and lots of choices. Great prices. No charge for bags unlike the marysville one. Huge store. This is my new go to store!

This is a good Walmart with Friendly staff and a easy to navigate set up. I can get in and out quickly and I'm always greeted by a friendly person. This is my favorite local Walmart location. The Tulalip location is closer but I drive the extra 10minutes for the organization and friendly staff at this Walmart

Don't bother buying the ginger bread house kits or gingerbread truck! I carefully picked out several and all were broken. Huge disappointment for a planned activity with my grandchildren . Thanks Wal-Mart!

Values on shelves do not seem to match at register when it's time to pay. Several times. Walmart products that are labeled great values are not always what they seem. Canned fruits that seem like they were canned green, consistency also seems a bit of a miss. Seems they may have compromised their quality to carry so much diversity in product. There overall efforts are appreciated however, they still get over half my business.

Not my favorite Walmart . The selection is kind of scarce there. I liked it a lot better when it was open 24 hours. That was the appeal of Walmart, night-owls like myself could get shopping done at any hour. Also the customer service staff at this Walmart are very rude, they don t even try to hide their extreme hatred for the job. I definitely don t blame them, I wouldn t want to work their either, but it really effects how they treat customers. **MISERY LOVES COMPANY**

Actually I go to this Walmart nearly every single day. They have been the only one I feel comfortable going to. The lines are short, they have the self check out plus the few that have the revolving band for a large load of groceries! It's taught me a lot. I could be a checkout clerk! The lines are short, the service is great, andmy battery died in my car, I had people on sides of me so I had to ask for a jump box., The guy from automotive walked out with me and jumped my car,! No one in the parking lot would help..so I was grateful!!!

I was in the store right prior to closing. Due to an injury, i was unable to make it to get my one item clear across the store. As the last announcement was made i tried to walk faster and was rudely asked to leave prior to getting my product and heading for the line at self c checkout. The woman was so rude that i couldn't believe how she treated me. Never been talked to in such a disrespectful tone . Someone needs to learn etiquette and customer service. Horrible experience.

waste of money and time. I did oil change in this store s auto service, after few days I noticed that my car is dripping oil I went back to store,They made me wait for hours I noticed that they give priority to another car that was back in the line at last they told me it was oil pan gasket leak and they don t service it here. when I drove back towards my home I was hearing another sound from my car all the way. Then I went to other workshop to service my car and they told me it wasn t oil pan gasket leak. they told me after oil change the didn t tie the nuts properly and explained that they left the shield untied.

Everyone knows Walmart, so what can I say. I must say, a lot of the staff at the store on 172nd in Smokey Point are very knowledgeable and helpful. Especially, Ric, Wendy, and Edie.
