They were very quick and thorough. Got me right in and out in less then 20 minutes. Very appreciative for it taking so little time yet they checked all my fluids and also my lights and tire pressure. Would definitely recommend to others!

Took my oldest child's vehicle here. Their EX was - still Is an Idiot, so the Idiot allowed it to go over 3000 miles above their recommendations & I had to get it back to running right. The staff here were all great! Never pushy with extra sales. Did an excellent job & they were personable! Very pleased with this experience & the car seems to run smoother ever since this service was done! Thank you, to the entire staff. Excellent Experience!

Were very efficient in their work but when they replaced my transmission fluid, they over filled it and now am having issues with other parts of my car due to their lack of care. Would recommend for an oil change and ONLY an oil change.

Discrimination against trailers!!I have taken my 12' covered utility trailers through this location a few times years ago with no issues.But today the manager rejected servicing my vehicle because I didn't want to unhook my trailer. This is still a farm town with LOTS of trailer traffic. They lost my business but I hope they reconsider their trailer standard for the community or get another manager.

Fast and convenient. Reasonably priced. I didn't have to wait in line and it took 10 minutes to complete. Very satisfied with the service.

They made 2 cars go in front of me when I was up next... 2 times. It took 30 minutes to get my chance. I've gone here since I moved to town 4 years ago with my 2 vehicles and I will never come here again

Was very impressed by experience. Service lead was great. They were able to replace a burned out taillight for me which I greatly appreciated. Got right in and was done in 15 - 20 minutes once I was in the bay.

Been here a few times for my fleet vehicle Chevy Colorado and never had an issue getting oil changed. We got a new Ford Ranger, sat in line for a little over an hour (after they came up and verified all I needed was an oil change)... Just to be told "we don't service the new Rangers" . When I asked why not and stated that the first change on this truck was at a Valvoline in Federal Way, I was told "because the filters are a massive pain to change and as a franchise store, we don't have to do it if we don't want to" and sent me on my way. Maybe it wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't been sitting there for over an hour. The fact they just refuse to do anything that's a little difficult (oil filter is through the wheel well... inconvenient, but isn't all that bad). Never bringing any of of fleet vehicles here ever again.

I have been going there for 10 years with the best results till today . The crew has previously been the best. This is1/07/23 Saturday. This crew had me waiting for an hour and a half while they all took lunch at the same time . When they came back to work they were snapping shop towels at the guy in the pit. Not happy with them! When it was my turn I just asked to drive straight through as they wasted enough of my time.

I take all my cars there every time. Everyone there is true professionals. I can trust them to tell me honestly what I need to have done, or to let me know if nothing is required. I have been coming to this location for years and have always been impressed by the quality of service. Yesterday I was in a real jam and the awesome young men working there truly went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Jordan, Bryce, and Robert are absolute treasures. If you have the good fortune to have one of these guys work on your rig, you can be confident you are in good hands. These fellas really care about their customers, which is getting hard to find these days. Thank you all again!!!Service: Oil change

Employee were really nice but the manager not so much told me my skid plate was giving them to much greif because it s damaged from to much wheeling) they wouldn t service me after I sat there for an hour and he wasn t very nice to his employees..

This review is NOT a reflection of the staff or services at this location - the staff and services are great.I've almost exclusively used this location for oil changes in our 4 vehicles for the last 10 years. Recently, they've adopted a policy of not allowing customer provided oil or filters in certain vehicles. While I understand that some customers may bring the wrong filter or oil, it's pretty easy to tell at a glance if the filter is wrong, or the amount/type of oil is incorrect, this seems like an easy solve with a waiver.Again, the staff and services, especially at this location, are impeccable. My problem is with this new oil/filter restriction imposed by corporate.

Worst job ive ever had Over worked under paid at 17 and hour had zero training for csr didn't know what I was doing selling services I didn't need too not that type of person so I quit wanted me to work the pit because no one else wanted too not thr great Canadian oil change if that's what your assumption is go to the dealership for the same price period @pnworvandmore on YouTube.....................

Very professional services and even provided my own oil with filter. Cost was $42 so they are not exactly inexpensive. If they provided all materials and services it would be over $100 for my Honda Accord using synthetic oil. If you value service, it is great as you don't have to mess around with pumping your vehicle to access parts and worry about getting dirty not to mention disposing with old oil. They can do this in a very professional manner saving time with ultimate convenience.Service: Oil change

Very very fast. It took about 20 minutes, everyone was friendly and efficient. Even informed me about my oil leak and possible transmission leak.

I've been to this location a couple times before and always had good service. I like how you stay in the car during service and especially during the COVID-19 situation. Today I took my wife's vehicle there and got right in. The young man in charge was very polite, respectful and explained everything. In the course of conversation about my San Diego cell phone number I mentioned I was retired Navy and spent most of my career there and he told me I could get a military discount. Very happy with my visit today and every other time I have been there.

Nice guys that work here. Very helpful and will gladly answer all your questions. Very quick service. Takes less than 15 minutes and never a long wait. I always find awesome coupons online so it's not too expensive. I love coming here and I plan to only come here for my oil changes!

I had a great experience! I was not made to look dumb for not knowing a lot about my new car and how it works, the crew was all young highschool students but all knew a lot about cars and answered all my questions. With my 25$ off coupon my oil change was only 40$ for synthetic blend and literally only took 10mins to do. I will definitely be backService: Oil change

PLEASE BEFORE YOU GET YOUR CAR SERVICED BY THESE GUYS, READ THIS REVIEW.I want to preface this with all the important info.My car is a 2008 Chevy Uplander with 78,000 miles on it. had 66,000 when we got it. we have had it for just under two years now. We got our transmission fluid changed at the end of January this year, 2020 by Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Smokey Point Washington. We had ZERO problems with our transmission. only got it changed because the place we bought it from, Mission Motors, told us to change the transmission fluid in XX amount of miles. AGAIN WE HAD ZERO PROBLEMS WITH SLIPPING OR SOUNDS OR ANYTHING before these guys worked on our car. Our car started having problems with what they told us were "hiccups" but now know from talking to Chevy and AtoZ transmission that it was the transmission slipping. We went back in the next day and they said it was normal. They topped it off and sent us on our way. We were still having problems with the transmission and this defeaning roaring sound coming from the engine when we went past 30 and stopped off somewhere around 45. THEY TOLD US IT WAS NORMAL. About 2 weeks ago our car went into limp mode. We took it to everywhere you could imagine to see what was wrong. it was coding EVERY code it could for transmission and the transmission experts said its next to impossible with the miles and wear on the car. My car is now dead and its a 4000$ fix. This car is the only way for My Husband, Myself and our three kids to get anywhere. We cant even get to a job. Valvoline ruined our car. Please for the love of everything you love, do not get your car serviced by ANY of these Valvoline. The workers move back and forth between locations so you can never be sure it is safe.Service: Transmission

Very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable staff. I like that you get to sit in your car and watch what they're doing on the video screen. They did a great job and listenef to what I had to say about my vehicle. They did recommend quite a few things for upsell, but that's their job and they weren't pushy so it really isn't a big deal. I will be going back for my next oil change for sure.

This particular Vavoline I was not happy with. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and got into the bay 15 minutes later. The manager was rude, they did not check my lights, and they did not let me know what they did; if they topped of any fluids, etc. They did not discuss what services I might need with the mileage my vehicle is at. I understand they were closing, those things take less than 5 minutes. I will not use this Vavoline again.

Always quick, friendly service, and very thorough. We love that we can also pull up coupons on our phone while we're in the car waiting, and they have a camera system set up so you can watch three different angles of them working while you're waiting.
