Gina was amazing from start to the end of my rental, I was going through a really hard time and in a tight position. She understood and listened and did what she was able to and work with me to save my belongings. I ve rented storage units in the past and none of them really actually care and you re just a number, but not with Gina!!! Highly recommend renting here if you want to feel that your belongings will be safe and looked after.

So this is Public Storage now. We moved out of our unit 3 days ago. Gina was most helpful. It was pouring down rain so I didn't have time to sweep it out and she took care of everything for me. She is personable and all around positive. I appreciated her throughout the process as well as when I came in and did my monthly payments. Thank you Gina

My experience at this particular public storage has been a breath of fresh air compared to other storage sites I ve been too in the past. That symbolic and literal. It s always clean and easy The manager here is the pivotal point. She s friendly and super helpful .i encore

I love it here! They have a phone app where you push a button on an app to open the door! Makes it so much easier.

Gina was such a pleasure to work with when I moved back to the Arlington area and I had had to return the U-Haul trailer so this was very helpful to have the staging area that allowed me to go through everything and get prepared for my move in to my new place.

The manager of this storage unit is very well versed in her job and has a dedication to leaving customers with a smile on their face and satisfied with their move in. She has an uplifting spirit and I highly recommend renting a unit here.

We had a really great experience at The Park Self Storage! We moved everything out of a 2 bed/2 bath condo and fit it all in a 10x10 unit. I was able to book a unit the night before we started moving and even though everything was done online, the manager, Gina, followed up with an email/text with further instructions. She made the whole process very smooth from beginning to end and she was very friendly and mindful during our stressful time. The property and our unit was very spacious and clean and we felt safe storing our things there. Thank you Gina and The Park Self Storage!

I rarely feel the need to leave reviews unless I have experienced above and beyond type of services and Gina has certainly done just that.Gina, the location manager, has been extremely helpful and accommodating through our process of renting a unit at Simply Self Storage.Her professionalism and attention to details is what made us choose Simply Self Storage.The location is clean and new, just awesome.

Review is for facility manager & facility only, not for Public Storage as it was bought 1day before my move out. I stored here for 3yrs & facility is overseen by the Manager Gina who also lives right on site. Gina is an excellent employee and it shows by being retained & so-called "re-trained" by now 3 owners of this same facility. Gina knows her stuff, is a major multi-tasker and has always been pleasant, informative and helpful, no matter what is going on around her or thrown at her. You are in the best of hands with Gina!!The facility is clean & in a fairly low-crime area...at least for now. All units are outdoor accessible and none are climate controlled. "To my knowledge," there were no break-in's and only 1 "possible" attempt in the 3yrs I was there. The facility is gated, has great cameras, each unit individually alarmed and with a manager that lives on-site makes for a great combination.My reason for leaving facility is twofold. Moved from the area & price. When I moved in, it was privately owned & with insurance I paid $142 month. When the next owner's bought it a few months ago, shortly after buying it they jacked up the price of unit & insurance considerably and had numerous computer & website issues as well as making me pay extra to NOT go "auto-pay". Upon moving out, I was paying $175!! This new owner, Public Storage, appears to be keeping the price on this higher end. I guess the Arlington/Smokey Point area is growing so fast that it's commanding higher prices than what it used to, excluding inflation.I "would" recommend this facility if you can afford it & you can't go wrong with being taken care of by Gina. As for Public Storage, I cannot rate them as I have not done business with this company except for the 3day takeover notice.

Renting a unit online was very easy. Gina, the property manager, had everything all set up for me by the time I came to see the unit in person. She was very friendly and welcoming! The entire property is fenced and there are several cameras set up all throughout, so I feel comfortable storing my things here.

Simply self storage is great!! Easy to get in and out of. Spacious alleys in between buildings. We were able to maneuver a 26 foot moving truck with a car carrier. I can t say enough good things about Gina!! She s amazing! She was always available and so willing and ready to help! We d recommend this place to anyone looking for self storage!

First, I would like to say that Gina (the manger), is GREAT!!!! She goes out of her way to accommodate your needs, and is always friendly, with a smile. The storage facility is always clean and safe. I have rented here for almost 3 years. If I ever need storage again, I would definitely come back to this facility..

This storage facility was wonderful. Clean and dry storage units. They did a terrific job of helping keep our belongings secure. Gena, the manager here, was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. We would highly recommend this facility!
