This is the only Dodge dealership which has nothing to hide from their customers. We came from 2 hours away to meet the sales staff, Patrick. They honored the advertised price without any strings attached. We bought a Laramie with Level B package. There was a bit wait for the finance department. But it was worth the wait.The sales manager, Brandon was kind to provide information of accessories when I inquired. Very good team to work with.It has been a positive experience.

Great experience! Was looking for a specific car, found it online, was contacted immediately by a wonderful young salesman, Jason Medlin, made an appointment, he was waiting outside for me upon arrival and was very helpful. Wanted the car immediately, but found one thing that I wanted fixed first, Jason and his team made it happen the next day. The finance department was quick and and helpful as well. Great dealership and even better experience.

A mostly positive experience. My sales person was delightful. But some possible shenanigans or honest mistakes happened in the finance department. Regardless of how it happened, Rairdons folks fixed it with kindness and zero pushback. If I didn't live so far from there I would probably have them service my vehicle. I'd recommend them. They were very professional.

Great service. Good communication, they cared about making sure I understood what would be done and how long it may take. The work was completed sooner than expected and for less than I expected. Anthony Santos was outstanding. I recommend Rairdon of Marysville. Each time I've been there they've listened to my expectations and been considerate of my time. I sincerely appreciate their efforts to always provide the best service possible. Thank you.

Had different levels of satisfaction for various interactions.Initial salesperson was polite, eager to help but lacked knowledge of what specific models were on the lot.Second salesman Chris was good, but had lots of clients when we were there.Sales manager Brandon worked to get the right trim level. Had an appointment for 2:00 car wasn t on the lot till 3:30.Thought we had negotiated the deal through texting so as to shorten up time in with finance, but by the time we started financing paperwork it was late.We found out the Grand Cherokee has significant recalls / updates, now we re going to have to go back a couple of times and it s a 60-70 min drive.Maybe we ll get a deal on a level 2 charger since the dealership knew or should have known about the recalls / updates. Or maybe the dealership should bring up a lianer to us and take back our car till they complete the required maintenance?Overall a B so far, we ll see how things go with the recall / update and compensation given.Stay tuned

I was impressed with the cordiality and knowledge of the sales team. In addition they were very knowledgeable about the product being sold. Key to a good sense that you are getting value with your purchase is being able to put one at ease and the sense behind the answers to some tough questions. I really appreciate the follow up by (Mike). He took. The time to get some questions and requests done expeditiously and with I as the customer in mind. Quality organization with great folks

No less than 5 stars for these folks. A great group of people. They really make you feel very welcomed. I did not feel pressured into making a decision on a my purchase of a decked out 4runner. If you want a great experience I recommend. Jim was great. Couldn't ask for a more friendly salesman. Thanks again Rairdon's! Loving the ride.

Calling services took me pretty quickly to a real person which was nice. Drop off was easy, we were able to drop off after hours and it was easier than expected, Security was professional but kind. Talking on the phone with Tony he was extremely personable, overall made me think about coming back for other services.

Our experience at Rairdon's during the car buying process was exceptional. Throughout, our salesperson demonstrated extensive knowledge about the vehicle we intended to purchase. They maintained a non-pressuring approach, which we greatly appreciated, especially considering we were trading in three vehicles for one a process that can be more complex than usual. However, the entire experience was incredibly smooth.We would definitely recommend Rairdon's if you're in the market for a vehicle. Their professionalism, ease of trade-ins, and knowledgeable staff make them stand out!

I had a great buying experience here. My salesman Jason was straightforward and a great communicator, I never felt like I was being treated like a dollar sign, but I was treated with the respect and dignity that can be hard to find when shopping for a vehicle. All of the staff were a pleasure to work with, and they definitely earned a repeat customer.

Service and parts departments are both amazing stewards of hospitality. I bought new brake pads for my cummins in parts and was treated wonderfully! Very responsive and fair priced! Got quality products and great service. Tony in service was amazing at taking care of my CEL and it was in and out. Thorough and fast service with a genuine smile. I will continue getting my Truck taken care of here as they are a one stop shop that provides experience and knowledge fostering trust and reliability. Keep up the great work!

This service department is top-notch. My service advisor is Damascus! He has never lied to me, and he always has my best interest. He will not push a services that are not necessary. If you really do need it, He will let you know. Damascus he great leader for his team. Huge shout out to the mechanics, that also put in the hard work. Went in with a tire repair and oil change this time, and I have had many other services done. Thank you!

I've brought my Jeep into Rairdons for repair on a few occasions. I've had no issues, repairs done properly and in a timely manner. Customer service was top notch. I was able to book an appointment within a couple weeks.

Place is nothing but bait and switch. They post a vehicle for sale and mismark the sale price intentionally to get interest. Then say it s the wrong price but you can pay the full value. They refuse to negotiate. Have a take or leave it attitude. Rude staff. If I hadn t been hard up to beat the so-called realer rebate date? I wouldn t have purchased from them. I hate that I had to. They also will charge you sales tax per their county, regardless if your home county charges less. They don t care. They won t even try to soften the blow. It s all pure greed. They didn t even go over the truck with me. The young female who answers the phone is also very very rude. This is why car salesman are associated with Lawyers. Both are garbage human beings. In a downed economy thanks to the Democrats, vehicle sales are the slowest ever. These dealerships seem to want to lie about that and still not negotiate. If I hadn t been push to shove? I would have just waited it out. But I didn t have time. So they got over on me. And I allowed it. I beg you who reads this to consider buying elsewhere if you aren t desperate.

The sales team was great, specifically Jason and Jim who helped me find and finance a fantastic deal on my fully loaded Ram 1500 Limited! They were tough negotiators but ultimately I felt that they held a healthy balance of doing right by me and towing the line for the dealership. We drove 1.5 hours to look at a specific truck that's difficult to find. After the long drive, our first stop was the restroom, which was clean and well maintained. The truck on the other hand was pretty dirty inside. We did a side by side comparison with another truck. Patrick and Jim were very helpful, patient, and a pleasure to work with. They were not pushy or overbearing. Though we didn't decide on a truck today, we learned a lot.

Purchase went well with Jim Gillan, and first service with Jerod Proulx was great too. Both listened, followed up, and seemed genuinely concerned with providing great service. I will continue to be back because of this. It s refreshing to not simply feel like a number when going to a dealership.

I express dissatisfaction with the service received during my recent vehicle trade-in. Initially quoted $12,000 for my trade-in, I expressed reluctance. The salesperson then returned with an improved offer of $18,000, to which I agreed. However, upon signing paperwork, I later discovered they only credited me with the original $12,000. Despite my oversight, when brought to their attention, they dismissively acknowledged the error. Even after consulting the salesperson, who confirmed our agreed-upon amount, no resolution or compensation was offered. This experience underscores the importance of meticulously reviewing paperwork to avoid misunderstandings.Will definitely take my business elsewhere when searching for a vehicle in the future

I love this place, I'm horrible about watching the miles on my truck. As such I go when my truck says it's time to change oil. They have always got me in. The customer service representative was fast friendly & efficient. He even took pictures of my truck beforehand. This made me happy, that way if any damage was done, it would be taken care of. Had an appointment @11:15 am for an oil change that we had already paid for in our service contract. And when we pulled up @ 10:50 am there was 5 cars already parked in the service line. We thought that was odd since we had an appointment. But when we got inside it was like a ghost town. All the employees were on their cell phones & the financial guy had his feet up on his desk laying back in his WORK CHAIR playing on his cell phone! There was 2 service advisers on the phone with customers until they could help us. Which was understandable. We told them we were here for our 11:15 appointment & ask how long does it takes for an oil change because of all those other vehicles parked at service? We were told about an hour in a half!!! Which is kinda ridiculous! So when we went into the waiting room we saw 3 people waiting & very angry about how long they were already there since 9am for their appointments. Wow we were so shocked & it was 3 hours we waiting before our oil change was done!! Needless to say we are done with this store & it's UNPROFESSIONAL Behavior. We will tell everyone we know, Not go there for Anything!!

Overall was fine. Tony the service guy was very helpful and nice. But the tech forgot to put a oil change sticker in the window so when I went back Tony was busy and the other guy behind the desk ignored me, a lady then approached and very quickly helped me. Service was done quickly,but it s a bit spendy

*PROS*-The reps are great. We ve had our Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid in 8 times now and always a positive experience when talking with them even when I am frustrated.- Tony is awesome and helped in getting the hybrid battery replaced under manufacturer warranty. That was a seamless experience and was on vacation during this time and was able to leave the van there for a month.- They have driven me home after dropping the van off. We live about 10 minutes away. Without a loaner available at least they offer this.- We always receive the vehicles back as they were brought in. They put protective sheets over seats and steering wheel.*CONS*- We always make an appointment and have never gotten the van back in less than 2 days.- Loaner cars were available up until last year. They now never have a loaner car available even when it s in the shop for extended periods due to them being busy. We have insurance and a warranty so they just expect us to pay for rental if warranty doesn t cover it. All dealerships I ve worked with in the past including them always have a loaner available for this time.- The van is always brought back about a month later after service light comes on again for air bubbles in the hybrid batteries heating lines. Not sure if this is a preventable issue but something worth noting.*SUM*A lot of these issues are just with the Chrysler Pacifica hybrid battery. We absolutely love the van for our family, but will never get Chrysler again because it s been in the shop half the time we ve owned it in over 3 years. This dreaded light saying, service hybrid battery system is now just expected to pop up every 1-2 months, and now that we just hit over 100k miles we will look to part ways for something more reliable. We do appreciate getting to know the guys at this dealership and their help in all our trips there. One big thing that could make the experience great and would ve given 5 stars on, is having loaner cars available like before!5 stars for the reps there though, because I know this issue is out of their control. Owners can step up though.
