This place is great, staff is mostly friendly and helpful. Lot is always full of great vehicles to find what you need.

Marina is an EXTREME RACISIST. I personally watched this person blow off customers that don t speak English. She obnoxiously spoke in broken English to get a point across then told the customers we ll go somewhere else all of this happened as we ourselves were asked to step off to the side because this lady assumed I didn t speak English. After witnessing these interactions I asked why we hadn t been help. One employee looked uncomfortable and said I m not sure hold on and asked the black haired lady. She loudly said THOSE PEOPLE NEED TO WAIT. When I asked why she realized I spoke English and got some one right away.If these are the types of employees they have as a manager well I will NEVER recommend this place. My first and last experience here!!!

The people who work at this pick and pull are clearly of a lower intelligence level.Maybe that of a slug or a snail period. I called this pick and pull to ask if they had a part for a 94 to 97 Ford Ranger. They told me they had it.I went there. They didn't have it.They didn't have those cars there and then they wouldn't let me look around the lot just to see if there was other cars I might be interested in.

Absolute bottom of the line junk for extra premium prices. It's really starting to show. No one is buying anything but little things. Stuff is sitting for months and months with nothing pulled. Don't you think you might make a better profit if things were priced accordingly? Your clientele isn't rich people. It's poor people trying to get to work. I'm not buying parts for my Lamborghini.

Don't go there. Simple as that. As of recently, Everytime I get parts from there, I see new ones on Amazon for cheaper (and new) the staff arent all rude, (but most are) especially the the one in the office to the left when you come through the entrance.if I have to go back there and she has attitude again, I'll offer to slap her face for free. On the house I swear to God.

Frequent Tumwater and Tacoma locations w/good results. Tacoma told my bestie that they had his Nissan Altima parts at the Arlington location. Trying to take advantage of the sale, we drove up there. The beefy lady at the counter was rude af. Upon general inquiry, she insisted that the parts wouldn't fit his car. Then, she wouldn't say where in the yard the car was when specifucally asked. Waste of time walking aisles without finding car, plus gas money and traffic time back to Olympia. Drove to Portland today and got the parts. Found out she's only been there three weeks and didn't understand the compatibility amongst the 6 generations of parts, yet gave no indication that she may have been mistaken. I suggest she considers a career change, as customer service is not her calling.

Great Customer service and reasonable prices if you have the knowledge to pull your own parts!

glad I drove an hour in heavy traffic to be turned away before actual closing time because they assumed it would take too long to get the part I needed. it's just a switch that literally takes 3 seconds to pop out of a hatch.I'll stick to buying parts online in the future and save myself the hassle.

Went in on half price weekend. Really good inventory selection, cars are not overly picked. 2 bucks to get in, 1 dollar if you join their loyalty program (free). Only "downside" would be their staff demeanor, but come on. You are getting killer deals on parts. Get what you pay for? Not a big enough issue to keep me away.

NOT CASH FOR YOUR CAR , FALSE ADVERTISINGThe really need to change it to checks for junk cars cause they are false advertising that they give cash, it literally says "we say cash because people tend to ask for cash when they sell there cars , so we use that so people can find us better" . I'm not making this up, this is from there site.

LOOK HOW MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE>>>.....I live 2 hours away from this place, i was in need of a upper control arm for a 93 dakota 4x4. There inventory on line says they have 2 dakotas in the year I need. I asked if they could tell me if the trucks they have still have an upper control arm on them...But you get no help from her, She said I had to make the trip and see for myself , and thats about all the help if you call it that from her... Whats it take to have someone thru out the day check on the truck they have visually to see if they did have it, But Nope they dont do that even if your coming from 300 miles away...and you cant buy on line I found a much better place in Port Orchard who actually sold the same part for the same price and they pulled it for me. They had excellent customer service, unlike these people.Who ever she is taking phone calls should get a job she actually likes, she should apply for Burger king drive thru

This to me is just a fun place to go and tinker around. I used to build engins and transmissions he'll rebuild whole cars from these places long time ago before on board computers got put all over every rig. For literally every system it's just not worth the money but still fun to go here with friends to see what is new and maybe there in need of a part

Nice people big yard, I came to get a spare and found one that fits my minivan. Didn't take me too long and they let me borrow the tool to remove it. I'll be coming back to sell them my truck that I'm junking. They know the procedure and told me exactly what I needed to do, all the documents required and even gave me a quote for how much they'll give me for it. All I need to do is sign the title and schedule the pickup time. They also give veterans discounts, 10%

I don't understand why people are complaining about the junkyard and how much the person at the counter knows. If you're going to a junkyard you should know everything that you need to know or else you have no business at a junkyard and people complain about the prices you can get parts here for 15 bucks that would cost you $400 in the store. It's a junkyard it is what it is stop being a spoiled little kid that just complains about everything!

Super easy and the people are nice. Resonable prices! Got a window for 20 bucks. Their website is a little confusing. I couldn't find a price for just a window and I was expecting to pay 40 bucks.

Prices, seriously? You pay $50 to a couple hundred for a car, then charge ridiculous prices for us to do all the work. While I'm absolutely fine with doing the work, your prices are nowhere near indicative of this or even in the realm of what a used part should cost with practically no reassurance that it will even work, and if it doesn't, for all our hard work, we get a credit that will likely not be usable.

Walked in staff was downright rude told me that I could not be in there I had a mask on I am of age was well dressed and was told that I was not allowed to be there kicked me out and then told me I could not sit in the parking lot waiting for my friend to get back out it was his car he had the keys and the manager expected me to just be able to walk home I was yelled at several more times before finally leaving and waiting for my friend out on the road

The worst pick n pull I've been too. Customer Service was terrible. I felt Bullied! So we get there and first we wanted to see if the truck we needed parts for was still there, and it was.We told one guy who asks to sign in that we will be right back with our tools. So we did and upon entering there was supposedly posted sign that says no jacks n such. So when we came up to counter to pay this Lady says where did u get that jack? And we said its ours. She said that jack is now ours. It stays here. You signed waiver and it states no jacks n such. We explained we did not see any signs and the kid saw us bring it in with us. She said its not his fault it is ours! Then walks away. We will never go back i just wonder how many jacks they got from customers. They could of said when we paid to get in there are no jacks and saws drills allowed. Simple

WE are screwed as a nation. When in yesterday asked about a oem steel wheel. The kid working did not know the difference between a wheel and a tire a custom wheel and hupcap. What a Bad Company they care less about anything except Quiting Time. 100 Fact

Loved it . This place had everything I needed and then some. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices just can't be beat . If you know what your looking for and have the tools you can't beat it. Thanks go out to the staff and owners for making this a great place to go.

Very rude employees. It would not surprise me if they are involved in many scams. They treat their customers terribly and overcharge for their parts. Terribly nasty vibe there. They were asking for list price for a used item. Would be better to just buy from your local parts store.

I just love Pick-n-Pull only cost a dollar to get in you can join their groups and get all kinds of benefits.A good example is alternators have gone up in parts stores huge amounts and I was out there and I could get one for 20 bucks now that's a hell of a deal. You can keep cars running longer cheaper than paying a service man. Also if you know what you're looking for and not just browsing they will print out where the part is on the lot and what different cars that the part will be in also the different years the parts in.

The Arlington Pick-n-Pull establishment is a very busy place... best be prepared for a wait upon your arrival and departure (at this time, you're going to be hunting for your part(s) for some time as well :)I really like the staff there and the wrecking yard set-up and the fair pricing. Generally, the selection has been good (situation for the yard currently: Dodge is very "picked-over" /selection far from ideal).

Extremely rude manager. (From other reviews I've read I think her name must be Maria)Rude to her employees in front of customers, and rude directly to her customers. I asked a pretty simple question to the cashier and he said it was a question for her. She then proceeded to yell at him and me about how busy she was with everyone's questions. It took her longer to explain how busy she was, than if she'd just answered my question. Didn't have any problem with rest of the employees, just her.

The yard was decently organized and safe compared to Lynnwood pick and pull workers where a little rude and prices where alittle steep for the little things but overall good place to pick and pull a part good luck

Pick n pull is a decent chain auto yard but this particular location has some of the most consistently bad attitude employees I've seen. Slow service with them and their systems so you'll be in line for quite a while. And don't forget a mask because they'll rudely tell you to "get out of my building". Apart from the very poor service the yard is decently organized, not as well as other locations, and is riddled with deep holes and puddles all over the place. Lots of garbage and junk parts scattered across the yard to boot.

The people that work here are miserable human beings. Customer service is garbage and everybody with the exception on one lady at the front desk treats everybody like trash. It would be more worth your time to sell to another company!

If I could give 0 I would Maria is quite really the rudest person I've ever dealt with at any store. She shouldn't have a job at all. Worst customer service experience I've ever had 2 hours to drop off a car fully legal and it takes 2 hours and then be told the people behind us were here first nah last time I'll be here
